How to proceed with the chapters
- Each chapter includes seven minion battles, followed by a boss battle.
- The main rewards are obtained by defeating the boss; minion battles do not provide rewards.
- If you lose a minion battle three times, you must restart the chapter from the beginning.
- You can retry the boss battle as many times as you like, but if your team is ineffective, you’ll still need to restart the chapter.
- In this event, losing simply means retrying. As long as you have time to play, you can keep progressing. However, starting in Chapter 3, you’ll need to purchase a certain number of buffs to continue. Chapter 7 is essentially pay-to-win.
- You can only use Heroes that you’ve collected from the stalls. To max out a hero, you need to collect them seven times.
- You can only use Pets that you’ve collected from the stalls.
- It’s generally more effective to focus on collecting seven copies of a few key heroes than to spread your efforts across many different ones.
- The later chapters are significantly more difficult and can only be cleared with 250 buffs and a limited number of team setups.
Recommended Heroes
Recommended Playstyle
- Know when to reset: If you’re struggling early on, don’t hesitate to quit and start over. It’s often more efficient than pushing through a bad run.
- Avoid selecting “???” too early at the Hero’s Stall. Save your choices and prioritize pets in the later stages for better synergy and survivability.
- Check for hidden options: Some Hero’s Stall selections may be off-screen to the right—be sure to scroll so you don’t miss anything important.
- Specialize your team: Focus your hero upgrades on either physical or magic damage, not both. Meta-aligned teams usually perform well.
- Upgrade wisely: Aim to fully develop three to four heroes to red tier for optimal results.

Hero Stall Tips
Save your Stall Coins until your Stall Level increases
- At Levels 1–2, avoid spending coins on reloading—just use the team you’re given.
- At Level 3, the number of hero choices increases to eight, and the useless “?” cards disappear, making it much easier to target specific heroes.
- From Level 5 onward, pet selection becomes available.
Hero Stall Reloading
- There’s a brief loading delay after reloading. Spamming the button may unintentionally consume coins for two reloads.
- If you have 33 or fewer coins remaining, be cautious—reloading could leave you without enough coins for key purchases. Unless you’re facing a boss, it’s usually better to wait.
- Reloading while many items are still locked limits your available choices and increases the chance of missing good options. Avoid reloading in this situation.
Hero Stall Notes
- Without widescreen mode enabled, not all eight choices will be visible at once. Be sure to scroll to the right.
- Avoid purchasing +2 or +3 upgrades after collecting a hero six times—these become inefficient uses of coins.
Hero Upgrade Costs
- +1: 12 coins
- +2: 33 coins (16.5 per level)
- +3: 50 coins (16.66 per level)
→ +1 upgrades offer the best value per coin.
Using Collected Heroes Effectively
- Effective hero choices may vary slightly depending on the stage.
- Heroes available from the start are generally easier to build and use throughout your run.
Guus Strategy
- Guus performs well in early stages but tends to struggle in Chapters 6–7.
- Consider switching to other teams in the later chapters for better results.
Follow Proven Team Compositions
- This site showcases several team builds that have successfully cleared Chapters 5 through 7.
- Using these proven strategies can help you clear difficult stages on your first attempt.
Bosses
- In each chapter, you can earn 270 Stall Coins from the seven regular fights, not including the boss fight.
- Boss encounters do not directly reward Stall Coins – you will only receive them as a completion reward for completing the entire chapter.

Event Items
Stall Coin
- You start with 120 coins.
- Earn Seall Coins on the Event Battles.
- Used to recruit heroes from the event stalls.
Energy Crystal
- Earned from quest rewards, daily bonuses, and event bundles.
- Can be exchanged for Valor Coins and upgrading Relics.
- The exchange rate is boosted by a relic and the Tome of Greed.
Determine Priorities Based on the Main Quest
- The three types of relics, along with coin conversion, are the primary uses for Energy Crystals in this event.
Among these, Relic 3 — the Amulet of Battle — is the most important, as it is essential for unlocking core content in the main quest. - Once you’ve determined how many Energy Crystals are needed to complete your desired chapter, you can allocate any remaining Crystals to the other relics.
- For example, if your goal is to progress through as much of the main content as possible without spending money, you should aim for Chapter 5. In that case, the Amulet of Battle requires 320 Energy Crystals.
On the other hand, if you plan to spend money and aim to obtain totems, your target becomes Chapter 7, where the Amulet of Battle requires 790 Energy Crystals. - If you don’t intend to spend time on the event content, you can skip the Amulet of Battle entirely. In that case, you have two options:
1. Collect Guus Soulstones through the festival, or
2. Skip collecting them altogether. - As for coin conversion, you can handle it efficiently by converting any unused buff purchases on the final day.
Budget Example (for F2P)
Here’s a sample breakdown of how you might reach 455 Energy Crystals during the event:

- Sapphire Medallion Usage Quest (10 Medals): 10
- Battle Pass: 40
- Group Gift (URL Distribution): 24
Total: 467
Budget Example (for Get Totem)
Here’s a sample breakdown of how you might reach 790 Energy Crystals during the event:
- Showcase (Free Daily): 56 (8 x 7 days)
- Event Battle Victory Quest: 128
- Event Battle Training Quest: 66
- Event Battle Pet Quest: 40
- Event Battle Stall Quest: 100

- Battle Pass: 40

- VIP Quest (Golden Ticket Portion): 18

Total: 790
If you’re worried about collecting enough Guus Soul Stones, you’ll need to allocate a larger portion of your budget to upgrading Relics 1 and 2 early on.
In that case, your total estimated budget will likely fall between 800 and 850 Energy Crystals.
Valor Coin
- Acquired by trading Energy Crystals, as well as through quest rewards, Event chapter rewards, daily bonuses, and occasional free giveaways.
- Used for the gacha at the Festival, where you can purchase Guus’s Soul Stones.
- The exchange rate at the Festival is increased by one relic, the Grail of Generosity.
Sapphire Medallion
- Awarded as a jackpot reward by the Festival Gacha and guaranteed by the Star’s Path and Event Chapter Rewards.
- Can be spent in the Event Shop.
- The Event Shop is permanent, so you don’t have to spend it all during the event… yet there are consumption quests set.
Guus’ Soul Stone
- Obtainable through the Festival Gacha via Valor Coins.
- Not available from Sapphire Medallion in the Event Store.
- If you miss it during this event, it won’t be available for a while, but it will eventually become unlockable again.

- Based on this, you can estimate the number of Valor Coins needed for your Relic enhancement plan.
- The table below outlines the estimated number of Valor Coins needed to upgrade Guus, assuming a 10% chance of winning the grand prize.
- Keep in mind that this is only an average. Individual results will vary—those who win the grand prize multiple times will need another Valor Coins than shown.
- When calculating your total, don’t forget to include the bonus Valor Coins earned from upgraded relics.

About
Golden Ticket
Perspective on Purchasing Golden Tickets
- The main reason to buy Golden Tickets is that they are nearly essential for obtaining totems. However, whether simply purchasing tickets will get you there depends on each player’s progress and commitment.
- Even if you buy Golden Tickets, they won’t help much unless you actively progress through quests, as the quests do not advance automatically. Therefore, if you’re low on emeralds and don’t plan to spend more, you might end up regretting the purchase.
- Besides totems, Golden Tickets also offer avatars, frames, and skins, but these are mostly collector’s items rather than practical upgrades.

Guus – Angelic Skin
View
Spec Guide
- Guus is a hero who excels at countering physical damage, but his base magic defense is not especially high. Even with the Angelic Skin equipped, most magic attacks will still pierce through. As a result, the situations in which this skin proves truly effective are limited, making its magic defense bonus largely unnecessary.
- While choosing skins based on visual appeal is perfectly valid, Guus’s design isn’t one that many players find especially compelling.
- Unless you’re a completionist who enjoys collecting every skin, this one can be safely skipped without any meaningful impact on performance.

Quest Guide
Goose Festival (Same Name)
Quest mindset
- This is the main questline of the event and shares its name.
Progressing through event battles unlocks additional stages and content. - Hero-strengthening quests grant temporary, event-specific buffs. While some quests involve less popular heroes, retreat training also counts, making them achievable for all players with sufficient playtime.
- Free-to-play players can advance through several chapters, although Totems cannot be obtained without spending money. Still, focusing on training geese remains a viable and rewarding objective.
- Finding the optimal buff purchase route may take some trial and error. A balanced approach is to play moderately during the week and dedicate more time on the weekend, when key chapters and quests become available.

School of Beak and Feather
Quest mindset
- This optional questline runs alongside the main event, giving players the freedom to choose whether or not to participate.
—it only affects the festival currency portion of the event.
—Progress in this questline does not contribute to buff purchases or boss battles. - This questline is not affected by event buffs, so for maximum efficiency, complete all quests for the required heroes before summoning Guus.
- Completing this questline can help you collect Soul Stones. However, if you’re concerned about your ranking in the Power Tournament, you may consider intentionally limiting your power growth—though this approach may not be practical for all players.
Power-Limited Quest Completion Tips
- Level Glyphs only to low tiers
- Upgrade Artifacts, but keep their star rating at 1
- Adjust your upgrade priorities based on your goals—whether you’re optimizing for low power strategy or aiming for long-term growth
Recirculation Play: Using Festivals
- During this event, you can use the Valar Coins you’ve collected to host festivals. Winning the grand prize at a festival rewards you with Sapphire Medals.
- These medals are used in a specific part of the main quest, allowing you to progress through that section of the event in reverse order compared to the usual quest progression:
– 1. Train your heroes to collect Valar Coins.
– 2. Use the coins to host festivals.
– 3. Win Sapphire Medals from festival rewards.
– 4. Spend the medals in the event shop.
– 5. Earn Glory Points and Energy Crystals. - That said, progress through this method is somewhat limited. For best results, it’s recommended that you first focus on strengthening your relics by advancing through the other main quests. Once your relics are sufficiently improved, you can return to this part of the event to finish it off more efficiently.

Converter
A conversion feature for event currency is available at the Exchange Booth.
Note: This is a one-way conversion—you cannot reverse the exchange.
In most cases, it’s better to prioritize purchasing buffs before using the Exchange Booth.
When to Use the Exchange Booth
- If you’re collecting Soul Stones for specific heroes, the Exchange Booth is a good way to spend surplus currency after you’ve secured all essential buffs.
- It’s also useful when you’re just a few Soul Stones short of a summoning milestone or important upgrade.
- Since this event requires you to train new heroes to complete quests, the Exchange Booth can be a helpful early option—especially if you need Soul Stones to unlock those heroes.
- Because Soul Stone acquisition in this event is relatively predictable, it’s best to make gradual and strategic conversions instead of spending all your currency at once.

Altar of Fate (Festival)
A reward format known as the Festival.
It features a gacha system that uses Festival-exclusive coins.
Festival Features
- Bad luck protection is included.
- Grand prizes include event shop currency worth thousands of emeralds.
- The event shop is permanent, but once your currency is spent, you can no longer access it.
- Festival Coins can only be obtained during the Festival period and are not available afterward.

List
Bad Luck Protection
- As with the Spooky Festival and the Summer Festival, there seems to be a form of bad luck protection (guaranteed grand prize system).
- The system guarantees a grand prize if it doesn’t appear:
– Within the first 3 pulls,
– Then within the next 6 pulls,
– And then every 15 pulls after that. - The estimated chance of winning the grand prize is about 8-10%.
- This mechanic applies to Sapphire Medallions, not Guus’s Soul Stone.
- There’s currently no indication that Guus’s Soul Stone will be affected by this.
- Since Unlucky Protection has only been officially confirmed for totems, this system has not been confirmed for the Rock Festival.
- You can test to see if it’s in effect by tracking your pull results over time.

Showcase
- Payment Portal.
- Hero enhancement and promotion features become available after summoning Goose but before fully upgrading Taisho’s stats.
Free Rewards
- Daily Rewards and Daily Recharge each provide one free reward per day.
- Don’t forget to claim them manually!
- The effectiveness of the time zone trick remains unconfirmed, but it’s likely disabled for this event.
Time Difference Techniques
“Get 6 Energy” can be obtained one extra time through time-lag techniques ?

Mysterious Island 12 Guus Map
- Event-related items will appear here, but they do not contribute to event progression. They only provide common materials typically found in festival events.
- You also cannot obtain Guus’s Soul Stones from this content.
- As with the event during Lylia’s release, this part of the event is nonessential and can be safely ignored without affecting your progress.
This Serves as a Last Resort When You’re Stuck on the Main Quest
- If you’re just one Sapphire Medal short of completing the usage quest and can’t find it anywhere else, you can obtain it from this map.
- That said, due to the high cost of valuable Moves, we generally don’t recommend relying on this method frequently.
- However, if you have spare Moves and are looking to complete the event quests efficiently, this option may still be worth considering.

After Event
Please note that the event, its quests, and the Goose Festival fights will disappear on July 21, 2 AM UTC. Energy Crystals, Valor Coins, and Buff will be exchanged into Goose Legacy Chest shortly after the event ends and sent to you in two mails total:
- 2 Energy Crystals / 750 Valor Coins = 1 Goose Legacy Chest.
- Adventure Buff = 3 Goose Legacy Chest + 1 more Goose Legacy Chest for each 10 points of Adventure Buff.
- Sapphire Medallions will not be converted and will remain in your Inventory. So, you will still be able to use them to buy items in the Festival Shop.
Totem Time Limit
- If you obtain a Totem during this event, you’ll have a limited time to convert it into 200,000 Emeralds.
- Once this time limit expires, the Totem can no longer be exchanged for Emeralds. After that, it can only be converted into a Catalyst, an item used to enhance Totem skills.
