One of the two bundles will be displayed if the player meets the display criteria, such as number of Totems held, Team Level, etc.
The player will see “Your Elements!” or “Games of the Elements” will be displayed to the player, but the conditions are not yet known.
The information from each player is not unique in terms of VIP, number of Totems held, or server age. However, it is not completely random, but more of a trend.
When a player purchases a “Games of the Elements”, the “Your Elements!” may appear. Not definite.
It is possible that the logic is the same as when renewing a Valkyrie’s favor, one of the two bundles is displayed (again, detailed conditions are not yet known).
About the Value for Money
Extremely good value for a means of obtaining the totem.
If you don’t spend on the first two Totems, the combination of the Emerald x4 sale and the sale event is extremely likely to be a better value than running the Altar of the Elements.
