Winterfest Titan Gifts:50 Certificates

  • Q. Does the light & dark presents have tournament certificates? Like the titan gifts from last year. This was the most interesting gift, but I don’t see it on the list now …. Did you deleted it???
  • A. No, as far as I know, we didn’t remove them, so there will be Certificates in these new Presents
    Going to check it with the team again and if anything changes – I will definitely be here to report it

Irreversible Raid Button in Events

  • Q. Hello! Happy Holidays. I am hoping you can help “undo an action” when customer service could not.
    I was playing the web version of HW on my phone’s web browser. The game “froze” in the Galahad event. When it finally unfroze I was shown the results of a “raid all”, implying that I accidentally clicked the raid all button while the game screen was frozen. All of my “honor scrolls” were exchanged for a “pyrite”. Suddenly I had 42 of “pyrite” and only 6 of “Aetheria” and “Chrometal” resource. Less than an hour later I contacted support to request that my in game action be reversed.
    (Kudos to Nexters to have agents working on the weekend! I got a reply within less than 8 hours)

    Two different customer service agents were very friendly & polite but they refused to help me and I do not understand why. My request for a reversal of an action (raid all) meets all the criteria stated in your support FAQ.
    – The 1st agent said that it was impossible to refund “honor scrolls”.
    So then I proposed an alternate solution of only adjusting the crafting resources gained from raiding in my inventory. This would leave the # of honor scrolls and Galahad coins unchanged.
    – The 2nd agent said that was impossible to undo a “raid all” for this special event because all data was permanently recorded on the server.
    . . . This is an online game so of course all player actions involving getting items, using items, etc are always permanently recorded on the server. I still don’t understand what is special or different about this event.

    Suggested Improvement:
    The “raid all” button is DANGEROUS on events like the Galahad story event that require a player to manage their resources. The raid all button should not exist or should be changed to a slider so players can choose the number of times to raid.
  • A. I’m very sorry that customer support couldn’t assist you in resolving this issue. On my end, I will once again bring up this matter with the development team. Something needs to be done about these buttons to prevent the risk of accidental activations

Restore the Combat UI to Its Original Design ..2

  • Q. What the heck is this garbage? Why is the x5 button a million miles away from the heroes and the auto button? Please ask dev.s to fix this and return it to normal! Also a notification that changes have been made before I log in and go right to my Guild Wars fights would be nice!
  • A. Hey! There were a lot of complaints regarding the new battle UI, so we’ve changed it a bit with your feedback in mind. Please, tell us how do you like it!

Minion Battle Skip Button

  • Q. is it possible for Web to add this, similar to mobile for osh minion attacks, that we can skip all three battles? It’s annoying to have to skip battle after each one
  • A. Hello! Developers have some quality of life improvements in their development plans. I can’t guarantee the exact time when they will start implementation, but they are in progress.

Payment Issues on Facebook Version

  • Q. when are you guys going to solve the payment problem on facebook ?
  • A. Unfortunately, this is an error on the part of our partners from Facebook. Our developers are working on fixing it in collaboration with Facebook representatives.

    To whoever runs the frequently asked questions, do you think it would be possible for Nexter’s to tie chat to Google Translate, so the guild master picks what language the guild runs in but you read and text in your language
