Official Message: September Events!

  • our familiar Autumn Festival, the return of Prestige with expanded progression, and a new Ascension Season are all waiting for you this month.
  • 🐾 This year, the Autumn Festival is making way for the Mead Festival, and it’s bringing plenty of changes with it! Robin will make his debut during the celebration, while you and your Guild will fill the Honey Barrel, progress through a shared Battle Pass, explore the seasonal map and its Generators, and compete in personal and Guild rankings for valuable rewards.
  • 🏆 Prestige also returns after its short break, now with expanded progression and more ways to get something out of the system. And later in the month, Martha takes the spotlight in the second Ascension Season, bringing two new Ascension Skills focused on speeding up her allies and protecting the backline.
  • There’s plenty more happening throughout October, so keep this calendar close and start planning ahead!

Prices Continue to Rise

  • Currency Rate Adjustments: Exchange rates for the Japanese yen (JPY) and South Korean won (KRW) have been revised to reflect the US dollar’s stronger position. As a result, purchases in these currencies feel more expensive.
  • Direct Price Increases: Prices for certain products, including lower-priced Emerald packs, have also increased. Players paying in JPY may feel that this is a second consecutive price increase, though not all products are affected.
  • Daily Charge Free Tier Removed: The free tier previously offered during monthly Daily Charge events has been discontinued. It was originally intended to encourage spending, but the developers may have determined that it was not particularly effective.

1. Request for Bulk Pet Upgrade Controls

  • Q. CM, its nice to have a new pet finally, but for the next one (if you plan to release a next pet in the future), can we please have a button for EQUIP ALL / BUY ALL / CHARGE ALL of its stones on a certain level…? Just so our hands nd fingers wont break while maxing it…. Thank you in advance 😊 🍻
  • A. We might have some ideas for future pets… Thank you for sharing the feedback, will relay it to the team!

2. Interaction Between the Readiness War Flag and Enemy Robin’s Effect on Sebastian’s Starting Energy

  • Q. There is apparently a bug with Sebastian under the effect of Readiness flag with enemy Robin as a pet: When Robin is out on the other side, the bonus energy from Readiness flag that Sebastian gets at the start of the battle (and that lets him insta-ult) is cancelled. See the screenshots with and without Robin.
  • A. Hi! I don’t remember reports on that in our internal support channel. I will check with the team, but the more reliable way would be to make a support ticket for this potential bug with replay ID attached! That would make the investigation proccess faster and more reliable. Thank you!

3. CoW Buff Settings Not Applying in Combat Training

  • Q. Obviously Nexters didn’t really prepare it: Impossible to set the buffs in Combat Training (4/8%-steps for ENG/Foundry, any buff for Lighthouse).
  • A. Hi! This one is fixed, everything should be okay now! 👍

4. Request for Role-Based Hero Selection Tabs in Combat Training

  • Q. There are more and more heroes, and new skins and Ascension skills keep being added. As a result, the heroes’ positions in the Combat Training list keep changing, making it a real hassle to set up each test. There should be tabs to quickly select heroes by role.
  • A. I passed the idea to our team, we will see what we can do. It definitely won’t be implemented in near future, but we might get to that a bit later, could be useful

5. Plans for Free Ascension Grade Unlocks and Required Resources

  • Q. I think we should try get some information about potential plans with unlocking ascension grades for free in the future. If will be unlocked e.g. after 3 months or more and what kind of resources will be needed (standard seeds?). To know how to manage resources.
  • A. Hi! I am pushing for finalised information on that front, and I will share it as soon as I get it. There were a couple of different approaches proposed, I want to make sure that I have the most up to date information before I share anything. Same goes for the latest Titan Artifacts

6. Balancing Hero and Titan Battles in Ascension Season Guild War Quests

  • Q. Could you please ask for correction for a task in Ascension Season Fight in Guild Was with Heroes. Either change it to Fight in Guild Was – with same reward for Heroes/Titans with-or-without Highlighted Hero or remove it completely.
  • A. Thank you for all your feedback regarding Ascension Seasons in general and Ascension Season Quests specifically, the team is looking into that and thinking about possible changes

7. Reset of Accumulated Prestige Points for Players Without the Paid Pass

  • Q. Another day, another utterly incompetent decision from the dev team. When the Prestige season started, we saw that the points locked behind the paid pass were accumulating. (Trimming for length…) Every single Prestige point that was mechanically accumulated and then deleted by devs sudden patch MUST be restored to the players’ accounts immediately. 😡
  • A. Hi! The prestige wipe was intentional, as the accumulation itself was not intentional – it was a visual issue. We fixed it, but we hear the feedback, and we consider changing the system, so in future Prestige cycles it would accumulate and would not be reset. But it is not finalised yet, so we will share if we change the system in the future. Sorry for the confusion, and thank you for the feedback!

8. Concerns About Account Deletion During Server Merges

  • Q. I’d suggest you just close the game before picking either choice and try to contact support to fix it my moving one of the account to somewhere else.
  • A. We see that most of the messages regarding multiple strong accounts merged are hypotheticals, but there are definitely could be rare cases of that really happening. Please, in those cases, report them to the support team, we will evaluate them and see what we can do.

9. Planned Generator Improvements and Guild Leaving Restrictions After Events

  • Q. what is wasted is, i pressed the key generator by mistake and spent 5k ems………. I really hope they add a confirmation ? next time to confirm whether player really wants to turn on/upgrade the generator or not…. >,*
  • A. I will relay the feedback to the team! What we do plan to do (but maybe not before the next generators launch) is to make clear what resources are in the generators before you activate them

10. Request to Fix the Stun Horn Bug That Targets Isaac Instead of Grounded Turtles in Guild Raids

  • Q. CM, Can you pls finally fix the bug that leads to the stun horn ignoring one of the two turtles when its lying on the ground, and instead stuns Isaac.
  • A. I will see if we have this bug reported already, if not – we will look into that. Thank you for bringing this up!
