   How can Folio be a Tier A hero? I never encounter him at GW and COW

      Folio is a key counterpick against Lylia-based teams, which justifies his Tier A ranking.
      That said, his overall potential is limited. He’s generally more useful to players with a wide roster of well-upgraded heroes, while those with fewer options may find him less impactful.

            the team i know is: amira folio aidan alvanor (core) and thea i think so because use only these 4 core heroes still win those lyria+ishamel setup

               and with alvanor can be kept at lower training

      i first have seen it at AoC the team appeared to counter formidable ishamel and lyria teams but they only use alvanor i think their folio still weak
