1. Event Currency Converts to Titan Resource Chests at End

  • Q. CM : can you confirm shappires are converted to titan resource chests? For hero events it’s quite different and they are converted to crap…
  • A. The info is the article you just got linked is correct, as far as I know the rates have not changed

2. Cosmo’s Seal Will Remain Usable for Dark Titans

  • Q. Can you please double check to see that the Cosmo’s Seal will be the same used for the upcoming dark titan? Thanks
  • A. Hello, good question! Yes, it will be the same seal. Similar to how it worked with Verdoc/Asherona/Tidus

3. Titan Artifact Spheres to Be Compensated via Monday Gift

  • Q. where is 5 Titan Artifact Spheres!
    If you did not receive 5 Titan Black Balls in Saturday’s reward, please compensate in Sunday’s reward.
  • A. Hello, yes we saw that the link was missing spheres. It only affected web players. We’ll compensate players by adding spheres to the Monday link. Sorry about that, tech issues got in the way

4. Status Update on Previously Announced Mech Skin Unlock

5. Avalon’s Mech Skin Expected to Be Available Soon

  • Q. Good to see that almost all mech skins are available for sale shortly after they have been initially released. Avalon’s mech skill is not. According to support Ticket №XXXXXXX this is not a bug but intentional. But now for me it is very hard to understand why out of all mech skins Avalon’s mech skin would be the only exception.
    Problem is when i play this game as the optimization game for resource gathering and resource (and money) spending which it is, i need to be able to do an estimated guess about such things in advance.
    CM please clarify:
    How can i recognize in future whether an event offered skin will be treated like Avalon’s mech skin (still not available for purchase 2 months after it’s 1st release) and not like Ignis’ and all others’ mech skins (available for purchase within 1 month after invention)?
  • A. It really depends on the specific skin, but in general at the moment we’re trying to unlock them quite fast. With Avalon specifically it’s due to the skin being in the Emerald City recently, and hopefully it will be available very soon 🙂

6. Piggy Bank Monetization Change Will Remain for Now

  • Q. Piggy Bank is capped now. and costs 3.79 USD to turn in. which imho is a bad decision which we all dont want, but this is of business relevance so of course it is yours to take. But, seriously: you got to inform us about game rule changes!
    We cant click every day through every single event and offering and check if you sneakily changed some game mechanisms or rules.
    We really need a change log / release log. which is updated right at the minute whenever you change the game. no matter if it is a change of game behavior for fixing a bug or if you just sneakily changed the rules in order to – intentionally (are you evil?) or unintentionally (dont you care about your customers?) – trick us players into sub-optimal spending of money or costly resources.
    Playing a game like Hero Wars Dominion Era where you as our godlike ‘gamemaster’ are arbitrarily changing rules without notifying us means that
    – every player must keep and track an own database of all events and quests and offerings so we can compare and check everything and so have a chance to know the current rules of the game which we are going to play today
    – this check of rules may take 1 hour or more and is no fun at all
    – this check must be done at least once each day: every login or game reload for client changes, but also after server-side changes which we dont even know.
    – also reloads are enforced for example by memory leaks in CTs. please finally fix this.
    CMs – yes, i am angry. check the discord: some of us already wasted emeralds / money for nothing.
    and no, a change log / release log which we can quckily look up at login is not just nice to have. it is essential.
  • A. Let me try and answer all the questions about the change in the Piggy Bank here.
    We understand that the change is not favourable and some of the players are not happy with it. But that’s the decision the team made, and for now it will not change. We have other events that get you some cashback when spending Emeralds.
    And when it comes to communication, I can say from the community team side – I agree that we should have communicated this change, and we will try to do better in terms of communicating such changes to the community in advance.

7. Request to Add Subcategories for Inventory Consumables

  • Q. Dear CMs: Suggestion to improve Inventory UI/UX
    I would like to suggest a quality-of-life improvement for the Inventory. Currently, the “Consumable” tab contains too many items. Could you consider splitting it into sub-categories, such as “Hero Consumables” and “Titan Consumables”? Other items could remain in a general category. This would make it much easier for players to find what they need and would significantly improve the overall game experience.
  • A. Thanks for the suggestion, I like it! I will add it to the QoL wishes.

8. Sebastian and Nebula Mechanics in Osh Battles Explained

  • Q. After weeks and weeks of seemingly bad luck vs Osh with consistently doing 5 combo attacks with the Cornelius teams, that have calculated crit chances between 33% and 45%, but often not a single crit, i am wondering if something is just wrong on the games’ side.
    The attached table shows the calculated crit chances based on known ingame stats (buffs, skills etc.). Yet the ingame experience does not live up to these numbers. The one thing in these calculations that is a bit of a mystery is Oshs Intelligence stat that is used in calculating the crit chance. This number (75710) is circulating in a few online sources for years. Can you pls find out and confirm that this is actually the correct INT stat or has there been maybe a buff to Oshs INT at some point? It would explain why crits ingame seem more rare than when you look at these calculation.
    Edit: It seems its not the INT stat, as Corny is doing the calculated amount of dmg, that is based on Oshs INT stat.
    Another mystery is when Nebulas Bubble buff (“Equilibrium” skill) is considered to be on the target – in what way is it visible in game? Is it already active when the bubble is on the way to a hero? Is it only active when its really on the hero? Is it still active when the bubble is starting to move? And most importantly: Does the buff duration really correspond to what you can see in game?
    The same applies to Sebastians Battle Song buff … does its active stat correspond to what you see in game, i.e. the musical notes around the heroes?
  • A. Good question, requires some investigation on my part, I’ll check with the team and get back to you.

    Following up on this.
    When it comes to crit chance, nothing on the game’s side looks off here. What you’re experiencing can still happen even if you calculate everything. Crit chance is not that high so that it can reliably hit every time. RNG can be brutal 😿
    Also worth noting that Sebastian’s Battle Song only increases crit chance for heroes who already have that stat, and Cornelius does not have a base crit, he can gain crit from other sources, like an ally’s artifact, which can in turn be boosted by Seb, which can affect the expected outcome.
    And when it comes to buffs/animations, Seb has the buff applied at the start of the animations, but with Nebula the buff only becomes active once the sphere reaches the hero and is visually on them.
    As for Osh stats, we don’t share exact values, but there haven’t been changes there that would explain different results.
    I hope this clarifies things a bit 🫂

10. Request to Make Guild War Assignments Visible to All Members

  • Q. Suggestion: Make GW Assignments visible to all members (like in CoW) 🏛️⚔️
    Why is there a difference between Clash of Worlds and Guild War assignment visibility?
    The Issue: In CoW, everyone sees who is assigned where. It’s transparent and organized.
    The Problem in GW: Only Generals can see the assignments. This leads to members accidentally attacking the wrong targets or thinking there is no plan at all. And Yes, members can check ‘General Commands,’ but it is not practical. Most players just look at the towers and attack.
    The Result: It creates unnecessary friction between members and Generals when someone “steals” a hit they didn’t know was assigned.
    CM, please make GW assignments visible to the whole guild! It’s a simple Quality of Life update that would save Guild Masters a lot of headaches. 😄
  • A. Hello and thanks for bringing this up. This has been mentioned before, I have brought it up to the team and will make sure to raise it again.

11. CoW Draw Issue Acknowledged, Solution Under Consideration

  • Q. Would you please consider doing something a little more urgently about the well known problem that the only real end game content CoW is about being lucky in a series consisting mostly of draws? Top guilds are so desperate that they started to not attack at all, get willingly defeated or not even setting up any CoW defense for better chances of reaching top 50.
    its really urgent. many top players are retiring.
    everyone looks more or less up to the top100 guilds. when they have problems with recruiting and have to do mergers and such, it says something about the whole game’s health condition.
    some context. feel free to read the whole conversation.
    “look at the mechanical skins: all not necessary but nice to look at and even may give an edge in one or the other end-game battles. imo nexters is doing a okay job in the difficult area of balancing f2p and p2w content while not accelerating progression speed too fast or low for new / old players.
    its not a very good job, because i see quite many old players leaving because of well-known problems with the only real end-game content CoW not being addressed.”
  • A. Hi, I got some context from the team, and they are aware of the issue with CoW draws and are considering solutions. No promises at this point for any specific changes, but it is on our radar and I will bring it up to the team again.

12. Proposal for Utilizing Underused Heroes

  • Q. 💡Walk of Fame (idea)
    72 heroes have already been added to game, but about 30 are practically unused…Nexters has no plans to stop churning out new heroes…lol🤭
    The main idea is to generate profit from all heroes, so that investments in hero development yield dividends.
    Proposal:
    Implement a location where unused heroes can be turned into monuments (up to 30 heroes…these heroes cannot be used in other locations, events, or tournaments…making a hero usable can only be done with ems).
    Heroes turned to stone will generate resources (heroes only with 150k+ power):
    – Explorers moves…1-30 per week (depending on number of heroes in location)
    – AoC turns 1-30 to max value or a 10-second cooldown reduction for each hero (-5 min max)
    – Titanite cards x3 per hero (this will be convenient for those who collect titanite without a script)
