About Spooky Festival Island (Chilling Story and Cornelius Skin)

• This is the only place to get Cornelius‘ armor piercing skin.
• If you miss it, you may not be able to get it again for about a year.
• There is a team-building strategy against Maestro that requires this skin to increase Armor penetration by about 1,000.
  However, it is still a situation where it will take some time to finalize an effective teams for Maestro. (Note that this skin is only one of the current proposals).
