• our familiar Autumn Festival, the return of Prestige with expanded progression, and a new Ascension Season are all waiting for you this month.
• 🐾 This year, the Autumn Festival is making way for the Mead Festival, and it’s bringing plenty of changes with it! Robin will make his debut during the celebration, while you and your Guild will fill the Honey Barrel, progress through a shared Battle Pass, explore the seasonal map and its Generators, and compete in personal and Guild rankings for valuable rewards.
• 🏆 Prestige also returns after its short break, now with expanded progression and more ways to get something out of the system. And later in the month, Martha takes the spotlight in the second Ascension Season, bringing two new Ascension Skills focused on speeding up her allies and protecting the backline.
• There’s plenty more happening throughout October, so keep this calendar close and start planning ahead!

1. Timing of Final Rewards in Generator Events

• Q. The main problem is the generators itself, even if you start the first generator the moment during the night when it goes online, you will receive the last reward only when the event ends so the last 5000 barrel keys can not be used since the event missions end before you can buy or use those keys. A bunch of horse apples if you ask me. You get the last 5000 keys and they only get transformed into mediocre rewards at best. What if you need those 5000 keys to get an important offer in the shop, no chance. So unpractical, but what else can you expect from Nexters at this point. The whole generator thing is complete BS and they don’t care about it one bit. As long as players continue to pay them they won’t stop, sadly….
• A. I see the point. We’ve had similar feedback about the final rewards with other generator events as well, where players receive resources too late to actually use them the way they’d like. I’ll keep bringing this feedback to the team.

2. Criticism of the Relative Value of Golden Threads and Skin Stone Chests

• Q. Excuse me, I thought you guys announced the changed reward to be ‘similar value’? the developer really thinks this RNG useless tiny few golden thread is same value as the original large skin stone chest?? Just take one example: 250 golden threads replacing 30 large skin stone chest, really same value? Oh Goodness. 30 large SS chest gives 4500 skinstones, which is ~5000, which is like opening one new skin, which is by YOUR OWN VALUE at your p2w shop, is USD $29.90 for one skin. 250 golden thread = $29.90 then? Same value? I thought you guys made official announcement replacing event reward with similar value items??? It this supposed to be the best joke of the year ? LMAO Do you know how much resource need to be spent to complete this upgrade 130 skin levels or not? Do you really play the game? NO i guess.
• A. We’ve discussed this reward rebalance quite a bit already, and I understand that not all of these changes are going to feel good to everyone. Different resources have very different value depending on where your account is, so even if the calculated value is similar, I understand why replacing something you personally need with something you value less feels like a downgrade. We’ve seen that feedback very clearly. The changes are intentional, but we’ll keep looking at how the new reward mix is received in practice.

3. Reduced Legacy of the Great Ones Rewards and the Impact on F2P Players

• Q. im pretty sure this LoTGO is now giving much lesser rewards??? again, they said similar values?? by adding more points towards spend 100k+ emeralds? announcing ‘redistributing the event reward but keep the total reward the same’, but that is just MARKETING LIES towards 90% of the population. Just straight away say it: “We are reducing the f2p rewards and moving it towards VIP points and spend emeralds rewards”, you don’t have the courage to say that? Hiding behind a marketing headline and hope the customers will not realize it and just move on with it??? 😱 terrible and what a shame. Now clearing 200 artifact levels can only buy you 220 flawless artifact chest…. im pretty sure in the past i could buy many more………. I just checked, previously 4000 event points for this, now has been halved to 2000 only. rewards halved….. keys and energy reward point is also nerfed so bad…. endless nerf, when will we quit this game? i lost that feeling of having fun anymore with all these endless nerfs in the events.
• A. Like we discussed many times, we’re rebalancing rewards. All I can do here is just re-assure you that your feedback is being noted and forwarded

4. Lack of Reliable Ways to Upgrade Summoner Titan Artifacts

• Q. I know everyone is talking about Martha and Robin right now, and people are excited about the arrival of a new pet. However, something that has been a real thorn in my side for months is this: it has been quite a while since the Summoner Titans (Tidus, Verdoc, Asherona) were introduced, yet there hasn’t been a single opportunity to upgrade their artifacts further. You can’t buy their artifacts from the merchant, nor have there been any events offering fragments for them. In short: if you didn’t max out those Titans when they were first released, they remain unplayable. This is arguably the most pressing issue in the game—even more urgent than a new pet!
• A. Fair point. I understand the need a reliable way to keep developing new titans Artifacts afterwards. I know the lack of Artifact fragments for Tidus, Verdok and Asherona has been coming up for a while, and I understand the frustration of having the Titans but no regular way to continue building them. I’ll raise this again with the team and see if I can get a more concrete update on when additional sources are planned.

5. Energy Regeneration Timer Bug and Unresolved Astrid Strength Bug

• Q. CM, The energy-gaining timer seems to be bugged. I already realized this some weeks ago, but when I wanted to verify it, it wasn’t there anymore. Today, I realized it once again, and just verified it: 4 Screenshot combined to one for easier understanding: – Loading the game, at 0:02:05 am it shows: next energy in 5:47 minutes. – Reloading the game, at 0:02:35 am it shows: next energy in 5:45 minutes. – Reloading the game, at 0:03:04 am it shows: next energy in 5:44 minutes. – Reloading the game, at 0:03:35 am it shows: next energy in 5:48 minutes. Seems like the shown timer always starts at 6:00 when you reload the game, although it somehow seems to work correctly (cp. +3 energy between 0:02:35 am and 0:03:04 am, although the timer said “next energy in 5:45” at 0:02:35 am). EDIT: Now, 50 minutes later, I once again can’t verify this problem anymore. It seems not to happen always, but as mentioned above: I already had this problem quite a few times in the last weeks. Not always, but often. EDIT 2: I just could specify it with another account: The problem only seems to occur when you have >180-190 energy with active energy boost (+3 instead of +1). Having 220 energy, I could reproduce this problem. When I spent energy to less than 180-190, the timer works again correctly – but only after reloading the game once more.
• A. I’ll pass this to the team to investigate. From what you’ve described, the Energy itself seems to regenerate correctly, but the timer display gets out of sync under certain conditions. I’ll let you know if I get an update on it.
• Q. PS, CM: The “Astrid strength”-Bug from Ticket is also still not fixed. Support said “I have already passed your account information and a description of your situation over to the developers so they can look into it and make the necessary adjustments as soon as possible.” ca. 5 days ago, but the bug is still active (and the ticket got closed).
• A. Also noted, will try to check up on this

6. Requests to Improve Intrusive Game Pop-Ups

• Q. Oh wow! This virus that is loose in Hero Wars just got worse… These areas of the play screen that keep disappearing due to some stupid box popping out over top of them. Aside from being distracting and effing annoying, they affect game play. The piggy one that conveniently hides how many emeralds you have in stock is bad. But the worst one is the one that pops up over your opponent team after you spend emeralds to speed up arena as it is critically close to your reward time. Please stop them. While they are sometimes useful (keeping track of how many items you have reached in an event). the nuisance factor outweighs this.
• A. These pop-ups are meant to give you useful event/progress information, but they definitely shouldn’t get in the way of actually playing the game. Our team has heard your feedback and is working on a fix. Hopefully we can change it soon.
• Q. Yes, so provide an option for people to disable them if they dont want it!
• A. Yes, I think that’s what the team is thinking as well, an option to turn it off, or grouping repeating pop-ups, so they are much less frequent. We’ll let you know when there is a fix and what it looks like

7. Praise for QoL Improvements and Recognition of Player Feedback

• Q. Well, credit where credit is due… props to CM and the dev team! They rolled out these quality-of-life updates pretty fast to stream-line the gameplay. But most importantly, this is a real-life example of the devs actually listening to the player base for once. I really hope this positive trend keeps going. Honestly, today is the first time in forever that reading the game’s news hub actually felt good🥰 Let’s show them that when they actually do something right, our feedback will be just as positive. P.S. Of course, I was dreaming of a full Dungeon raid feature, but auto-battle is still a solid solution
• A. We’ll take the win 😄 Thank you! And yes, this is exactly why I keep asking you to share specific feedback, even when I can’t promise an immediate change. Some things take longer, some won’t change, but some we can actually act on. Glad these QoL changes made things a little less painful. And yes, I’ve heard you on the full Dungeon Raid too

8. Criticism of Guild Prestige Paywalls and Titanite Tasks

• Q. The recent Guild Prestige update is an absolute crazy. GDEV literally locked the most logical, core action of the game spending Energy – behind a ridiculous $30 paywall. Meanwhile, they made the Titanite collection task completely free and unlimited. Are you out of your minds? Game is flooded with scrips-users who use illegal dungeon scripts to mine thousands of Titanite instantly. By making Titanite tasks unlimited and free, you just handed cheaters a free pass to dominate the leaderboards, while honest guilds who play fair stand zero chance. This needs to be fixed immediately. At the least, swap these tasks: move the Energy spending task to the free tier (without a daily cap), and put Titanite collection under the paid pass and make it limited. Stop rewarding cheaters and killing fair competition!😡
• A. Prestige has just returned with quite a few changes, so right now we’re closely watching how the new system actually feels in practice. I see the concerns you’re raising, and I’m collecting feedback on the new tasks, rewards, competition between Guilds and the overall balance. Keep it coming and I’ll make sure the team sees what works for you and what doesn’t.

9. Web Server Merge Schedule and Criticism of Robin’s Early Access Pricing

• Q. We’d love an update before the 13th on WEB mergers please. I’d also like to state that the early access to Robin is outrageous. Once again, preventing Nexters from making money. I took one look at 49.99 and said no. Now, had it been 29.99 there would have been 2 purchases in my household since we have two playing the game. So in this household… you received zero funding. From my guild, I saw about 6 to 9 who would have purchased at the 29.99… but as it is you received zero from the others who just think the price is out of control. Conservatively that’s 239.92 you could have earned instead of zero dollars. Factor in how little pay to play player you have and that more than 50% felt it was too high a price, was all that money the game did not earn. From the nexters financials, only around 4.7% are pay to play, means the company lost a lot more money again. Lost out on another opportunity to actually make some money. Unfortunately, it seems those you work for refuse to make a change, refuse to see what they are doing to the company. I’m sorry for all those who work there. But more sorry for those of us who paid to play. I used to defend the company charging, everyone deserves pay for their work. But no one has the right to gouge, and everyone has the right to not purchase.
• A. We’ll share an update on the WEB merges before the 13th, yes. At the moment I can confirm that the dates are finalised as September 15-16, and we’ll be posting an update when everything is finalised closer to the dates. As for Robin, we’ve seen quite a few comments that $49.99 price feels too high. I’m collecting that feedback and will make sure the team sees

10. Compensation for Accounts Deleted During Server Merges

• Q. RE: Accounts Deleted due to Server Merger Now that more server mergers have been completed, do we have any more information about the emerald calculation used when a player has active characters on multiple servers that are merged together, and has to choose for all but one to be deleted? I have active characters on two servers which are scheduled to be merged. The secondary account is only VIP8 but it has a wealth of resources (400k emeralds saved, 15+ active totem frags, 20+ max heroes, etc). If the emeralds alone transferred, I would be happy, but I am afraid that because I did not spend much on the account that I will receive relatively little if/when it is deleted. CM, can you share any information about this?
• A. We don’t publish the exact compensation formula, so I can’t provide a specific calculation. What I can clarify is that the compensation is based on purchases made on the character that gets deleted. Emeralds and other resources earned through gameplay or events are not transferred to the character you keep. So I wouldn’t treat the merge as a way to recover or transfer resources from a secondary character. If you want to keep those resources, the safer option is to use the free transfer and move that character to an older server instead.

11. Support’s Handling of Script Cheating Allegations

• Q. My Friend sent two tickets to support; here is the content of his second ticket—perhaps this will clarify things for you. ” OK my other TICKET: I am replying regarding ticket #xxxxxxx. How can you claim there is no violation? From rank 50, I can only attack up to rank 17! That player attacked me—sitting at rank 5—from rank 50; that is IMPOSSIBLE! Do the people reviewing these complaints actually know the game? Attacking from rank 50 to rank 5 is only possible using a SCRIPT! Let me remind you that the player with ID xxxxxxx was banned for 30 days in September 2025 for using a SCRIPT! He is a script developer; his entire guild uses the script he created—he has even openly admitted it, as you would see if you looked at the attachments in ticket #xxxxxxx. Please, have these infractions analyzed by someone who actually plays the game? “
• A. I don’t comment publicly on individual cheating cases or suspicions about specific players. Since you already have an open ticket, please continue the conversation with Support there and provide them with any additional evidence or details you have. They’re the right team to investigate this.
