Types of Superior Coins

Used to increase Castle Level or automatically exchanged for rewards after the event ends if left unused. - Ranking-reflected Coins
Function the same as player-kept coins, but the amount obtained is automatically added to the Guild’s ranking score, which determines victory or defeat.

Quest Rewards
- Superior Coins obtained from event quests are player-kept only.
- If completed quests are left unclaimed, they will be automatically exchanged for rewards after the event ends.
- To contribute to Castle Level, you must manually claim the quest and deliver the coins to the Castle.
Map Treasure Chests
- When any Guild member opens a treasure chest, coins are distributed to all Guild members.
- These coins are reflected in rankings, but only one player’s worth is counted.
- To contribute to Castle Level, each member must manually deliver their coins — this is not automatic.
Occupying Settlements
- Coins are earned by the occupying player over time.
- Even if multiple members support the defense, only the occupying player receives the coins.
- A 32-point settlement generates 32 points per minute.
- In practice, these are often Guild efforts, so hoarding them may cause friction.
- Coins may be granted in bulk upon login if you were offline.
- Coins from settlement occupation are automatically reflected in rankings.
Winning Attacks
- Coins are earned based on damage dealt. Defeating a full-health enemy grants 100 points.
- Attacking a defended stronghold grants an additional +100 points.
- Rotating attacks on central strongholds is an efficient and widely used strategy.
- Coins earned are automatically reflected in rankings.
Winning Defenses
- Successfully defending a stronghold grants 100 points.
- These coins are likely not reflected in rankings.
- This is presumably to prevent farming through Guild collusion.
Delivering Coins to the Castle
- Coins can be delivered to increase Castle Level.
- Large deliveries at low levels can raise multiple levels at once.
- Contribution details can be checked in the Castle → Tavern → Activity log.
- Delivering coins does not affect Guild rankings.
- Delivery amounts are automatically determined based on coin count and cannot be manually adjusted, though timing quest claims allows partial control.
Delivering Emeralds to the Castle
- Emeralds can be used as an alternative to coins.
- Conversion rates are inefficient:
- 500 Emeralds → 250 Coins
- 5,000 Emeralds → 3,000 Coins
- Approximate rate: 1 Superior Coin ≈ 2 Emeralds
- Castle Level contribution is calculated in coin value.
- Other Guild members cannot see whether Coins or Emeralds were used.
- Emerald usage does not affect rankings, meaning spending alone cannot win the Guild competition.
