1. AoC needs a system to prevent repeated battles against the same guild

  • Q. Let’s post something more constructive that Nexters can implement.
    Nexters, please add a cooldown in the matchmaking, so that 2 teams will not be match in the same group consecutively.
  • A. The developers are working on improving the matchmaking system. We’ve highlighted feedback about players encountering the same teams as opponents. We expect this to be addressed in future iterations.

2. Four major drawbacks to The Tournament of Power

  • Q. The Tournament of Power has some terrible downsides, and you should work on them.

    – 1. The matching was terrible, especially when you are facing some new accounts. If you have brought all your heroes already to level 130, then it is a big disadvantage, if others can do some leveling of multiple heroes.

    – 2. For players in Europe the event ended in the middle of the night. Either we are sleeping, or if we are still awake (the event ended on Saturday/Sunday night), then we are meeting friends or whatever. So, there’s no possibility to participate in the most important part of the event.

    – 3. Events like this are boring, I’m not pretty thrilled. It’s just stupid leveling, spending resources. For you a good deal, at least in short term, since players are wasting their resources or spending money. In long term it won’t be an event which keeps us in the game.

    – 4. Leveling some low level heroes doesn’t bring any benefit. But it brings a downside for events like Area of Conquest. It’s still the worst event, but I think you are sticking to it. So, that means all upcoming AoC events will have worse matchings, because I’m pretty sure, that you are not counting useful heroes, you are counting the total heroes power.
  • A. All feedback on the Tournament of Power has been collected and passed on to the developers for review. Thank you for sharing it here and participating in in-game surveys. It’s very important!

3. Exchanging Emeralds for Gift of the Dominion

  • Q. February may or may not be Champion Season (news vs in-game).

    – Can we please have a way to gift the red GoD (as we have it for the Titan Sphere)?
    – And please a way to exchange it for emeralds (like Titan Spheres and the Pet Sphere).
    – And please also let us exchange them before we have all those useless heroes geared up completely. You dont give them love, so why should we love them?
  • A. I have also passed these suggestions on to the developers. If there are any updates on this matter, I will let you know.

4. If Mystery Island rewards fewer emeralds, subscription prices should be lowered

  • Q. Well, OK, lets say, we dont get back the 20k emeralds on the map, you decreased the rewards… Then how about you proportionally also decrease the price of island subscription?
  • A. Not all territories have appeared on the map of the Mysterious Island yet. So, in February, some more resources will be added to the map.

5. Buy multiple Valkyrie’s Favor at once

  • Q. I wish they finally add feature to buy Valkyrie for a month or more as well. buying it every week is frustrating. and we may miss it as well.
  • A. The ability to flexibly choose the duration of your subscription would definitely be more convenient! I will pass this on to the developers.

6. Artifact bundles haven’t been updated

  • Q. When will they update their Offers, its still not absolute chests, who would ever spend that amount of Emmies on Flawless Arti chests.
    These are offers from when Flawless was the max arti chests :/
  • A. I have passed your request to the devs

7. How to make guild management more convenient

  • Q. I prefer solo – cause is hard to find active player with strong team – hard to manage guild — also guild-recruitment in discord channel no long beneficial. its not working
  • A. What, in your opinion, would make guild searching  and managing more convenient?

There are more features like this now, but they don’t seem very useful, do they?
