Addressing the End of CoW and the Start of the Area of Conquest

What should a guild leader say at a time like this?
Here is my message to the guild.

Thank you for your hard work in the Area of Conquest.
Thanks to everyone’s efforts, we have secured first place for the second consecutive event and earned excellent rewards.
I may break down the physical attack patterns and use them as material for future armor piercing strategies.
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude and respect for your dedication.

Big news came with the retirement of CoW, and the current Conquest mode.
I think it’s important to NEXTERS say “which will also be less time-consuming” but I can’t make a judgment based on that alone. In some cases, NEXTERS may decide to discontinue the game mode altogether. (This is just a prediction of potential future outcomes.)
What will it look like, and how will user opinion affect it? I plan to decide on the guild’s stance once we have all the information.

Regardless, the guild’s policy will remain the same as it has been for the past four years. During that time, guild raids and CoW were introduced.
The game is meant to be enjoyed, and you should choose your level of involvement so that it doesn’t overwhelm you. Forced participation doesn’t last. We are a group of 30 on a platform with over 150,000 ids, and we want to attract members who share our mindset.
Not too hard, not too slack, but balanced in a way that doesn’t interfere with your life. We want to continue to share this approach as we have in the past.

As for the last five rounds of CoW, I want to complete them in such a way that we can look back and say, “I actually enjoyed it a lot”. I will approach CoW with the intention of fully enjoying these last rounds and awaiting the appearance of the Maestro.
As for the new version of the conquest area, I’m not sure how to feel about it at this point, so my current stance is to reserve judgment.
