[Hero Wars Guide]Dungeon

Game Mode Guide

  • One of the PvE game modes in Hero Wars.
  • This mode is only available to guild members.
  • In most Hero Wars content, the number of daily attempts is limited. This limit cannot be increased, even by paying. Dungeons, however, are an exception to this rule, and you can advance as long as your Titan has health left.
  • Each floor consists of 10 rooms that must be completed in order.
  • Titan Upgrade items are awarded based on the rooms you clear.

Items available in the dungeon

  • Titanite
  • Titan Potion
  • Titan Soul Stone

Indirectly Acquired Items

  • Titan Soul Stones can be converted to Gold or Radiance of Power in the shop when they become redundant.
  • In effect, they serve as the primary means of obtaining gold and power.
  • As a variation on team composition, the dungeon is often used to gather buffs when preparing a lightly trained hero.

Floors

  • There are 10 rooms (doors) of 5 different types in the floors.
  • There are also rules for the order in which they are placed.
  • The more enemies you defeat, the stronger the enemy teams become. The maximum power of a type is said to be reached after 2,600 saved victories.

Laws of the Floors

  • The number of Hero and Titan rooms is determined by how often they appear.
  • Rooms 1, 3, 4, 6, and 9 are Hero rooms.
  • Rooms 2, 5, 7, 8, and 10 are Titan rooms. The type of Titan room changes according to the total power of the Water, Fire, and Earth Titans.
  • The element with the highest total power is the deciding factor. The total power can be checked in the same way as the elements of the fixed totems. However, Light and Dark Titans are not taken into account.
  • The actual table is shown in the order of placement described below.
Note: The elements of the pattern from which you can choose a door are not strictly fixed between the first and second options. They appear to be determined based on power. Therefore, the description will be omitted here.

Room Types

  • There are Hero rooms and four types of Titan rooms. There are no Light or Dark Titan rooms.
  • A common characteristic of Titan Rooms is that the opposing team has no artifacts or totems.

Hero Room

  • The opponent’s maximum power is about 242,913 ?
  • In this room, your team’s health and power are reset after each round.
  • The enemy team composition in this room has been updated several times.

Water Titan Room

  • The maximum opponent power is 396,131.
  • Only Water Titan opponents will appear.
  • Only Earth Titans can be used on your team.

Fire Titan Room

  • The maximum opponent power is 396,132.
  • Only Fire Titan opponents will appear.
  • Only Water Titans can be used on your team.

Earth Titan Room

  • The maximum opponent power is 396,131.
  • Only Earth Titan opponents will appear.
  • Only Fire Titans can be used on your team.

Mixed Titan Room

  • The maximum opponent power is 670,735.
  • Opponents are Water, Fire and Earth Titans.
  • Your team can use any Titan. (including Light and Dark)
  • Opponent teams follow set patterns rather than being random. The Eden pattern is generally the most difficult. In addition, teams without Super Titans can easily recover in the bonus stage.
  • In the past, the patterns of teams appearing in rooms changed periodically, but they have now returned to a fixed pattern.

  • The amount of gold you can receive increases by 100 for each level you pass.
  • Passing through certain floors will also complete quests.
  • When you pass a save point, the Enemy Strength is determined. This status is tied to your account and cannot be reset once the teams have been strengthened.
  • When a reset is performed, the game restarts at the floor before the last save point you passed.

Reset

  • Dungeon progress will be reset according to its own update time.
  • Titan health and stats are reset.
  • Progress will restart from the first room of a level prior to the level you are currently attempting after a reset. There is no way to return to a previously completed level.

The Divination Cards

Patterns that require attention

Dungeon Combat Features

  • Valkyrie Blessing: The Blessing of the Valkyrie is effective in dungeon combat.
  • Combat Skipping: Combat can only be skipped by using a divination card.
  • Redoing Combat: Combat can be replayed any number of times. However, if you do not leave the combat before the outcome is determined, the Titan’s defeated state will be transferred.

Dungeon’s Damnation

Dungeon Strategy

Mixed Room Survival

  • Basic dungeon survival strategy.
  • Since Earth and Fire Titans cannot restore the tank’s health, the tank’s health will continue to decrease as the dungeon progresses.
  • Therefore, we can restore the tank’s Health by placing a Water Totem, an Iyari, and a low-Health Titan together in a Mixed Room. This strategy will allow us to get through about 50 levels (about 2 hours) of the dungeon each day (although few people get that far in the dungeon).

Tankless Strategy

  • This is an application of the recovery strategy using a mixed room.
  • By not using a tank outside of the mixed room, it is possible to reduce the difficulty of managing the recovery of the first Titan.
  • This also has the advantage of providing a few seconds of advantage from the start of the battle to the point of contact with the enemy.

Gauge Preservation

  • Gauge status is inherited when fighting Titans.
  • For this reason, it is preferable to have as much gauge as possible at the moment of defeating the enemy.
  • Since the Totem’s Gauge is not transferred, it is also effective to use the totem aggressively to defeat the enemy.

Water Titan Room Strategy

  • It is possible to break through to the deep levels with Eden alone.
  • If Angus’ gauge was saved in the previous room, it is possible to activate his skill before contact with the enemy, making it easier to maintain Health by delaying contact with the enemy.
  • Alternating between the Earth Totem and Avalon’s Barrier can suppress damage.

Fire Titan Room Strategy

  • Until you reach the deep levels, it is possible to break through with Hyperion alone.
  • By activating two of skills by Sigurd Nova and Mairi, it is possible to connect to the totem activation and finish the fight with the gauge maxed out. The trick is not to activate any of Hyperion’s skills!
  • This is good for practicing in high speed dungeons, as it is easy to manually control even at a fixed 5x speed.

Earth Titan Room Strategy

  • Araji can break through alone until he reaches the deep levels.
  • It is possible to increase the number of consecutive battles by using “Moloch IN” until Moloch’s health decreases and “Moloch OUT” when his health decreases.
  • The Araji and Ignis gauges are important, and starting with both fully charged will result in the least number of hits.

Fixed Recovery Room

  • The dungeon rooms have a random element.
  • This results in a situation where the tank cannot be recovered even after advancing 20 rooms, and you may not be able to complete the quest.
  • To avoid this, avoid having the highest Power of the Water Titan, and you will have many patterns where Water or Mixed is a definite choice, making it easier to survive.

Two-Element Limited Strategy

  • Tactic to get deep into the dungeon with as little training as possible.
  • Thoroughly avoid choosing an Element that you will not attack when two rooms are displayed. This allows you to reduce the resources, such as totems, needed for long hours of deep play to just one Element.
  • This is useful for those who want to advance through hundreds of rooms each day, but have fewer resources to advance in the game.

Dungeon Strategy (for F2P)

How to reach 15,000 levels

  • When you reach 15,000 levels, you will receive a special frame. For this reason, it is considered one of the goals in the Dungeon Strategy.
  • Special upgrades to Hyperion, Araji, and Eden will help you reach 15,000 levels.
  • Use Water Totems and Iyari to recover in the mixed levels and keep tramping as much as possible.

Limit yourself to 20 rooms per day

  • Every time you make a save point in a dungeon, the enemies get stronger and it becomes harder to advance.
  • You can prevent your enemies from getting stronger by limiting yourself to 20 rooms per day.
  • This tactic is especially useful for non-paying players, as it prevents them from being unable to progress in the dungeon due to lack of totem reinforcement.
  • Even for paying players, there will be a limit to how many Titan rooms you can automatically clear. Limiting yourself to 20 rooms per day will help shorten your daily routine.

If your guild has a quota

  • Dungeon rewards benefit the entire guild. Therefore, the guild can set a daily quota for earning titanite.
  • However, there is a pattern of guilds reaching a dead end after a month or so because they cannot keep up with their titan leveling.
  • If this is the case, you may want to consider joining a guild that plays the same way as you do.
  • Excessive quotas will exceed the speed at which Titans can be strengthened, creating a situation that can only be resolved by spending money.
  • Making the Water Totem 2 stars with a specific totem can postpone this problem, but only to a point.

Dungeon Strategy in Events

Dungeon Progression Quests

  • Once a dungeon depletes a Titan’s health, it cannot be restored.
  • Event Quest missions are designed to advance the dungeon within a time limit.
  • If a dungeon depletes a Titan’s Health, it may be impossible to complete the quest.

Hero Battle Quests

  • Hero Battle can be used effectively for quests such as Hero Damage, which are part of guild quests, etc.
  • You can place a team in the hero room that intentionally takes a long time to complete the quest.
  • If you lose or run out of time, you can redo the quest. You can auto-run the quest until it is completed.

FAQ

My Titan has been defeated and I can’t continue

  • Q: Is it possible to resurrect a defeated Titan?
  • A: There is currently no way to resurrect a defeated Titan. However, you can use a time-lag technique to manage the situation.

My tank is down

  • Q: I did something wrong and my tank is down. What should I do?
  • A: Prepare Iyari in advance with the saved Skill Gauge. Organize them in a mixed room at the same time and activate Iyari immediately. Stunning the enemy with Moloch or Nova will buy you additional time.

Is the Water Totem necessary?

  • Q: I have no money. If I choose a Water Totem, will I be able to complete the dungeon?
  • A: You can get through more floors with a Water Totem than without. However, unless you complete the Water Totem and an additional Elemental Totem, your progress will be limited. There is a small chance of obtaining a totem without paying, and future skins may affect this. Excellent gameplay can also help you progress slowly, day by day. Your ability to complete the dungeon will depend on your skill and luck!

Infinite Dungeons

  • Q: Is it possible to advance through a dungeon indefinitely?
  • A: It used to be, but with the addition of the Dungeon’s Damnation (healing debuff), it is no longer possible.

Is the dungeon unnecessary for those who don’t raise Titans?

  • Q: I am not interested in raising Titans. Can I still complete the dungeon?
  • A: If you are an active guild member, you are at risk of being kicked out of the guild for lack of contribution. In addition, excess Titan Soul Stones from the dungeon can be exchanged for Gold or Power Spikes in the shop. Gold is required for Hero Ascension, and the main way to obtain it is by converting Titan Soul Stones from dungeons. Also, if you have a lot of Heroes with Gifts of Element, playing the dungeon can be a faster method!
