[Hero Wars Guide]Ninja Turtles

TMNT Hero Guide

  • Add in 2024. this hero is part of a collaboration with the comic series of the same name. The four Ninja Turtles* share a common Health pool and act as special warriors who battle by swapping in and out.
  • This hero is only available during the collaboration period.
  • Their strengths lie in backstabbing, Knockback, Stun, and support abilities such as Health regeneration, Vampirism buffs, and Debuff removal. In addition, their first artifact provides armor penetration.

* Leo,Donnie,Raph and Mikey

Ninja Turtles’s Strengths and Team Strategy

  • Heroes with Armor penetration as their First artifact often face team composition limitations. However, previous Collaboration Heroes, such as Lara Croft, offered a flexible range of options despite being optimized for fast-attack teams. Similarly, this hero is expected to offer diverse team composition options, making them highly anticipated.
  • They can be particularly effective against team compositions with Augustus, Polaris, and Thea, who are vulnerable to physical attacks and often positioned in the back.
  • The default skin doubles agility at twice the cost. As a result, the maximum agility value is high, which reduces the opponent’s dodge and critical success rate. It also tends to increase armor slightly. It also frequently causes stuns, aiming to disable the opponent’s debuff cuts. Because of these characteristics, it may act as a counter to Dante.
  • With its high armor value, it is likely to be considered for tanking in a fast-attack team, depending on its development.
  • It has a lot of knockback and tends to gather enemies in one place. This makes it a good fit with the area attacks of Arachne, Jorgan, and Polaris. It may function as the DPS of a debuffing team.

Disadvantages of Ninja Turtles

  • This Hero can only be summoned during the Cooperation Period. Once summoned, upgrades are available, but the ability to obtain additional Soul Stones is severely limited.
  • Players who create accounts after the collaboration must wait for the same collaboration to return. While there are events to obtain Soul Stones, only players who already own the hero can participate.
  • Requests for access to the Hero outside of the collaboration period have been denied due to licensing agreements involving new contracts and payments with the IP holder.
  • Collaboration heroes are often strong when released, but face limitations on upgrades such as skins, which limit their viability over time. However, these heroes still have unique talents that can make them useful even in a game where weaker heroes have specific roles.

The Four Turtles

Leo
(Leonardo)
Donnie
(Donatello)
Raph
(Raphael)
Mikey
(Michelangelo)
  • The four turtles share a single Health pool and Energy gauge.
  • All four turtles will not be on the battlefield at the same time:
    * Every 12 seconds, a new turtle enters the battlefield to replace another turtle.
    * Each turtle lasts 20 seconds before being replaced, meaning that there are usually two or more turtles active at any given time, although there may be brief moments when only one turtle is active.
  • Each turtle comes with specialized skills, providing versatility in battle.
  • Turtle switching is triggered by skill activations, but this process can be interrupted by Control effects such as Stun. Fortunately, turtles have debuff removal abilities that can mitigate interruptions in some situations.

Skills

Skills consist of a team skill for a group of four and a special technique. The effect of the skill and the special technique do not activate 1:1; instead, which special technique is activated is determined by the effect of the skill and the turtle that appears at the time. When you develop a skill, the paired skill and special technique will be improved at the same time.

Cowabunga

  • All Ninja Turtles cleanse themselves of control effects and disappear from the battlefield. Then, the Turtles (those who can participate in combat) re-enter the fight one by one, performing their Signature Moves. After their moves are executed, only the Turtles who were there before the skill activation, remain on the battlefield.
  • Additional effect: Ninja Turtles join the battle shortly after its beginning. Leo is the first to enter the fray performing his Signature Move.
  • Leo’s Signature Move: Leaps into the center of the enemy team, spinning with his katanas and dealing Physical damage per second to enemies in the area for 3 seconds. Afterward, he leaps back to the front line of the allied team.
  • Damage per second: 30% Phys, atk. + XXX

Donnie’s Tactics

  • Additional effect: Donnie now joins the battle and performs his Signature Move.
  • Donnie’s Signature Move: Strikes the frontmost enemy with his staff, dealing Physical damage and stunning them for 2 seconds. Then, he knocks the target back to the center of the enemy team. The knocked enemy and any enemies they collide with also take Physical damage.
  • Strike and knockback damage: 12% Phys, atk. + XXX

Raph’s Fury

  • Mikey’s  Signature Move: Leaps behind the farthest enemy and rides his skateboard towards his allies, holding a pizza in hand. Along the way, he crashes into the central enemy, dealing Physical damage to enemies in the area and stunning them for 1 second. He also scatters pizza slices, healing allies for secondary. Afterward, he jumps back to the front line of the allied team.

POSTED COMMENT

  1. Dude says:

Would it be possible to include the Turtles’ Item tree (if known yet) as a category? Getting them to Red rank is going to be advantageous as soon as is feasible. (Albeit unless it also an event goal, getting their rank up can be done outside of the event while Soul Stones and unlocking will only be doable over the course of the event.)
