1. Free Entry Reset Timing in Seer’s Game

  • Q. Btw wasn’t there supposed to be one free entry PER DAY? Worked yesterday but today it looks like this …
  • A. Hello hello, about the free entry. You are correct that right now it works every 24h, but it is intended to be once per day and reset with game day. The team is aware and it should be fixed soon.

2. Planned Fix for Free Play Reset in Seer’s Game

  • Q. Nexters it would be a good idea if you issue a message under news in which you clearly explain the time frame of getting a free play each day in the Seers game. And also start by adjusting your own support page it states that a free play is refreshed/available at 2.00 AM UTC, it is not.
  • A. Hi, I totally get where the confusion is coming from. I’ve answered it here – Q1. TL:DR – I checked with the team, and it should be at 2.00 AM UTC. They’re aware of this issue and it should be fixed at some point. Thanks for bringing this up!

3. Autocomplete Issue with Maxed Skin Quests

  • Q. all marksmans skins maxed,doesnt autocomplete,redirects to lara(which is maxed)
  • A. You should report this to our support team, that’s the faster and more appropriate channel for this. But I’ll send this over.

4. Pop-ups for Already Owned Skins

  • Q1. Dear developers, please stop pretending to be Captain Obvious—I know perfectly well that I have all these skins, and there’s no need to remind me every time I log into the game. CM, please bring this point to the attention of the developers.
  • Q2. we had this 1 month ago on the board, and you told the devs. what about a reaction? cant be too hard to implement. you got to fetch the ownership status of the skins as soon as you pop up the offering so you can show “you already own this skin”. could as well check the status before the pop-up. and then dont pop-up. please.
  • A. I still agree that this is a good suggestion, but a lot of things with QoL updates and requests seems like a super easy fix can turn out to not be one (although I have no idea, I don’t have too much technical knowledge). And also there is always prioritisation. Some things might take a back seat while the team works on more important/high priority things. I did add it to our “QoL Wishlist” ✍️

5. Follow-up on Angus Mechanical Skin Release

  • Q. we need to follow up on their promise of releasing Angus’ mechanical skin sometimes in 2025 to be purchasable with skin stones. now it’s almost 1 year since that promise made.
  • A. Hello and thank you for bringing this up. Unfortunately there is no update on when it will be unlocked, but I did bring it up to the team. Hopefully there will be updates on this soon.

6. Hero Stall Pricing Bug Scheduled for Fix

  • Q. The current event’s hero stall is sporting bugged cards again (see also: https://h-w.fun/report-2026-week05/#rtoc-25). We’ve seen this before in “team assembly” adventures, and it seems to be caused by replacing cards for heroes that are already maxed (i.e. no longer supposed to roll), without properly adjusting the card price. Apparently it still isn’t fixed.
  • A. Hello, and thanks for the report. Yes, this seems to still be an issue in the cases you described, the team is aware and it should be fixed relatively soon.

7. Upcoming New Hero Event Plans

  • Q. I am a bit worried about this… CM – could you confirm / deny that it will be THE ONLY event of this type in May? or right after it will finish we will have pre-sale of new hero and a week later another event like this for this new hero?….🤔
  • A. Hello, great question. No, it will not be the only event of this type in May. Similar to what we had previously with Galahad’s adventure, from time to time we’ll run these shorter adventures, though they’re not something we plan to have every month. This month, you’ll see both the Mushy and Shroom adventure and one more event, which, yes, does include that hat you’ve all been discussing 😉

8. Current Event Pacing to Remain Unchanged

  • Q. f anyone from NEXTERS is here, I’d like to know how long NEXTERS wants to keep hero wars going in this direction. 2 tournaments a month. Every month a new hero or titan. The event calendar is more like a work calendar. I’d like to get some information on where the game is going or whether it will continue in this direction. After a few years, I’m considering quitting the game, just like many of my former teammates.
  • A. Hi! I see where you’re coming from, pacing is a often discussed topic in the community. It’s always a hard balance between growing the game and introducing new content, and keeping the players happy and engaged while not being overloaded. I can say that for now the schedule will stay more or less the same.

9. Hero Brawl Currently Replaced by Cosmic Battle

  • Q. im more confused why there is no hero brawl again… i thought the CM said last month’s absence was just because it didnt fit for the month’s schedule. but we dont seem to get hero brawl this month too? Another ‘just didn’t fit’? hero brawl is a good event because it gives good reward, especially to get the soulstones of the new hero at the shop…. cosmic battle is a pay to win event with very bad shop. now we were not given the chance to buy fluffy soulstones from the shop, is it intentional?
  • A. Thanks for pointing this out. This is totally my bad, I gave you inaccurate information earlier, sorry about that. I’ve double-checked with the team, and the initial plan was for Cosmic Battle to replace Hero Brawls for now. This might not be a permanent change, but at the moment we’re testing this setup. I hear your feedback about Cosmic Battle, and I’m sharing it with the team. Again, sorry for giving you all incorrect info, it was some confusion on my part and just human error, I will try to double check as much as possible.

10. Visual Changes for Regional Compliance

  • Hi everyone, I see there’s been a lot of discussion about the visual changes introduced yesterday. Just to clarify, these are minor adjustments made to ensure better compliance with regional policies. There are no plans for any significant visual changes in the foreseeable future.
  • I’ve also noticed discussions about a potential new pet based on datamined information. This is actually a rework of Vex, made for the same compliance reasons mentioned above. It will only be available in a separate version of the game, so Vex will remain unchanged for all of you, no need to worry.
  • As a heads-up, you may notice more alternative visuals in the game files over the coming weeks. Most of these are not intended for the global version, so please keep that in mind. If any major visual changes are planned, especially for Heroes, we will make sure to inform you in advance.
  • We hope you’ll agree that changes like replacing skulls with polls on the campaign map are relatively minor, which is why we didn’t announce them beforehand.

11. No Plans for Separate Naming of Regional Versions

  • Q. are there any plans to rename the ‘global’ hwde to naked skull hwde for easy differentiation?
  • A. No plans for that 😄

12. Regional Versions May Use Separate Ecosystems

  • Q. Will the servers in the new region be their own ecosystem like facebook version, or will they join us in the web version?
  • A. I’m not sure on the tech aspects of this, but I think it will be separate.

13. Campaign Flags Added as Part of Visual Adjustments

  • Q. CMs what are these red flags good for? a race through the campaign? a communist dromm revolution incoming? or also for a special localized version of the game still for some reason added to our game and going to be rolled back?
  • A. No revolution planned as far as I know 😄 Just visual stuff like I mentioned in the news post. For now all the small updates you already see in the game will stay – skull coins to armor coins and such. But everything big like Vex and such will be only in some regional versions. TL:DR – pretty much what I said in the announcement.

14. Request to Restore Previous Valkyrie Design

  • Q. With all due respect, we want our valkyries back.
  • A. Noted ✍️ I will pass this along.

15. No New Updates Regarding Server Merges

  • Q. Hi CM Every day new servers appear and the old servers are becoming empty, many players stop playing or move to more active servers, my idea is to combine servers that are becoming empty so that it is more active and more competitive to play.
  • A. Hello, I know that merge is an important topic for the players. I will keep bringing it up to the team, but unfortunately no news from our side about this at the moment.
