  • 🍂 September is shaping up to be a busy month in Dominion!
  • A new Hero is on the way, Astrid is getting her own special Adventure and Ascension, and plenty of familiar events and other surprises are waiting throughout the month.
  • ⚔️ There’s a new Season Pass coming too! Distortion Season is a great chance to give Alecto and Valdur & Echo some extra attention, with their Soul Stones and Artifact resources waiting among the rewards. Didn’t quite finish upgrading the first Distortion Titans during their Adventures? Here’s your chance to keep going!
  • ⚠️ One important detail about the Season rewards: the final reward is the familiar Totem Summoning Sphere. The new Distortion Totem isn’t hiding in there just yet. 👀
  • And if you are waiting for the first Ascension Season with Ascension Skills for Astrid & Lucas – mark September 3rd in your calendars!

Official Message: September Is Going to Be BIG!

  • Hey Guardians! We recently released a new Titan “family”: Distortion! We know that many of you are already testing it and enjoying the new possibilities, but we also know that this addition has brought some old questions back to the surface: Where are the new Pets? What about Ascension for older Heroes?
  • Today we wanted to talk a little bit about that, because we have an INCREDIBLY busy month ahead of us. Get ready for what’s coming in September! We’ll touch on every feature in more detail later, but for now, we just want to give you a heads-up on what to expect this fall.
  • Starting with a new Season Pass right at the beginning of the month. This one is quite simple: a familiar Season Pass, but with a different focus. This time, it will be dedicated to Distortion Titans. Haven’t been able to max out Alecto and Valdur or their Artifacts during their Adventures? Look no further, you’ll find them here.
  • Now, Ascension! On September 3, one of our older Heroes will get a couple of fun Ascension Skills. She has royal blood and some feral instincts. Can you guess who it will be? And with that, we’ll introduce a new Season Pass-like system and a new Ascension resource specifically used to unlock new Ascension Skills. This system will give us an opportunity to add Ascension Skills to our veteran Heroes much more consistently, hopefully bringing new abilities to one Hero each month.
  • Prestige system update. Okay, we’re already cheating a little and sneaking some October news into our September preview. The September Prestige season will run as usual, followed by a short 3 week break. Then, in October, Prestige will return with expanded progression and new ways to get more out of the system. And if you’re perfectly happy with Prestige as it is, don’t worry: you’ll still be able to play consistently and pick up rewards along the way.
  • New Pet? New Pet! And since we’ve already started stealing news from October, we might as well keep going. Our mysterious newcomer will be unlocked through the new and updated Autumn Festival starting on October 1. That’s sooo close that we simply couldn’t resist unveiling it a little earlier. What do you think it will do? What will its name be? Gender? Something else entirely? ENGAGE WITH US. Oh, and we don’t plan to stop with this mysterious Pet. There might be another one on the horizon…
  • Also, the Autumn Festival itself will be way bigger this time around and will be very reminiscent of the Summer Festival: generators with precious resources, a dedicated map, more quests, a huge Shop, and all that. You know the drill.
  • And a New Hero, of course. What, you thought a new Pet in October meant we’d skip introducing a new Hero or Titan in September? Think again. A new Hero is coming, and they will have something to say to Adam. Curious?
  • P.S. Like, literally something to say. We’re talking lore here, not a counter to Adam, who just appeared in the game. Come on, guys, we’re not psychos.

1. Impact of Separating Fate’s Wish from Other Events on Rewards

  • Q. WOW!! Fate’s wish event is now separated with Portal anomaly starting September, it is another nerf to our rewards guys 🙂That pet summoning quest cannot double dip anymore. RIP really the fate of F2P players in this game.
    One or two nerfs every month. Edit: Energy quest also cannot triple dip as fate’s wish is now separated with Demon’s Doll….. dang…. massive nerf…
    Endless nerf… one after another every single month!!!
  • A. Separating some of these events is intentional and is part of the broader changes we’re making to event structure and economy. So yes, in some cases you won’t be able to use the same action to progress several events at once like before. I understand the concern about the cumulative effect of these changes, especially for F2P players. I’ve noted the feedback, but for now this is the event structure we’re going with.

2. Latest Updates and Next Steps for Server Merges

  • Q. CM, we are still waiting to hear about merger. Many want to change servers for it. Some are waiting to go back to playimg server. It is the 12th. We only have 2 days left to make decisions. Please tell us. If it is onky a few aervers for merge, okay. If trying for all, okay. We need info.
  • A. Sorry for the delay on this, I know many of you have been waiting for an update before making decisions about transfers and your current servers.We now have more information about the next steps for the server merges. You can find the full update here: Server Merge 2026
    Thank you for your patience while we are fixing issues and testing things further, and apologies again that it took longer than expected to share an updated plan.

3. No Changes to Target Server List for Merges

  • Q. ok, what is done is done, no use complain….but would be VERY USEFUL know if the server merge plan is changed or still same. I mean, are the server supposed join (for example) server 230 same as announced 2 month ago, or there is the possibility that will be different server? can you at least confirm this pls?
  • A. The server list should not be affected, just the timing

4. Technical Issues and Duration Concerns with In-Game Ads

  • Q. Some of these advertisements for us pilot players for this feature are getting hilarious. Yesterday there was a 15 minute one (I just skipped)… today there is a 40 minute one haha. Given the rewards these should generally be 1 minute or less (maybe the occasional 3 minute but even that is too long). Basically we’re rewarded with stuff like 50 energy which is worth like $0.03 in your game value – advertisement length should reflect that
  • A. Yeah, 40 minutes is definitely not what we’d expect from a rewarded ad 😅If you get ads like this, please report them to Support. When you do, please mention which product/app was being advertised, that will help us identify the specific ad.
  • Q. how about the always failing to load an ads issue? “there is currenly no ads”
  • A. This has been reported to the team, but you should still send a ticket about it, so that support team can check on specific cases.

5. Concerns Over Free Prestige Rewards Adjustments

  • Q. My best guess here is that the free rewards will be slashed to a half or less than that to make room for more monetization. Good job. Please, remove the outdated Artifact material chests of three separate types while you’re at it, they create junk in the inventory and players have been complaining about it for ages.
  • A. I’ve already answered it; the value will stay roughly the same.

6. Compensation via Daily Boxes During Prestige Pause

  • Q. I’ll just blatantly ask: if guild prestige is shutdown for a month or so, does that mean we’re not getting a daily portal charge?
  • A. So folks, let me give you an update on this:Starting with the next box, we will be adding bonus resources to Daily Boxes until the next Prestige cycle begins on October 2, so you won’t miss out on any crucial Daily Rewards while Prestige is paused.

7. Requests for Free Game Optimization and Quality of Life Improvements

  • Q. CM please implement some kind of game optimisation as soon as possible that doesn’t require money: Dungeon raid, Matryoshka nesting-doll items in inventory, and so on…any system game optimization that **doesn’t cost money**…gaming community i think really needs this, because many players are tired that every game update requiring money…
  • A. Let’s say the feedback hasn’t gone unnoticed 🙂 Reducing repetitive actions and adding more QoL improvements is something the team is working on.I can’t share the details just yet, but hopefully we’ll have more to say about some of these requests soon.

8. Developer Responses to SNS Feedback and Official Information Process

  • Q. Hello! I’ve seen you gathering feedback from players week by week regarding SNS. When can we expect to hear any feedback or response from the developers regarding the topics and concerns that have been brought up?Will the developers be addressing the feedback that has been discussed? If so, is there a timeline for when we can expect to hear from them?
  • A. I think it’s worth clarifying how this works, because gathering feedback doesn’t necessarily mean there will be a direct developer response to every topic we collect. I put together weekly and monthly feedback digests and raise recurring or particularly important topics with the team. Sometimes that leads to a change, sometimes we get an answer or clarification that I can share with you, and sometimes the feedback is considered but the current decision stays the same. There are a few recent examples where you’ll see more concrete follow-up. The Pet topic was a direct response to feedback we’ve been getting for a long time. We’re also working on some QoL requests, and there should be more to share there soon. The upcoming AoC matchmaking update is another example of changes based directly on player feedback. So yes, the feedback is being discussed and does influence development, but I don’t want to set the expectation that every SNS topic will get a separate developer response or a specific timeline.
  • Q. Don’t you find it a bit ironic / shameful that the datamining the game is able to reveal more info on upcoming stuff than any official announcement – at least so far – is able to provide? Nexters seem to love revealing as little information as late as possible.
  • A. We have a content plan and we stick to it, and sometimes things change before release, so we confirm everything and announce it. You’ll know the details soon 🙂
