The Vampirism effect caps at 30% and is not influenced by Mort’s or the recipient’s stats.

Strengths and Strategic Role

Because the buff is stat-independent, even low-power Titans can benefit from it. This makes Mort effective with moderate investment, without requiring full upgrades.
