14-Day Calendar View

Monthly Calendar View

Official Message: June events!

- 🌸 June arrives in Dominion! A new month means a fresh event calendar, familiar activities, and several surprises along the way.
- And one more thing, Guardians: starting this month, the order of posts in the feed will change a little. We’ll be reducing the number of regular recurring event publications, but don’t worry — all Energy rewards will still be evenly distributed throughout the month.
- So if you ever need to double-check what’s coming next, this calendar post will always help you stay on track!
Umbra: New Titan Preview
![[Hero Wars Guide] Titan Umbra Stat](https://h-w.fun/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/06/Hero-Wars-Guide-Titan-Umbra-Stat.jpg)
- Stat Reveal: The statistics and abilities of Umbra, the upcoming Dark-element Summoner, have been officially revealed.
- Release Timing: No official release date has been announced at this time, although the Titan is expected to be released in the near future.
- Meta Outlook: As expected of a Dark-element Titan, Umbra possesses a powerful skill set. However, many current offensive and defensive meta teams operate without dedicated tanks, which may limit the immediate impact of some of her mechanics. Her long-term viability will likely depend on how the metagame evolves following her release.
Mechanical Skins Availability Update
![[Hero Wars Guide] Amon and Keros Mechanical Skins](https://h-w.fun/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/06/Hero-Wars-Guide-Amon-and-Keros-Mechanical-Skins.jpg)
- Initial Release Wave: The first ten Mechanical Skins will become available concurrently with Umbra’s release.
- New Acquisition Method: Eligible Mechanical Skins will be unlockable using standard Titan Skin Stones.
- Practical Value: While this significantly improves accessibility, only a handful of Titans appear to benefit substantially from these skins. Angus is widely considered the most desirable recipient, while certain other skins may prove situational due to potential changes in skill activation timing.
New Totem Skills & Elements
![[Hero Wars Guide] 2026 Elemental Skills](https://h-w.fun/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/06/Hero-Wars-Guide-2026-Elemental-Skills.png)
- Simultaneous Release: New Totem Skills have been announced as part of the upcoming Umbra update.
- New Element Totem: A corresponding Totem for the Titans previously known as Elarite in Hero Wars Mobile has also been revealed.
- Potential Meta Impact: If the newly announced skills allow defensive utility similar to the Light Totem’s invulnerability mechanic to be utilized by other elements, defeating deliberately underdeveloped defensive teams may become significantly more difficult. The full impact will depend on the final implementation details and balance values.
Official Community Manager FAQ
Titles are tailored to the content.
Digest
This week’s QA was largely dominated by heavy discussions surrounding AoC matchmaking, the upcoming Spirit Fusion expansion, and ongoing community concerns regarding cheating enforcement.
- AoC Matchmaking Imbalance: Players from newly opened servers raised critical concerns about being matched against significantly stronger veteran guilds. The Community Manager acknowledged that the issue remains under active review and confirmed the team is fully aware of the problem.
- Spirit Fusion Expansion Backlash: The upcoming update generated the strongest negative reactions of the week. Players expressed deep concerns over rising progression costs, expanding power gaps, and moving end-game goals. In response, the CM emphasized that existing progress will remain intact as an extension rather than a reset, noting that feedback regarding accessibility and cost has been forwarded to developers.
- Guild Disruptions and Player Retention: Several spenders reported guild members quitting the game following recent announcements. While expressing sympathy toward affected communities, the CM maintained the current project direction and asked players to wait until the update is fully deployed before making final judgments.
- Anti-Cheat Enforcement Debate: Players heavily criticized what they perceive as insufficient action against blatant cheaters. The CM countered that anti-cheat efforts are continuously active behind the scenes, reiterating that avoiding detailed public discussions on cheats remains standard industry practice.
- Future of the Channel: Following sharp criticism that the Starboard platform has become ineffective for tracking actual feedback, the CM acknowledged the need for a more productive system and stated that the future of the channel itself is now open to re-evaluation, including potential deletion. Further thoughts on this matter will be shared next Week.
- Other Updates & Requests: A minor update aimed at resolving long-standing ToE Lord loading issues is planned for the near future. Additionally, community requests for permanent pet resource exchange options and war flag chest availability have been logged into the feedback digest.
1. AoC Matchmaking Imbalance for New Servers Remains Under Review by the Team
- Q. CMs
I am writing on behalf of our guild on Server 629. Our server is brand new—all players here started the game only about 2 to 3 weeks ago.
We are currently the Gold 1 guild on our server, so we are naturally the strongest group here. However, because the server is so fresh, our absolute best player has a ~500k main team with roughly 1M total hero power.
Despite this, in our very first AOC matchup, we have been paired against established guilds boasting individual teams well over 1M power.
How is this even mechanically possible?
I know the development team has acknowledged matchmaking flaws in the past and is “still trying to fix them,” but a gap this massive cannot simply be brushed off as a minor calculation error. It completely kills the competitive spirit for new servers before they even get a chance to grow.
I know a single post might not change the system overnight, but we need to make sure the developers see how broken the experience is for newer brackets. - A. No argument from me here, like you mentioned, we have discussed it before. The team is very much aware of this issue. I can’t share any details or promise anything at the moment. But it’s on our radar and something that is beeing looked at. I hope we have an update for you at some point.
2. Confusing Amira’s Wish Quest Description Reported and Forwarded for Improvement
- Q. The instructions for how to complete the Amira’s Wish thing quests are incredibly confusingSpecifically “Victory Over Fate”, I have no idea how this works
- A. Thanks, I have noted this already and passed along to the team in the feedback digest
3. ToP Skin Reward Criticism Rejected as a Communication Failure by the Community Manager
- Q. About this answer: 2026 Week22 QA17
For me, the point isn’t whether the new skins will become available to everyone after a day, a month, or a year.
The point (which you conveniently avoided answering) is: in CM Tony’s 2025 post, you (Nexters) committed to no longer using new skins as rewards for ToP. A week ago, YOU (personally) committed to better communicating about new features before they’re implemented, not afterward.
Have you changed your mind about new skins as rewards for ToP? That’s fine, you have the right to do so.
If you first tell us you’ve changed your mind and then do it, fine by me.
If you do it first and then say “it isn’t the same situation,” that’s a broken promise.
Stop saying you’ll start communicating better in the future, do it. - A. I did not ignore the point, I said *I understand why you’re drawing the comparison, but this situation is a bit different.* and it is. We didn’t fail to communicate this change to you. It was data-mined and shared way before it became available in game. And once it did I saw the concerns and provided the context for this change and explained it in the very post you’re linking. And once it came out in the game, we included it in the announcement, which was always the plan.
I’m very open to your feedback and critique, but I don’t think this is a fair framing of the situation at all.
4. Guild Disbandment Reports Acknowledged While Current Update Direction Remains Unchanged
- Q. Thank you for the new announcement. As a result, 10 players from my first guild quit, so the guild is now defunct. We’re playing other games in our community! You’re managing to ruin the game yourselves! It’s always just newer and more expensive things, but nothing that actually improves the game or the modes!Your strategy of getting rid of old players is working! My first guild existed since 2021, but now it’s gone overnight!!!Thanks a lot!!!
- A. Not much I can say here except I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your guild. I do hope that players will check out the new update when it comes out, but I understand if they don’t like the direction and choose to leave.
5. Spirit Fusion Expansion Will Preserve Existing Progress While Adding New Growth Systems
- Q. I wouldn’t mind if this were just another progression system, like Totem levels, Titan levels, or Titan skins. But this is a lottery-based system, and the amount of resources I’ve burned to reach a higher rank is insane. Now they’re saying I have to try again just to get back to where I already was before. If they don’t convert my Rank V to Rank VI, or if the chance of upgrading from Rank V to Rank VI is less than 50%, I’m going to quit. This was a lottery-based system. After I won the lottery, the organizer basically said, “No, no, you need to try again. But this time, you’ll win $1.2 million instead of $1 million.
- A. I get the fear of it becoming more RNG. The intention of this update isn’t to take an existing reward away and ask players to earn it again. Existing Spirit Fusion progress remains intact. What’s being added are new skills and an additional progression layer on top of the current system.Whether players end up liking those new options is obviously a separate discussion, but the goal here is to expand the system rather than replace or invalidate what people have already invested in.
6. Spirit Fusion Concerns Acknowledged as Part of Ongoing Long-Term Progression Evolution
- Q. When they introduced totem fusion, older players had accumulated tons of resources (including totem spheres) and could convert them into emeralds or catalysts (your choice).
Now, it’s no longer possible to convert totem spheres into emeralds, and in any case, they’ve already been spent to reach level V.
Valkyria Favor is a subscription.
Instead of improving the quality of life in the game, a new, useless hero is released every month to push people to spend more and more.
Do you have any idea how many catalyst crystals it will take to go from 5 to 6 out of 10 skills on 5 totems?
And from what I understand, they’ll also release skills dedicated just to light and dark…
Do you understand why people are more likely to quit playing now than before? - A. I get where you’re coming from and I get the frustration.
What I’ve tried to do with my answered today is provide some context and point out that progression systems in a live game don’t tend to stay static forever. Like I said – the intention behind the update is to expand Totem Fusion rather than replace or reset existing progress.
All your feedback is noted, as always. I hear you folks, and I will pass it along
7. Player Reactions to Recent Updates Vary Widely and All Perspectives Are Being Collected
- Q. they are sooooooooooooo out of touch with their own game.
Players quit because the game IS NOT FUN anymore, with many bugs and many unfair rankings, not because we don’t have enough things in the game.
they think keep adding fusion stuff will make players like the game more.
Or actually they know it doesn’t, but it gives them more money so they have no choice but to do it.
Because they work for money, not for creating a better game.
Too near-sighted strategy.
But what to say, human greed (from players) feeds their pocket.
So it works. Until one day it doesn’t.
well, who cares about future and long-term, because MONEY TALKS.
So far their strategy is doing good and has been giving them a lot of money is the only reason for this fast-paced meta updates and unnecessary totem fusion to keep coming.
So, STOP SPENDING GUYS.
I had stopped mine, totally. Stopped my valkyrie’s favor too. - A. I understand the frustration behind this post, even if I don’t agree with all of the conclusions.
My answer is going to differ much to what I wrote previously – I recognise those concerns because they’re topics that come up regularly. That doesn’t automatically mean every proposed solution is the right one, but it does mean these concerns aren’t unknown to us.
I know some players look at recent updates and see exciting new progression. Others look at the same updates and see additional pressure or complexity. Neither perspective is particularly surprising to me, and both are part of the feedback we’re collecting.
8. Long-Term Spender Frustrations Recognized Amid Continued Expansion of Progression Systems
- Q. A long time ago, this statement wasn’t true. Now, this game is no longer about pay-to-win—it’s about whales being the only ones who can win. These changes have made it more and more difficult for players who used to spend money to achieve any victories. I’ve seen many players stop spending and become happier than before.
But for players like us, this is the worst situation. I want to win, but I don’t want to take on a second job just to succeed in a virtual game.
A long time ago, getting a Totem was the ultimate goal for top players, and it could only be achieved by spending money. Then they introduced fusion, and players like me had to burn a huge amount of resources just to get a single maxed fusion skill, while some free-to-play players got them for free. That makes no sense.
Now, even our maxed, “lottery-winning” fusion feels worthless, because we have to spend the same—or even more—to win again. If a free-to-play player can get it in a single try while I spend 3,000 catalysts, how does that make sense?
I don’t want to play this game anymore. It just doesn’t make sense. Spending even a penny in this game makes zero sense. - A. For players who have spent years building their accounts and working towards maxed Totems and Fusion skills, any expansion of that system can feel like the goalposts are moving again. I can understand why that creates frustration, even if the intention is to expand the system rather than invalidate existing progress.
At the same time, progression systems in a live game do continue to evolve over time, and balancing long-term progression for highly developed accounts alongside newer players is never an easy task.
I may not agree with every conclusion in your post, but I do understand the underlying concern, and thank you for the feedback
9. Spirit Fusion Balance Between F2P and Paying Players Will Be Closely Monitored
- Q. good news for f2p players who get around 2 totems per year! now you’re gonna be left even further behindoh, and you’ll probably will need to change your skills because i’m sure the new skills will be better
- A. That’s a fair concern, but I think it’s a bit early to judge the full impact of the update based on the teaser alone. We will be keeping an eye on the balance when it comes to F2P and paying players for this specific update.
10. Totem Progression Gap Acknowledged as Players Are Asked to Wait for Full Spirit Fusion Details
- Q. Game has become more pay to play than pay to win. AoC you can buy the ticket but that doesn’t guarantee the win. It allows you to participate some more. If not purchasing tickets you might as well skip the event unless you get an extremely easy match up. Totems have always been pay to play and of course these fusion skills are as well. A f2p could go years and not max a single totem making most of the game modes unrealistic/ out of reach.
- A. I’ve answered a similar question earlier :No. 8
To add to that, I think there’s a difference between saying “this progression is very long-term” and saying “it’s impossible”. There are players at very different stages of development, and Totems are designed to take a lot of time and resources to develop.
As for the new Fusion update, I’d still encourage everyone to wait until we’ve revealed all the details before making final conclusions about its impact.
But like I said earlier, concerns about the gap between newer and more developed players are absolutely valid feedback, and something we are monitoring consistently.
11. Players Encouraged to Experience Spirit Fusion Before Deciding Whether to Quit
- Q. So how many people are going to quit due to the new fusion update? I am pretty close …
- A. I’m very sorry to hear that and I do hope that you and other players stay with us and see this update in action. All I can really suggest is waiting until all the details are out and players have had a chance to actually try it in practice.
12. High Rank VI Upgrade Costs Recognized as Valid Feedback for the Development Team
- Q. i appreciate that rank VI seems to come without randomness.
But 14.2 totem summoning spheres á 350 elemental catalysts for 1 crystallized might = 1 fusion skill upgrade from rank V to VI is far too expensive.
You moving the target of having a max account faster and faster ahead
– without any chance to ever come close (as F2P customer) and
– without any in-between time of enjoying it (as ‘reasonably’ paying customer)
is demotivating us to play your game at all.
also please note that even if the cryst might come on top of a 2% chance for upgrading with 100 elem catalysts, even then the average half prize of 7.1 elemental summoning spheres for 1 upgrade of rank V to VI would be still too high. - A. I understand the concern, and I think this goes back to the discussion we’ve been having about long-term progression and the feeling of whether a goal is realistically achievable.
I don’t think we’re all going to agree on where that balance should be, but I do understand why players look at the costs and immediately start thinking about accessibility, progression pace and how realistic it feels to eventually reach those goals.
I’ve gathered all your opinions and general feedback about this and will share it with the team.
13. Minor ToE Update Planned to Address Ongoing Lord Loading Issues
- Q. I mean if you look at the game, nothing is really worth investing. Currently, the game is more like an online hero and titan developer. With the motivation to just develop for the sake of collecting maxed units. While the game modes are either boring (AoC, ToE), unsatisfying (CoW with mostly draws) or dominated by cheaters (Asgard)
- A. I’m not going to try and convince you that you’re wrong if that’s genuinely how the game feels to you right now.
What I can say is that I don’t think anyone on the team wants the game to become “just a collection simulator”. The intention behind new heroes, titans fusion update, and game modes is to create new ways to play, even if players don’t always agree with the result.
I also recognise that several of the concerns you mention, they are recurring topics in the community.
I didn’t want to speak about it too early, but we’ll have a slight ToE update soon, mostly concerning the issue with Lords you all are well aware of. And we’re always discussing and trying to improve other events as well.
Whether people feel those issues outweigh the things they enjoy is obviously going to differ from player to player, but these are all discussions that continue to happen internally as well.
14. Requests for Permanent Pet Resource Exchanges and War Flag Chests Forwarded to Developers
- Q. Kindly add permanent pet resource (potions and chaos particles) exchange shop,Kindly also provide war flags chests at different event shops
- A. I missed that one but I definitely saw it. And noted it in the feedback digest.
15. Dissatisfaction With Updates and Cheating Enforcement Viewed as Separate Issues
- Q. CM they expect us to spend thousands on this absurd titan update news but they don’t respect us enough to get rid of cheats like this? What part of “mutual respect” don’t they understand
- A. Let me address the cheating topic in one message, as we have a few messages about it here.
First of all, as a player myself I completely understand and agree, cheating should not be tolerated and we are constantly trying to combat it.
At the same time, I don’t think it’s fair to jump from “I don’t like this update” to “therefore the team doesn’t care about cheating”. These are separate discussions, and we should keep it that way.
I will make sure to pass along all your messages and frustrations to the team, and please do keep reporting suspicious players to the support team.
16. Reported Cosmic Battle Cheat Tool Confirmed as Known to the Team
- Q. I sent you the cheat script video of a popular cheater who is promoting his cheats on youtube for cosmic battle and i encountered such many players in cosmic battle who use that script… but you and support.. no one did anything.. didn’t even reply… that shows game dev’s atitude towards cheating..
- A. I just checked and I saw your message yes, but missed to reply to it. I know the team is aware of that specific program
17. Claims of Indifference Rejected as Anti-Cheat Efforts Continue Behind the Scenes
- Q. I’ll point out that I was one of many who got a 30 day ban for an energy bug in a Lara event previously and I’ll take my lumps, cop my punishment that’s fine. But I want to know why on god’s earth, does Nexters not care that players are ruining the game every week with cheating and they don’t get so much as a slap on the wrist, even though it’s blatantly obvious who the cheaters are to anyone with eyes
- A. I disagree with the framing of the question, I don’t think those things should be either or, developing a fusion further and combating cheating is not the same task.
Cheating is an issue that is important and should be tackled. And as far as I know, the team tries to do what they can to combat cheating.
18. Players Directed to Support Channels for Cheat Reports and Evidence Submission
- Q. no they don’t. I have submitted proof to Support multiple times, here on discord, all of them are still playing. Despite hard proof via screenshots.ultimately the discord protects them whether by design or by chance and I believe and so does everybody else, that the developers would rather take the money of those cheating, than appease the honest players by banning them. Money over customer satisfaction basically
- A. I don’t understand what discord has to do with this and what rules and protections do you think we have set up here on discord?
- Q. the fact that any 3rd party discussion or screenshots exposing them are banned
- A. I disagree that that’s protection 🙂
- Q. but it is, you’re preventing them from being exposed, don’t you see? If players cannot provide evidence on here without being threatened with a ban, you are insulating them from backlash
- A. I disagree, I’ve worked in gaming for a long while and not discussing cheats/software on discord and other social is pretty standard practice across industry
- Q. from our side it doesnt matter protection or not, effect is the same,we cant really report it,neither expect action
- A. Report them to support is the best way to go about itIf you have software to report, you can dm me or dromm bot and I’ll forward it
19. Avoiding Public Discussion of Cheats Described as Standard Industry Practice
- Q. On contrary, discussing problem will accelerate its solution…😉 🥃
- A. I’ve said this before, and I’ll repeat it again: not discussing cheats publically (both by cms and players) is very standard practice across industry
20. Restrictions on Public Anti-Cheat Debates Defended as Established Community Rules
- Q. To me, thats just burying your head in the sand, but thats just my opinion
- A. You’re entitled to your opinion, of course. But rules are rules 🙂
21. Anti-Cheat Investigations Should Remain Private Rather Than Publicly Debated
- Q. It makes them feel like you actually care and are doing something about it, especially if you actally ARE doing something about it
- A. So I’ve worked in several gaming companies, and including working with pro players and hosting tournaments. And even in a competitive enviroment – posting about cheating, or acusing someone of cheating, etc etc, does not benefit the community or make the investigation go fasterCheaters exist in every game, and fighting it is a neverending battle
22. Public Cheat Discussions Risk Encouraging Copycats and Community Witch Hunts
- Q. I mean posting solutions to the cheating is a reasonable request, but generally discussing cheating, hackusating or encouraging it is a bad PR look and has the potential to invite others who had no clue about cheating to join it, which is why the official platforms discourage it/not allow it. Usually if you suspect someone is cheating, they tell you to report the offenders through the official channels, that being support tickets usually
- A. ExactlyThat’s a big part of itAlso witchhunt for other community members is never a good thing
23. Cheating Problems Explicitly Rejected as Acceptable by the Community Manager
- Q. It’s bad rules…this not help with cheats problem…check Asgard, check Dungeon, check ToE…its ok for u?!
- A. It is not okay, I’ve never said cheating is okay
24. Claims That GDEV Ignores Cheating Issues Directly Disputed
- Q. GDEV, however, did and has… with their inactionAnd also with their refusal to give non-cheaters tools to keep up
- A. I disagree
25. Risks of False Cheating Accusations Acknowledged
- Q. Especially if the accusations are false
- A. Yes
26. Developer–Player Discussion Sessions May Be Revisited for Future Community Feedback
- Q. That being said, I think a group discussion around this problem could be productive. 4 years ago Nexters gathered GMs from top 50 CoW guilds to discuss this problem together with developers. Is there any chance this concept could be reused in the future, but also to include more people than just GMs from top 50 guilds?
- A. I didn’t know about this and it sounds interesting. I’ll ask about it but can’t commit to anything atm
27. Community Concerns Continue to Be Collected and Shared Internally
- Q. It’s just that when topics are hushed up, it penetrates feeling that problems are not being solved…but im glad that u keep your finger on pulse…hope u can succeed 🙏
- A. I’m (quite literally) here to hear you guys out, and pass along your concerns
28. Community Manager Jokes About the Meaning of “CM”
- Q. what does CM stands for?
- Q. Cat Manager
- A. I’ve worked for this my entire life
29. Perceived Imbalance Between New Content and Game Improvements Logged as Feedback
- Q. why are devs focusing more on the events like casinos?instead of fixing the game bugs and developing old hero by giving them assencions
- A. Those are different tasks and goals, and at times different teams work on different projects/parts of the game. But with how many changes/new events we announced last week I totally see why it feels not balanced. I’ve noted this sentiment in my feedback for the dev team
30. Greater Changelog Transparency Remains an Ongoing Communication Goal
- Q. when we are asking for
- a reliable change log as part of
- more reliable announcements and
- a more transparent and useful game UI
- ‘oops, something happened’ – wont tell you what
- we will improve, big promise! just by trying more –like we promise every week for years; but no structural improvement, as always
- hey and why are you so angry? trust us or we ban you!
- A. I don’t know how many weeks in a row I can say the same thing about changelog. We have discussed this many times and I believe the communication has improved overall, but it’s a constant process, much like trust, it’s not going to be an overnight change. I get where you’re coming from and that you want the best for the game and the players, no argument here. You may feel we’re not there yet, and that’s fair. All I can really do is continue pushing for the kind of communication improvements I spoke about previously and make sure feedback like yours keeps being heard internally.
31. Recurring Community Concerns Recognized Despite Disagreements on Solutions
- Q. lets hear those 10 things
- give cheaters a life ban and actively search and remove themmake totems tradeable for ems againstop releasing heroes and titans so quickly with little thought process given or OP skills via lazy design, take the time to playtest and add meaningful synergy and abilities with each releasestop pay walling new skins behind either money or eventsfix match making for AoC and ToP(smaller groups)fix draws in CoW, create a better competitive tournament by doing sostop choking us with events, this is a browser game, not a full time job.improve communication between developers and their customers, actually take in their input and consider using it.add an update changes log so that players are not caught offguard by last minute alterationsstop adding new predatory casino style events ie fusion, seers event.stop focusing purely on profits, aim for some customer satisfaction for oncestop reducing rewards in current events to squeeze more money from playersadd an ingame Support that actually works and isn’t controlled by Aistop simply shifting the goalposts with new updates in order to try and get more money, add versatile gameplay and options instead.stop silencing ppl for speaking their mind even if you don’t like their opinion, customers have the right to be heard
- A. I get where you’re coming from, there are definitely items on that list that I’m familiar with because they’ve been recurring topics. Some of those concerns are things we’re actively discussing or trying to improve over time. Others are more complicated, and in some cases we may simply disagree on what the right solution (or development direction) looks like.
32. Improvements to Starboard Feedback Tracking and Follow-Up Are Under Consideration
- Q. The Starboard is very useless in it’s current iteration, I’ve said this so many times already, but with no effect what so ever.If you want to actually provide insight from the devs, then you cannot just take a topic that was added in the starboard and say “I’ll pass this along” and never mention it again or say “I’ve said this before and we passed it along last week” There needs to be some follow up and we need to have a way to track the followup on major topics that raise a lot of stars from the community. We can’t just get the default answers of passing along information to the devs only for nothing to come back. What does that even mean? What do they think of the feedback? We really get no info, and we are only left to assume that they don’t care about said topic since time and time again the updates brought into the game are diametrically opposite from what is being asked in these passed along feedback.I understand you don’t have the answers on the day of the Starboard, but this shouldn’t mean we need the answers the same day you see the questions. You can take a topic, add it to a list of topics passed on to the devs and add the feedback that came back. Reduce the Starboard messages to once every two weeks if it’s too much. Having a once a week “feedback passed” reply does nothing. What’s the current point of the Starboard? It’s only for you to see how angry people are about another money grubbing update or some nonsensical change that some random guy found by accident and no one knew about it until it made a visible difference to someone. If the Starboard is meant only for us to vent our frustration, get default answers to raised concerns so you give the illusion of being heard and give feedback that will be ignored, I guess we should simply keep things as they are and change nothing. And if that is the case I guess the Starboard is doing its job.
- A. That’s a really good point and something I’ve been thinking about as well – how to make it more useful and productive. But there’s also some stuff behind the scenes where SB does play a role. Next Wednesday I’ll make sure to return to this and share my thoughts and maybe some info if I can
33. Future of the Starboard Channel Open to Re-Evaluation
- Q. Perhaps you could consider deleting the channel?
- A. I think that’s fair, I’ll think about it
34. Separate Official Facebook Pages Exist for Hero Wars Web and Facebook Versions
- Q. Ik a lot of folks in here played om web. But is this fake?
- A. That is not fake, we have 2 Facebook pages:
- https://www.facebook.com/herowarsweb/ (the one you have in your screenshot) for web players
- https://www.facebook.com/herowarsdominion/ for fb gaming players
