1. New Hero/Titan Release Pace to Continue for Now

  • Q. One month without a new hero/titan event would be also nice… We have them so often now…
  • A. Hi, we often talk about this and thanks for sharing your perspective. It’s always a hard balance in terms of introducing new content/keeping the game exciting. For the moment, we are planning to stick to a similar schedule afaik, but it might change in the future.

2. Guidance on Questions About Character Release Frequency

  • Q. what is it with nexters and new heroes/titans?
  • A. Just answered a similar question on No. 1🙂

4. Hero Brawls Planned to Return

  • Q. I wonder whether we got response about the absence of hero brawl this month?
    This cosmic battle is worse than hero brawl by far, in terms of rewards.
    The coins are so little for f2p (even much harder for new players).
    Only the very strong people who spent a lot of emeralds benefit from this event and can get a lot of coins from unlimited attacks.
    even so, their ROI for spending unlimited emerald is very very very bad.
  • A. Hi, thanks for the feedback on Cosmic Battle and Brawls, it’s been noted and added to the digest. Hero brawls just didn’t fit into the schedule this month, but they will be back.

5. AoC Matchmaking Issues Acknowledged, No Timeline Yet

  • Q. So we are getting 4th continuosly for 5th.. or 6th time? I can’t even remember lol. Matchmaking sucks!!!
  • A. Hello, we talked about this before. The team is very much aware that we need to further improve matchmaking, but unfortunately I don’t have any specific updates for you. Hopefully soon.

6. AoC Log Improvements Under Review

  • Q. Garbagey log.
    A few days ago I posted that I wish it would show that town (if any) your guildmates were in when they were defeated in AoC.
    That would make it easier to know who took it.
    Today, I was AFK for about 11 or 12 hours. When I get back, I don’t even know who knocked me out of a furthest 8-point square I holding
    Because it doesn’t seem to show ANYTHING from that long ago. (Or maybe it longer if I log track — be nice if there was a log to HELP ME KEEP TRACK.
    (And obviously my guildmates don’t know either.)
    This problem isn’t even something they need to ADD to the log. Just a matter of not removing it early.
  • A. Yes, this keeps coming up and as a player I agree, adding settlement names to the log and improving the log in general would be great. I will bring it up again, along with other AoC improvements that keep being suggested.

7. No Current Plans to Adjust AoC Pacing

  • Q. Area of Waiting is the most proper name, or Area of AFK.
    Why is this event called Area of Conquest?
    there is no way to conquest when all guild members just afk for more than 4 hours.
    Many of my members already stop playing this event.
    You can argue that there is something called speed boosters.
    yes true, but the AoC ticket buyers (those who pay Nexters) get so many more speed boosters and they just keep coming back.
    Non-ticket buyers can never compete in this game mode. So it is all back to the waiting time.
    The developers forgot that majority of the players are 30+ to 40+ who only play like 1-2 hours on the day and will hardly login again. This waiting really make it impossible for them to participate actively.
    Hence, how to conquest?
    I know this has been brought up many times and there are pros and contras, but well nothing has been done by the slowpoke developers, it’s been more than 6 months.
  • A. First of all, I had a good laugh about “Area of Waiting” 😄
    And in general, yes, the pacing feedback is noted. Thank you for sharing it. For now there are no changes planned in terms of pacing, but it could change in the future.

8. No Major Rework Planned for AoC

  • Q. Please bring back the Old funny AoC mode.
    This Is too boring.

9. AoC Fog of War Bug Under Investigation (No Updates Yet)

  • Q. CMs are there any updates from the devs regarding the Fog of War bug? Do they at least know what’s causing it?
    It seems to me that past couple of AoCs it’s less common than before, but still not fully fixed.
  • A. Hello, unfortunately no update, but I will ask.

10. Lucky Road Display Issue Expected to Be Fixed

  • Q. r u kidding me , developers cant translate texts ???????????? when are we 1790 ???????????????
  • A. It’s not about translation, the lines are translated, the issue is that some locales got mixed up. As far as I know the team knows what the issue is and hopefully will fix very soon.

11. Request to Improve Guild War Assignment Visibility

  • Q. How are GW assignments supposed to work for normal guild members, when they cant see the others’ assignments?
    For illustration here a general’s view and a normal guild member’s view.
    We really want the general’s view for everyone please.
    you dont even get a warning when attacking what’s been assigned to someone else (this works in CoW)
  • A. Hello! I think this is a follow up to the post you made last week, I’ve passed it along to the team, hopefully there will be improvements

12. Hero Portal Updates Delayed Due to Low Priority

  • Q. A few more heroes and a handful of skins have been added to the game—the website shows zero changes! , I understand that between promising and performing, a man may marry his daughter, but maybe you shouldn’t take it xxx(28.01.2026) so long?
  • A. I’m so very sorry, I’ve recently checked up on this and unfortunately it has been put on the back burner for now. The team that handles the portal updates (amongst many other things) is just too busy with tasks that have higher priority 😿

13. Additional Uses for Excess Resources Under Consideration

  • Q. Im writing this for some game improvements in point of resources that most of the players have just randomly lying around and will never use them in that amount what is the plan for example for the star mana I have 87 million or ancient wishdome crystals 500k of that will there be any option at some day that an shop appear for that cause at some point it’s getting frustrating that your company just wants money and the player like the game but all we get is an casino where we never get anything good back better option going into casino cause there you at least have the chance to get money back here nothing just all things that happen makes the whole game even worse maybe bring back swap totems for Ems why took it out

    Yeah, I’ve seen similar feedback before, and it’s understandable, especially when you’ve been playing for a long time.
    It’s something we’re aware of and have been thinking about. It’s a bit of a tricky area how to handle resource overflow and hoarding without breaking the overall game balance.
    I can’t promise any specific updates right now, but it’s definitely on our radar.

14. Lack of Use for Chaos Particles and Titan Potions Recognized

  • Q. We need some way to spend excess Chaos Particles and Titan Potions. There is absolutely no way to use them after we have all of the pets Maxed.

    I understand where you’re coming from, I will raise this concern with the team again

15. Focus on Preventing Future Server Downtime

  • Q. can we please get 1k emeralds compensation per minute the server is down? 😏
    seriously: How long can it take to re-roll last check-in and restart servers? What are you guys doing? Ever heard of DevOps? DORA metrics? incident reaction time?
    With such a compensation rule in place you could challenge yourselves. you will probably like it just like we love the challenges in the game. 🙂

    I understand where you’re coming from.
    Unfortunately, issues do happen, bugs/issues/downtimes happen for every product, they’re very frustrating for everyone.
    The important part is that the issue was identified and resolved, and the team takes incidents like this seriously and reviews them internally to prevent similar cases in the future.
    And from CMs side I can say that we are very sorry that this happened and thanks for your patience while the issue was being resolved.

16. Cookie Policy Changes to Be Confirmed Separately

  • Q. WHERE is the option to refuse cookies now ??? Nexter what are you doing ???
