1. Request for Improved Talisman Selection Options

  • Q. Can we please get all talisman options to choose from. It’s really boring to have to start over and over again because the right talisman (same for heroes and pets), just don’t drop.
  • A. Noted, I’ve seen similar feedback about talismans before and I will highlight it for the team again.

2. Conditions for Skin Quest Autocomplete

  • Q. all marksmans skins maxed,doesnt autocomplete,redirects to lara(which is maxed)
  • A. Hello, for cases like this is better to contact our support team, because they will have your ID and other needed info for a proper check. It could potentially be a bug. But in general this usually happens when there is still at least one Marksman skin that is not unlocked or upgraded yet. For these quests to autocomplete, all skins related to the quest category need to be fully upgraded, not only the skins currently unlocked on the account.

3. Request for Clearer Piggy Bank Information

  • Q. Piggy Bank. 4 improvements i wish for in order to not feel as if this game had a game master who hideously wanted to trick me into bad decisions. Please note in the description of the piggy bank that “collect rewards at the end of the event” means: you got to pay, how much it costs to purchase this limited offer (its not “collect” its “purchase”), it works only up to a certain cap (12500 em for spending 50k em +), how much VIP we get from this purchase (its 200 for a full piggy, i found it out myself; but no idea about a less filled piggy). thank you. yes i am aware we have asked for this before. if you dont want to change the description of the event so that it fits to what it is about, then please tell us why do you not want to address it?

4. Compliance Updates Currently Prioritized

  • Q. so helpful update devs,thank you for that,while other “meaningless” things are not done yet, you really know where to put your focus and resources!!!
  • A. I understand the frustration, but this is a bit of a different category of work. These changes were related to regional compliance requirements for separate versions of the game. I know visual adjustments like this may feel unnecessary to some players, but new markets and regional compliance are important for the future and longevity of the game.

5. Feedback on Global Version Visual Replacements

  • Q. In some places you have chosen to use separate assets for the Chinese and international versions, while in other cases you have simply replaced the assets. Is it a mistake? Any chance we can get the old assets back for the international version?
  • A. Hello, a very fair question. I’ve shared the feedback you all had for the changes with the team. For now the assets will stay as you see them in the game right now. But the team is aware and will consider your feedback.

6. Request to Restore the Original Valkyrie Design

  • Q. With all due respect, we want our valkyries back.
  • A. Always here for: memes, cat pics. And just so you know this made it to the team when you posted it and everyone found it very funny 😄 Keep it up 🔥

7. Request for a World Map and Lore Expansion

  • Q. Nexters, please ask one of your artists to draw a map of the game. Right now names like Graven or Riversar mean nothing (the latter is on the airship map already, but not indicated). Fleshing out your lore a bit with a map, and maybe a few more pictures of those places, would be cheap and help retention.
  • A. To me that sounds like a good suggestion, but I’m not sure if the art team will have resources for this. I will note this and share with the team.

8. Request for a Dungeon Skip Feature

  • Q. It would be nice if Adam can use Vex for patronage, to give Vex some more options. If we can’t get auto completed battles in the dungeon, can we at least get Skip battle option?
  • A. That’s interesting but I think it could be against the idea of how players currently progress in the dungeon and potentially affect the need/use of Divination Cards. I think in general looking into how we can potentially improve dungeon progression would be a good idea, but I don’t have enough expertise to see how we can do that, I’ll pass it along as a discussion point though.

9. Follow-up on Guild Quest QoL Improvements

  • Q. btw, dear CMs , you may think that because we dont complain daily, we had forgotten or wouldnt care anymore about this issue which we have reported and which has been accepted as reasonable by a CM over 1 year ago. We cannot forget this because we still click the [+] 180 times every day. For each account we have around max titans / heroes. Would love to see a ranked list of your QoL improvement backlog to at least get an idea of if or when you might feel like doing something about it. For us it definitely has a higher prio than to get Valkyrie a low quality zero texture brown sack skin. Since nothing happened for 1 year: you seem to work on such things with a zero-like velocity, are you even aware of this?
  • A. I absolutely have not forgotten about this, it’s been on the QoL list for quite a while. We’ve just had other updates and priorities recently, so progress on some QoL requests has been slower than players would understandably like. I do understand the frustration, especially for something players interact with so many times every day. I’m continuing to gather QoL feedback and pass it along to the team, and I really hope we can get more QoL-focused updates out in the near future.

10. Request to Remove Inactive Players from Rankings

  • Q. Please remove inactive players from Ratings🧐…if a player is without a guild and has not logged into game for at least a month, then remove this player from all ratings…otherwise server/other rankings looks like a graveyard😳🥃…
  • A. I passed your suggestion along. It might have some challenges but the team will discuss it.

11. Follow-up on Changelog Transparency Requests

  • Q. A backlog of QoL improvements would be a transparency addition to what we have recently requested: give us a reliable changelog ? you said you would be discussing this. please answer to these 4 questions: how much longer are you discussing? any news on the outcome of your discussions? is it accepted and will it happen at some time in the future or has it been declined? if declined then for what reason please? cant be because it was core of your business model to intransparently change the rules of the game and trick us into suboptimal decisions, can it?
  • A. Sorry for the delays on this, I was OOO most of the week. I will try and share some info on this next week. Will update here.

12. Current Pace of New Hero Releases to Continue

  • Q. Nexters, don’t give us new heroes every two or three months. Nobody needs that.
  • A. Hello, we often talk about this and my answer has not changed from since the last time – xxx. I absolutely get the frustration and I share your feedback with the team, but like I said previously, for now the schedule will stay about the same.
