Will we get another chance to get Lara Croft

Q: Will we get another chance to get Lara Croft, Augustus, and the Ninja Turtles this year?
A: Not all of them, but yes, you will.

We haven’t seen a new Pet

Q: We haven’t seen a new Pet for a long time. Why is that and when will you release a new Pet?
A: We understand the interest in new Pets and appreciate your patience, but new pets are unlikely to be released this year, as we’ve seen from our analytics that previous Pets didn’t resonate with players as much as we’d hoped. We would like to reconsider our approach to their design and balance. And eventually we will do so. However at this point our team is focused on different types of content. I’ll be happy to share our content plans for this year a little bit later.

Many older Heroes still don’t have Ascension skill

Q: Many older Heroes still don’t have Ascension skill, why is that?
A: At some point sure, but remember that not all heroes wear capes are supposed to have ascension skills, even though we love designing Ascension skills ourselves.

When it comes to Ascension of old Heroes, right now our general strategy is to implement them when we want to enhance not just a Hero themself, but a specific combination and create a better Synergy with a New or upcoming Hero. You’ve seen that already with Orion that was buffed not long ago before the introduction of Augustus – yes, this synergy was carefully planned way before the Augustus release.

When Polaris will be added to Soul Stone chests?

Q: When Polaris will be added to Soul Stone chests? Also, are we going to have a chance to get heroes like Augustus in future?
A: It’s nice to be the bringer of good news! Polaris Soul Stones will be added to Soul Stone Chests quite soon, and of course you will have a chance to get other Heroes this year. For example, we will also add Augustus into Soul Atrium in the foreseeable future.

Let’s make Dorian undead!

Q: let’s make Dorian undead!
A: Our lore experts say that Dorian is pretty much alive. He just has some unhealthy interest in bats and cursed amulets. While we understand the charm of undead heroes, there are currently no plans to change his status. But who knows what the future holds?

1. About the Removal of the Arena

Q. Who’s idea was it to replace the normal Arena with the new mode? This reminds me of how you wanted to scrap CoW and replace it with AoC (only to turn 180 degrees after the community heavilly protested).

We don’t even know fully what the rewards are and how it will work. Please stop making half-baked decisions like that. Wait and see what people think first about it before scraping the Arena completely!

And if you really want League Arena to be a replacement of something, then remove AoC for it, the most controversial mode in the game. I haven’t seen a single person complain about Arena and suggesting to remove it

P.S. I’m not against having the new mode (actually it seemed pretty exciting when you first brought it up some weeks back). But I don’t like the idea of blindly removing Arena in return
A. The development of the League Arena has been a complex process, involving multiple internal tests and limited trials with a selected audience. A significant amount of feedback has been collected, and the feature has gone through several iterations. The developers are committed to ensuring that the new League Arena appeals to everyone.

As for the rewards – we’ll share more details in the foreseeable future. In the meantime, feel free to ask your questions in the discussion channel. We’ll gather the ones that need answers and compile a short FAQ.

2. Why Lyriaa’s 4th Skill Value Has Increased

Hey everyone! Some of you have noticed that Lyria got a bit of a buff around 12 hours ago, and you might be wondering why — she wasn’t weak to begin with! Basically, the team found a technical bug related to Lyria’s aura that made it more effective than intended. It was working a bit differently than it was supposed to, and we couldn’t leave it like that.
At the same time, we were actually satisfied with her win rates and overall performance before the fix. So, the bug was fixed, and to balance out Lyria’s overall effectiveness, we slightly buffed her Shackles of Doom skill.
As a result, she is now about as effective as she was before the bug fix — but this time, it’s intended and “official.”

3. The New Guardians of Outland Is Terrible

Q. I made that yesterday after learning that you can’t get the totem with only the ticket but after seeing this new guardians of outlands event i think i have to repost it .
A. Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We understand how important it is for players to feel rewarded for the time and resources they invest—especially in events they enjoy. We’re really glad to hear that you found the Lyria event fun and engaging; the team put a lot of effort into it, and it means a lot to know it was appreciated.

As for Weaving Patterns and Guardians of the Outlands, and the lack of transparency around those changes — we acknowledge that as a mistake. Due to some internal misalignment during the preparations for the Lyria event, we missed the opportunity to properly communicate these adjustments. We’ll do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

So… Changes. We’ve been experimenting with various formats to find the right balance between fun gameplay, meaningful rewards, and the long-term sustainability of the game. That said, hearing your feedback—especially about the value of rewards and how these changes are perceived — is incredibly important to us. We’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the team. Honest feedback like yours plays a big role in helping us make better decisions moving forward.

4. What to Expect from Future Guardians of Outland

Q. Since you already answered in the board . What does it mean for Weaving Patterns and Guardians of the Outlands? The old format is dead and in future we have to stick with the new formats?
A. All of this is subject to change — it might return to the previous format or be revised again. We’ll make sure to give advance notice if any such changes are planned for future events.

5. Lara Croft Collaboration Event Is Coming Back Soon

Q. I wish to get clarification from the CM about what the Moderator said during the livestream earlier today.
I saw Moderator wrote this earlier.
Does this mean that we will get Lara Croft available for those who don’t have her yet soon? How about ninja turtle?
A. During the stream, the moderator gave a big hint. Yes, Lara is quite close…

6. Cheating Players Got Banned in the Lyria Event

Q. While the new hero event offers a much better gameplay experience than previous ones, the bugs, reduced rewards, and price increases have made it overall much worse.

On the first day of the event, players were receiving free Folio Scrolls with every refresh. Today, some players got 17,000, yes 17,000 Picks. That’s the same issue we had last year with the infinite AoC boxes. I can’t understand how a game of this scale doesn’t have the ability to roll back the affected accounts.

It’s unacceptable that we can’t get the totem using just the ticket, especially when the ticket is so expensive. What’s the point of calling it a special event, then? In most games, special events actually feel special, you get more for less. Now, if you didn’t win ToP or you aren’t in a whale guild, you need 2–3 heavy charges. Even if you won ToP, you still need 1–2. That means you end up paying more than the cost of a regular golden ticket totem.

Why did you remove the 500 Large Skin Stone Chest and the 250 Absolute Artifact Chests? Now we have to pay more to reach the totem, and we get fewer rewards. Great job.

Whose idea was it to add a quest that requires us to “spend X hits”? Why are we forced to use them now instead of saving them to use whenever we want?

Why did you nerf both WP and Guardians of Outlands while claiming they were improved? Spending emeralds or buying VIP points during the new hero event gives us nothing.

What’s the point of having an event mysterious island map if it doesn’t provide anything useful for the event, no Picks, no Tracks?

Are you planning to keep going in this direction? With the replacement of Arena by League Arena, it seems like you are. If that’s the case, just tell us now so we can quit. There’s no need to wait another 1–2 months hoping things will improve, because they won’t. How are players from servers 400+ (even 300+) supposed to compete with those from the first 100 servers?
A. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — we hear your concerns.
We understand that while many players enjoyed the fresh gameplay of the Lyria’s event, there were also unexpected issues and aspects that didn’t meet expectations. And the developers immediately got to work on fixing them.

Your points about reward structure, balance changes, and overall event value of Weaving Patterns and Guardians of Outlands are important, and we’re actively reviewing all feedback to guide future improvements.

The developers were very pleased to hear the positive feedback about Lyria’s adventure. They put a lot of effort into it to bring exciting new gameplay mechanics, so it’s especially rewarding to see positive comments about it.. We’re committed to making special events truly feel fun and enjoyable, and your input helps us move in that direction.

As for the players who obtained large amounts of guitar picks — the technical team conducted research and found that there were only a few such cases. The only way to acquire those Mediators was by exploiting a mechanic using third-party software, which clearly gave them an unfair advantage. What awaits the offenders who excessively took advantage of this glitch exploit? A ban.

7. Is the Top CoW Score a Result of Cheating?

Q. Please investigate and fix this in CoW quickly. A no-name guild which only scored 7000 in their previous match has somehow ended up at #1 place in the CoW leaderboard with 4000 points ahead of 2nd place. That shouldn’t happen, so fix it ASAP, otherwise the whole CoW season is gone.
A. The developers are reviewing the CoW rankings. If any malicious activity is detected, appropriate measures will be taken against the offending guilds.
