Event Overview

• The Distortion Titan: Alecto Release Event.

Alecto

Key Changes

• The event will run for 5 days.
• It will be held back-to-back with the introduction event for the Distortion Summoners Valdar and Echo, with a balancing period in between.
• The cost of the Amulet of Battle has been reduced only at Levels 26 and 27.
• The Chapter 7 clear reward has been changed to the Distorted Spirit Summoning Sphere.
• Echoes of Change (material used to level up Distortion Totems) and Crown of Distortion (second Artifact) have been added to the Event Shop.

Official Message: Two Titan Adventures: What’s Changing?

A series of Distortion Titan Adventures is coming soon! This time, one Adventure will follow almost immediately after the other, with a short break in between so you can wrap up the first chapter and prepare for what comes next.

Two Adventures Back to Back

• Alecto’s and Valdur’s Adventures are connected by one story, but they are separate from each other. Each will have its own shop, and your Relic and Adventure Buff progress will start over. Although both Adventures will be available through the same Hub, progress will not carry over between them.
• Alecto’s Adventure will last for 5 days, with its shop remaining open for one additional day after the Adventure ends. On August 27, resources from the first Adventure will be automatically exchanged, and Valdur’s Adventure will begin.
• Valdur’s Adventure will also last for 5 days, but there will be no additional shop day afterward. Its resources will be automatically exchanged immediately after the Adventure ends on September 1.
• ⚠️ Resources from Alecto’s Adventure will not carry over to Valdur’s Adventure, so be sure to use them before the exchange.

Two Seasonal Map on Misterious Island

• Two separate islands will also appear. The first will unlock when Alecto’s Adventure begins, while the second will become available with the start of Valdur’s Adventure. The first island won’t disappear when the second one opens: both will remain available to explore until the end of the season.

An Important Change

• ⚠️ Please note: starting with this Adventure, Relics and the Adventure Buff will no longer be exchanged for Event Chests after the Adventure ends. This change does not affect the main Adventure resources: unused Energy Crystalls, Valor Coins, and Sapphire Medallions will still be automatically exchanged for Chests as usual.

The number of Energy Crystals shown reflects what is required to unlock Buffs in the Workshop. To obtain a Totem, you’ll need at least 790 Energy Crystals.

Heroes and Titans

• This adventure features both Hero and Titan chapters.
• In Hero chapters, you collect Heroes and Pets from stalls to form your team. Enemy teams are composed of Heroes as well.
• In Titan chapters, you collect Titans and Totem Skills from stalls to build your formation. Enemy teams consist of Titans.
• War Flags and Patterns do not appear in Hero battles.
• In Titan battles, Totems are automatically deployed, and their power is adjusted to match the weakest Titan required to activate them.

How to proceed with the chapters

• Each chapter includes seven minion battles, followed by a boss battle.
• The main rewards are obtained by defeating the boss; minion battles do not provide rewards.
• If you lose a minion battle three times, you must restart the chapter from the beginning.
• You can retry the boss battle as many times as you like, but if your team is ineffective, you’ll still need to restart the chapter.
• In this event, losing simply means retrying. As long as you have time to play, you can keep progressing. However, starting in Chapter 3, you’ll need to purchase a certain number of buffs to continue. Chapter 7 is essentially pay-to-win.
• You can only use Heroes that you’ve collected from the stalls. To max out a hero, you need to collect them seven times.
• You can only use Pets that you’ve collected from the stalls.
• It’s generally more effective to focus on collecting seven copies of a few key heroes than to spread your efforts across many different ones.
• The later chapters are significantly more difficult and can only be cleared with 250 buffs and a limited number of team setups.

Chapters 5–7 are more difficult than the previous chapters. In particular, if you aim to clear Chapter 7 with the minimum Buff level, you need to max out your Titans before the battle just before the Boss and use the exact Fusion setup required.

By using the Talisman of Sales to reroll and take advantage of half-price offers, you can upgrade Kayla and Goose to Red.

Defeat the Chapter 7 boss: Whisper of Roots

Pre-Boss Stage Strategy

• Difficulty: The battle immediately preceding the Boss is extremely difficult and requires precise setup.
• Preparation: Fully max out your Titans during the earlier stages before reaching this battle.
• Critical Requirements: Challenge the stage with both the exact required Buff level and the correct Fusion setup.
• Failure Conditions: The attempt will fail if your Fusion configuration is incorrect, or if your Buff level is either too high or too low.

• At the stage immediately before the boss, have all Titans fully upgraded while having only 1 Life remaining.
• See below for the detailed setup. Before challenging the boss, remove all Fusions except Last Flash.

Buff 250 Battle Log & Strategy

• Control Requirement: Manual Control Required. After Rigel activates his skill, immediately activate Lumira, then immediately activate Solaris and Verdoc. Activate the Light Totem at 124%, then switch to Auto.
• Key Adjustment: Adjusted only the activation timing of the Light Totem because it looked like Rigel could use his skill one more time to secure the victory.
• Energy Dynamics: The interaction between my Eden filling the opponent’s Silver and the opponent’s Eden filling my Eden remained the same no matter how many times I tried it.

Development Shop

• In the Stall, you collect and upgrade your team. In some chapters, heroes or titans will join you at the start.
• Lets collect more fragments by purchasing them with Stall coins.
• If you don’t like the current offers, press the refresh button.
• You can pin fragments so they dont disappear when the Stall refreshes. Remember: after each battle, the Stalls contents are updated automatically — dont forget to pin the heroes or titans you need.
• To learn more about a hero or titan, hover over or tap their card — a window with detailed information will open.
• To upgrade a hero or titan, collect their duplicates. The bottom of the card shows how many are needed for the next upgrade.
• You can always return to the Stall to purchase more heroes or titans.
• Progress through battles to reach the final fight. Win to move forward.
• You’ll need to complete 7 levels – each one harder than the last.
• Each level has a first-time completion reward.
• The shop automatically refreshes after each battle. If youre sure your current team cant win, reset and start again.

Development Shop Tips

Save your Stall Coins until your Stall Level increases

• At Levels 1–2, avoid spending coins on reloading—just use the team you’re given.
• At Level 3, the number of hero choices increases to eight, and the useless “?” cards disappear, making it much easier to target specific heroes.
• From Level 5 onward, pet selection becomes available.

Development Shop Reloading

• There’s a brief loading delay after reloading. Spamming the button may unintentionally consume coins for two reloads.
• If you have 33 or fewer coins remaining, be cautious—reloading could leave you without enough coins for key purchases. Unless you’re facing a boss, it’s usually better to wait.
• Reloading while many items are still locked limits your available choices and increases the chance of missing good options. Avoid reloading in this situation.

Development Shop Notes

• Without widescreen mode enabled, not all eight choices will be visible at once. Be sure to scroll to the right.
• Avoid purchasing +2 or +3 upgrades after collecting a hero six times—these become inefficient uses of coins.

Event Items

Talisman

The Talisman system provides temporary buffs that can be selected upon entering a stage.

• Strategic Synergy: Choosing Talismans that synergize well is essential for optimizing performance.
• Official Recommendation: A combination of the Fury Talisman and a healer (such as Varna) is recommended to enhance combat effectiveness.

Stall Coin

• You start with 120 coins.
• Earn Seall Coins on the Event Battles.
• Used to recruit heroes from the event stalls.

Energy Crystal

• Earned from quest rewards, daily bonuses, and event bundles.
• Can be exchanged for Valor Coins and upgrading Relics.
• The exchange rate is boosted by a relic and the Tome of Greed.

Determine Priorities Based on the Main Quest

• The three types of relics, along with coin conversion, are the primary uses for Energy Crystals in this event.
  Among these, Relic 3 — the Amulet of Battle — is the most important, as it is essential for unlocking core content in the main quest.
• Once you’ve determined how many Energy Crystals are needed to complete your desired chapter, you can allocate any remaining Crystals to the other relics.
• For example, if your goal is to progress through as much of the main content as possible without spending money, you should aim for Chapter 5. In that case, the Amulet of Battle requires 320 Energy Crystals.
  On the other hand, if you plan to spend money and aim to obtain totems, your target becomes Chapter 7, where the Amulet of Battle requires 790 Energy Crystals.
• If you don’t intend to spend time on the event content, you can skip the Amulet of Battle entirely. In that case, you have two options:
  1. Collect Alecto Soul stones through the festival, or
  2. Skip collecting them altogether.
• As for coin conversion, you can handle it efficiently by converting any unused buff purchases on the final day.

If you’re worried about collecting enough Alecto Soul Stones, you’ll need to allocate a larger portion of your budget to upgrading Relics 1 and 2 early on.

Valor Coin

• Acquired by trading Energy Crystals, as well as through quest rewards, Event chapter rewards, daily bonuses, and occasional free giveaways.
• Used for the gacha at the Festival, where you can purchase Alecto’s Soul Stones.
• The exchange rate at the Festival is increased by one relic, the Grail of Generosity.

Glory Points

• Used to progress the Battle Pass during this event.
• Automatically applied when earned; not stored in inventory.
• Cannot be converted or used after the event ends.
• Initially, 100 points advance the Battle Pass, followed by 200 points, and finally 400 points at higher tiers.
• The value of Glory Points changes significantly depending on whether the Golden Ticket is purchased.

Sapphire Medallion

• Awarded as a jackpot reward by the Festival Gacha and guaranteed by the Star’s Path and Event Chapter Rewards.
• Can be spent in the Event Shop.
• The Event Shop is permanent, so you don’t have to spend it all during the event… yet there are consumption quests set.

How to Calculate Required Sapphires

• To fully max Umbra’s First and Third Artifact Evolution, you will need up to 74 Sapphires.
• Purchasing the Golden Ticket in the Battle Pass provides 2,400 artifact fragments (equivalent to 5 Sapphires), plus 24 Sapphires from Battle Pass rewards.
• Collecting 5,000 artifact fragments from the Mysterious Island reduces the requirement by 10, and the island also grants 10 Sapphires directly.
• Using both the Battle Pass and Mysterious Island, the calculation becomes 74 − 29 − 20 = 25, meaning you need to gather about 25 Sapphires from other sources.
• If prioritization is needed, it is generally recommended to focus on the Third Artifact first.

Alecto Soul Stone

• Obtainable through the Festival Gacha via Valor Coins.
• Not available from Sapphire Medallion in the Event Store.
• If you miss it during this event, it won’t be available for a while, but it will eventually become unlockable again.

• 8. Spend Sapphire Medallion (MAX 100)

Quest mindset

• This is the main questline of the event and shares its name.
  Progressing through event battles unlocks additional stages and content.
• Hero-strengthening quests grant temporary, event-specific buffs. While some quests involve less popular heroes, retreat training also counts, making them achievable for all players with sufficient playtime.
• Free-to-play players can advance through several chapters, although Totems cannot be obtained without spending money. Still, focusing on training Alecto remains a viable and rewarding objective.
• Finding the optimal buff purchase route may take some trial and error. A balanced approach is to play moderately during the week and dedicate more time on the weekend, when key chapters and quests become available.

Quest mindset

• This optional questline runs alongside the main event, giving players the freedom to choose whether or not to participate.
  —it only affects the festival currency portion of the event.
  —Progress in this questline does not contribute to buff purchases or boss battles.
• This questline is not affected by event buffs, so for maximum efficiency, complete all quests for the required heroes before summoning Alecto.
• Completing this questline can help you collect Soul Stones. However, if you’re concerned about your ranking in the Power Tournament, you may consider intentionally limiting your power growth—though this approach may not be practical for all players.

Power-Limited Quest Completion Tips

• Level Glyphs only to low tiers
• Upgrade Artifacts, but keep their star rating at 1
• Adjust your upgrade priorities based on your goals—whether you’re optimizing for low power strategy or aiming for long-term growth

Recirculation Play: Using Festivals

• During this event, you can use the Valar Coins you’ve collected to host festivals. Winning the grand prize at a festival rewards you with Sapphire Medals.
• These medals are used in a specific part of the main quest, allowing you to progress through that section of the event in reverse order compared to the usual quest progression:
  
   – 1. Train your heroes to collect Valar Coins.
   – 2. Use the coins to host festivals.
   – 3. Win Sapphire Medals from festival rewards.
   – 4. Spend the medals in the event shop.
   – 5. Earn Glory Points and Energy Crystals.
  
• That said, progress through this method is somewhat limited. For best results, it’s recommended that you first focus on strengthening your relics by advancing through the other main quests. Once your relics are sufficiently improved, you can return to this part of the event to finish it off more efficiently.

A conversion feature for event currency is available at the Exchange Booth.
Note: This is a one-way conversion—you cannot reverse the exchange.
In most cases, it’s better to prioritize purchasing buffs before using the Exchange Booth.

When to Use the Exchange Booth

• If you’re collecting Soul Stones for specific heroes, the Exchange Booth is a good way to spend surplus currency after you’ve secured all essential buffs.
• It’s also useful when you’re just a few Soul Stones short of a summoning milestone or important upgrade.
• Since this event requires you to train new heroes to complete quests, the Exchange Booth can be a helpful early option—especially if you need Soul Stones to unlock those heroes.
• Because Soul Stone acquisition in this event is relatively predictable, it’s best to make gradual and strategic conversions instead of spending all your currency at once.

• Guaranteed Reward: The Bad Luck Protection system guarantees the grand prize after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts.
• Guarantee Thresholds: The first guarantee is triggered after you fail to obtain the grand prize in 2 consecutive attempts. The threshold then increases to 4 attempts, then 8 attempts. After that, if you do not obtain the grand prize within 15 attempts, the next attempt is guaranteed to award the grand prize.
• Drop Rate: The displayed drop rate for the grand prize is 10%.
• Eligible Reward: The guaranteed reward applies to the Sapphire Medal, not Alecto Soul Stones.
• Exclusion: Bad Luck Protection does not apply to Alecto Soul Stones.
