Event Overview

The event lasts nine days, divided into two phases: the first five days and the last four days.

No new heroes or pets will be introduced this time. Instead, a new Winterfest exclusive Battle Flag has been added.
Winter Skins:
* Two new winter skins are available, featuring Augustus and Helios.
* Augustus’ Magic Attack Skin is a Gold Ticket reward from the Winter Journey.
* Helios’ Magic Penetration skin can be purchased from the Event Shop at three times the cost of the other skins.
Event Shop:
– Coins for the Event Shop can be earned on Mysterious Island.
– In addition to skins, you can also purchase frames and avatars from the shop.
Winterfest Mini Game and Hidden Quests: These popular features return this year with several updates and additions.
Cheat Prevention:
– Enhanced measures have been implemented to prevent cheating.
– A new limit restricts guild transfers to three times per week, regardless of the event.

War Flag of Frost

Every 18 seconds, Frost is cast on enemies, reducing their Skill levels by 2 for 8 seconds.

This war flag casts Frost on enemies, reducing the hit rate of their skills.
Use it in the Arena and during Guild Wars to make your Hero team even stronger!
Apply various patterns to your war flag’s free slots to give your Hero team additional buffs. You can’t use more than one pattern of each type.

Winterfest Update & Fairness Measures!
Winterfest is just around the corner, bringing exciting new content features to enhance the familiar elements you already love.

Here is the overview of the event updates this year:

New Mysterious Island Map. Alongside new areas to explore and more valuable resources, you will discover a new type of resource there – the Winterfest Tale, which you can exchange in the updated event shop to get Winter skins and other goods!
New Winterfest Presents. This year, enjoy two new Winterfest Presents: the Augustus Gift, packed with resources for his upgrading, and the War Flag Gift, which contains Golden Threads, Explorer Moves, and the grand reward – the War Flag Chest.
New War Flag. New War Flag of Frost will apply Frost on enemies, reducing the hit rate of their Skills: every 18 seconds, Frost is cast on enemies, reducing their Skill levels by 2 for 8 seconds. The new War Flag can be found in the new War Flag Present, so don’t miss it!
New Winter Skins. Get ready to unleash the potential of your Heroes with two new Winter Skins: Augustus Skin will boost his Magic Attack, while Helios Skin will increase his Magic Penetration.

Please note, that since we are not releasing a new Hero during the upcoming Winterfest – there will be no Winter Stories comics this year, but you will still get Hero Soul Stones for sending Winterfest Presents!

We continue working on ensuring fairness

We continue working on ensuring fairness in the event and rankings so that we will ban abusers from the Winterfest Presents Ranking, reset those ranks, and also ban abusers from all future similar Winterfest events. Moreover, this year we are introducing several important updates to uphold fairness:

Gift-Sending Restrictions. This Winterfest players will only be able to send gifts to their current guildmates. Unlike in previous years, there will no longer be an option to “send a gift in return” to a player who is no longer in your guild. This change aims to prevent exploitative gifting abuse.
Guild Joining Limitations. We are also implementing a special counter for the number of maximum Guild joins to prevent Winterfest Presents and Rankings abuse. Starting this Friday, players will only be able to change guilds a maximum of three times per week, exceeding this limit will result in a one-week restriction from joining any guilds. Accumulating three or more of these restrictions within 30 days will lead to a 30-day suspension from joining any Guild.

These changes will take effect starting this Friday and are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to make Winterfest a celebration for everyone!
