Official Message: January events & Tournament of Power!

  • January arrives in Dominion. A new month means a new schedule, and while January is quieter than the holiday season, you’ll still see regular activities and occasional small surprises along the way!
  • Tournament of Hero Power is also on — upgrade your Heroes and complete event quests to earn Tournament Points and great rewards!
  • Nature and Silver Seasons are active too — complete tasks, gain experience, and collect valuable rewards. Tickets unlock even more loot and can be gifted to guildmates!

1. Request to Add New Pets in 2026

  • Q. Merry Christmas to all …. We need 5 new pets 🙂 3 teams in Grand Arena need 15 pets 3 teams in COW need 15 pets …. come on nexter$ make 2026 the year of the pet
  • A. Happy Holidays! I hear you, the request for more pets comes up often. Can’t promise anything right now, but the message is definitely heard.

2. Request to Add a “Small Whale” Pet

  • Q. makes me think .. we should clamor for a whale pet … meet whalette
  • A. I looooove it! Shared it with the team, such a cutie 😻

3. Winter Festival Should Focus More on Gift Exchange

  • Q. I have one major problem with this years winterfest, and that is that this time hoarding is rewarded. Normally trading gifts with guildmates is the best way to gain resources, but this year you can hoard resources instead of sending gifts and get rewards for yourself. Can we revert back to the old system please? It was far better and rewarded generosity far more.
  • A. Thanks for sharing this feedback. We’ll definitely be gathering feedback and reviewing how Winterfest was this year and looking at what worked and what didn’t, and feedback like yours is very helpful.

4. Winter Festival Compensation Has Been Distributed

  • Q. well well well, what a surprise they ended winterfest rankings early
  • A. Yeah, unfortunately the rankings for Winterfest counted a bit earlier than they should have. We know that’s frustrating, and we’re really sorry about it. Everyone affected has received compensation, and thanks for bearing with us while we sorted it out.

5. The Issue Was Not an Intentional Mistake

  • Q. I’d rather they get their act together and QUIT making what appears to be intentional mistakes to promote early and as a result increased spending, rather than compensate for lost totems with the equivalent of a fart.
  • A. I assure you, the mistakes are not intentional and we’re trying to do better. Everyone affected has been compensated.

6. It Is Recommended Not to Claim Rewards Before Receiving Compensation

  • Q. CMs will you please let us know if there’s a compensation for the ranking taken too early in Winterfest rankings? Because I want to claim my rewards (even if it’s less than it’s supposed to be), but you mentioned about “claiming the rewards can affect the size of the compensation if it’s given out”.
  • A. Yes, I’ve answered this earlier today, all affected players have been compensated and we’re very sorry for this inconvenience. And you’re totally correct in bringing up the claiming, great point, in this case it didn’t affect it, but do keep it in mind for the future.

7. Four-Panel Comics Are Accepted for the Art Contest

  • Q. i just want to get a feedback from them if comics are forbidden and therefore creating them is just a waste of time, or if the work is good enough it at least has a chance of getting into the top10 i dont know if a bot can answer that for me
  • A. Comics are eligible for the contest, there was a lot of submissions and we had to make some tough choices 😿 I’m sorry that your comic didn’t win, hopefully next contest!
  • Q. Ok thx for the answer, so comics can participate? I send in a comic with 4 pictures, the quality of some backround motive could have been better but i jsut wanted to know if i wasted my time by drawing a comic at all or if i had better chances adding some colors and be more detailed with the backround next time
  • A. You absolutely did not waste your time. Comics and any kind of creative works are welcomed. And I hope you had fun doing it, we certainly enjoyed looking at all of them 🙂

8. Preference for the Previous Version of Mystery Island

  • Q. New Year’s resolution: to restore the maps to the way they were before ^^
  • A. 😄 Love the resolutions. Maps and rewards do change over time, but it’s obvious the older versions still have a special place for many players. Noted!

9. No Plans to Hold Cosmic Battles at This Time

  • Q. We want the path of a warrior again (cosmic battle) bring it back , it has been long time ago !!!!!
  • A. Thank you for bringing it up, but as far as I know, there’s no plan to bring it back currently. Sorry to disappoint 🙁 Maybe in the future, who knows

10. Request to Restore the Previous Buff Icons

  • Q. Does somebody know, what’s up with these ugly buff-icons in adventures? Hope, they can fix this back to normal, soon.
  • A. This has been reported and forwarded to our team, thank you for bring it up!

11. Request to Revert the New Buff Icons

  • Q. These big ugly icons actually give me a headache for reason I don’t fully understand. How about going to back to the old more pleasant ones? I guess clicking on the big red scary thing while half asleep might be part of the problem.
  • A. I’m sorry to hear that, I hope the icons don’t give you too much trouble. Like I mentioned above, this has been forwarded to the team, we’ll look into it.

12. Request to Update Low-Resolution Avatars

  • Q. please check out the resolution / sharpness of this avatar and frame. its just one example among a lot of.
    • looks as if the frame had just a lower resolution than the avatar, although its even newer.
    • Can we please get a sharpness quality update on frames and avatars?
  • A. Thank you for bringing this up, I will report it to our team.

13. Request to Update the CoW Reward Banner

  • Q. wouldn’t be nice to make new banners for Top 50 COW or top 5 .., looking different every season ??? getting the same is just not cool , after Season 7, same one , there were some good looking COW banners in past now they are gloomy and old .
  • A. Noted! Will pass this along

14. What Changed After the ToE Road Was Removed?

  • Q. Bring back the lords. They are stronger and more interesting opponents than the humans we are facing.
  • A. We’re looking into it and discussing internally, I hope that we can give you an update soon.

15. Long-Standing Request to Improve Shop Features

  • Q. I will just repeat asking for a [+100] option on this dialogue at the ToE merchant, because for me this 1 y old feature request still being ignored feels as if nexters really wanted me to use thingz i shall not even talk about here. 604 is the smallest increment i can wiggle by using the slider for 30 or more seconds striving for a minimum slide. and no, i dont want to use that many every day. i need not more and not less than 180 for the every day prestige quest. But this means 180 clicks on [+]. every day. This hurts my mouse hand fingers and forearm. Shall paying customers really have to decide if they care more of your game’s ToS than their personal health? Is this the decision you want us to take? Comeon, this cant be a biggie, please implement it already! or make this dialog open source and i will implement it myself. or make me pay extra dollars for the implementation. or whatever! but stop ignoring this feature request. if you dont seriously start improving some most needed and most annoying things in your base game, then you keep on driving people into using, no matter if they want or not. Lets please instead together work on improving the game in a way that nobody is even slightly tempted to use any of those unspeakable thingz.

16. Request to Expand Sorting Options in the Hero List

  • Q. i feel like there should be a pin 📌 to pin heroes u currently working on upgrading and a Sort by menu to sort heroes from low to high and vice versa/alphabetic order
  • A. Great suggestion, will pass it to the team

17. Request to Move Fully Built Heroes to the End of the Hero List

  • Q. I might be in the minority for this, could you see if we can implement a button to sort and have our completed heroes moved to the back so the heroes still need Ascension, skin stones etc etc incomplete are move to the front … it does get tiring having to look if you don’t remember which heroes are not completed. Some players will be approaching this point. Something like what we have for Gift of Elements where the heroes that are not completed are moved to the top because the others are completed.
  • A. I read your original message and earlier I answered this one about pinning the heroes you’re currently working on, it seems like it’s similar to what you’re suggesting. I’ll bring it up and hopefully we can have something like this in the future.

18. Request to Increase the Number of Free Server Transfers

  • Q. Nexters, Would it be possible to offer one free server move per year? Recruitment is a pain with the current limitation. I know it represents money, but players, guilds, and servers are just dying everywhere because it prevents players or groups of players from joining active guilds. Edit: I’m only talking about the price, I’m not talking about removing the limitation to go to a newer server.
  • A. This has been suggested previously, and I will bring it up to the team again.

19. Request for a “Do Not Show Again” Option for Pop-Ups

  • Q. All sales pop ups should have an “dont show again today” option
  • A. Thank you, this has been brought up in our QoL wishlist already, but I’ll bring it up again.

20. Valkyrie’s Favor Must Be Canceled Manually

  • Q. I would like to suggest removal of the automatic payment option for Valkyrie’s Favor here. Most debit cards issued in Japan do not allow automatic payment for subscription. Every payment needs manual authorization. If a card issuer detects automatic payment (nornally on one or two day(s) before the payment day), the card is blocked for security. If your country’s card has a similar rule, please star my post in order to remove this option and avoid such trouble.
  • A. Thank you for bringing this up. I checked with our support team and it seems like there is no option to remove the checkbox there. But if your bank does not allow recurring payments you can cancel it in-game. 22. Bug Where Support Ticket Numbers Are Not Assigned

  • Q. Ok, I’m sorry but can someone please help me understand how my report is going to be handled when there is no number even assigned to it? And how am I supposed to keep track of any updates or ask for followup on this?
  • A. Thank you for reporting this. Seems like an error and I will bring it up to the team.

23. Domain Renewals Are Performed Shortly Before Expiration

  • Q. Well, their internet domain name, Hero-Wars.com, doesn’t expires until May 17th, 2026. So that’s not the problem (yet?). Note: 10 or more stars may send this to starboard. I looks like that last time they renewed less than 40 days early.
  • A. There’s no need to renew a domain years in advance, renewing it as it approaches expiration is standard practice. Nothing unusual is happening here, no worries 🙂

24. Request to Switch from Google Login to Standard Login

  • Q. i have a question i sign in usually using google acc ( auto) not by entering the gmail and pass here can i change it to put gmail and pass here because when i put the same email/pass of the google account this happens : , so can i change that and sign in using the email and pass here only ?
  • A. Reaching out to support is a good idea

25. Fluffy’s First Skill Deals Damage to Allies

  • Q. Is the description of first skill correct? He deals damage to allies?
  • A. Yes, that’s correct, Fluffy’s first skill will deal damage to allies. You can say that it would be at the cost of protection and reflection of basic attack damage.

26. Fluffy Is a Bit Too Sheep-Like

  • Q. His first skills reflecting basic attacks but hurting your allies seems like a ewe problem. He’d have to be woolheaded to cast that. Not sure if thats for the good of the herd. Maybe a bit too RAMbunctious and BAArbaric. OK im done 🤣🤣
  • A. I see what you did there, gg! 🐑
