1. ToP Competitiveness Changes and Reward Consistency

  • Q. so you just admitted [Week11 Q&A No.10] yourself that you guys purposely made the game mode of ToP more competitive (competition tripled) with the same reward. W.O.W.
    In other words, another nerf to the events (HUGE nerf so that people don’t get the emeralds easily)
  • I don’t understand which part of the world that you live in that gives you the impression that the original ToP was ‘predictable’ ? KekW.
  • Prediction based on what I see in my guild:
    you will see many people will stop spending on that ToP.
    Many of my guildmates have felt that you did this to make them win LESS emeralds, they were mad that their F2P source of ems had been taken away now.
    Another reason for them not to be excited about the game. Maybe another one or two reasons will make them quit.
  • A. Like I said in my initial post – the changes were made to make the mode more competitive and reduce cases where outcomes felt too predictable or could be exploited.
  • I understand your perspective and why it might feel like a nerf.
  • I personally think more competition isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
  • That said, we’re collecting your feedback and keeping an eye on how these changes.

2. Support Handling for Quiz Event Key Quests

  • Q. I want to explorer Byrna map for quest.
  • A. If you don’t have any moves left, you can reach out to our support team and they will check and manually fix it for you
  • Q. I have 700 moves.
  • A. What I mean is – if your current map is already explored and you can’t complete the quest, please reach out to support team
  • Q. Thanks for the tip. Support helped me immediately and completed the quest for me.

3. Support Conditions and Criteria for Dominion Chronicles Event Issues

  • Q. Thank you for all the info today. I think many players would like specifics on the requirements here. Will support help if:
    • You have already made moves on the map?
    • You have already taken all the towers on the map?
    • You have explored every open space on the map?
    • Something else?
  • I have no dog in this race – I only made moves during the event so I’ve got my quest rewards.
  • A. Hello, thanks for clarification. As far as I understood if you opened 107+ moves you will not have enough to complete the quest, in that case you should contact support so that they can check your moves/map and manually fix the quest.
  • Don’t think that towers have any effect on this, just the total moves made

4. Quiz Event Ranking Reward Issue and Resolution Status

  • Q. hey, CMs! please fix not getting the icon rewards for being ranked #1. I logged in early to achieve it
  • A. Thanks for reporting this, I’ve answered in chat at the time, the issue was resolved to the extend possible. I know that some players were pretty frustrated with the early rewards, and I’m very sorry about the inconvinience this caused.

5. Compensation Policy and Evidence Requirements

  • Q. Concerning the “icon rewards for being ranked #1”
    Some people got up early or spend more items than without a frame as a rewards.
    So what’s this “sorry”? You make it seems like the players were wrong
  • A. I’ve already answered this at the time and on starboard. What made you think I made it seem like players are in the wrong? I most definitely don’t think that.
  • It was a technical issue that was resolved pretty quickly, but some players were affected by it, like yourself for example, and we were not able to compensate them because the rewards were not tracked. And I am very sorry that happened and apologised to the players affected.
  • Q. I provided I screenshot of getting the rank (so did others) and another of not getting the reward.
    This has been dismissed by support.
    So has my request for my emerald returned, I only spend those to reach rank 3 and wouldn’t have spend the otherwise
  • A. I understand it’s frustrating, I’ve explained what happened to the extend that I can
  • Q. You just said “we were not able to compensate them because the rewards were not tracked. “
  • I give evidence so what more you want?
  • A. I said that in general we were not able to compensate it, and support already reviewed your request as you said

6. Possibility of a TMNT Collaboration Rerun

  • Q. Hello, I want to get Ninja Turtle.
    I know they are not giving the event to us, but can I please get support to push them?
    I think many of us do not have Ninja Turtle and it is very unfair honestly.
    They need to make the deal happen with Ninja Turtles owner (just like Lara croft 2nd event).
    Developer needs to come out and say that they noted the interest and working on it.
  • A. Hello, we know there is interest for TMNT, that’s been noted but unfortunately there is no plan in the near future for another TMNT event.

7. Availability Plan for Summoner Titan Artifacts and Seals

  • Q. Can we please get more options to obtain this now that all titans able to use it were released?
    I think Power of the Titans shop, Titan Brawl shop and Titan Resource Chests would be a good place for it.
  • A. Hello, thanks for the question! I’ve answered a similar question about new titans and seals here
  • And when it comes to availability, for now I can say that seals will follow a similar pattern to titan souls, as described here
  • After two subsequent titan unlocks, souls are added to the summoning circle. After all summoners are realeased Tidus’s souls will be added, and with that Nature Seals should be unlocked.

8. Future Availability of Light and Dark Summoner Titan Souls

  • Q. If there wont be new types of titans coming after light and dark summoner then we will just not get their souls at the altar ever. ^^
  • A. late evening and my brain is literally melting at this point 😄
  • Can’t spoil any info for now, but there will be a solution to this, how it will work, I can’t say yet 😉

9. Current Status of Free Access to Titan Mechanical Skins

  • Q. Exactly a month ago, I asked if there were plans to make the Titan Mechanical Skins purchasable with Titan Skin Stones instead of cash. CM’s response was “I will check on this and return with an answer ASAP!”. Thirty days later, no news.
    In the meantime, we now have 11 Mechanical Skins, the oldest of which is eight months old. I’ll ask again: are there plans to make them free at some point? If so, can you tell me when?
  • Just to be clear, both “the first skins will be released on xx,” “they’ll definitely be released, but it’s not yet been decided when,” and “they won’t be released, we might change our minds in the future” are all perfectly acceptable answers. However, not answering or saying “we’ll let you know” and then forgetting about it isn’t exactly nice…
  • A. You are correct and my apologies for forgetting to follow up on this.
  • I’ve checked with the team, and it is possible that they will become purchasable with in-game resources. But at this point there is no specific plan or timeline for it.

10. Re-release Status of Electra’s Winter Skin

11. Request for a Testing Feature in Guild Wars

  • Q. We need Osh/Maestro combat training.

13. Prioritization of Bug Fixes, Abuse Prevention, and Community Campaigns

  • Q. honestly,we are reporting bugs or abusing,while they are offering us a sticker wth?
  • A. Hello hello, I do understand where you’re coming from. But the bug has been resolved (if it’s the one with the quiz), I personally addressed it multiple times, so did our support team. Stopping all content due to a bug that was resolved a couple of days ago doesn’t make much sense to me, even if I underdand the frustration.
  • Q. abusings are not resolved at all,talking about cow,toe and asgard,your solution is to open ticket,support solution is neglecting them,we just bump from each other while abusers are holding fine, and about the bug? the way it was resolved is below my standards,yeah its meaningless event but still unclear rules/bugs are very common lately
  • A. There will always be issues to resolve and address, and I understand that it’s not perfect, but I don’t think that stopping all content/reminders or even stickers to improve discord is the way to go. We can care about more than one thing at a time.

14. Handling Non-Public Cases and Transparency Balance

  • Q. looks like we’re ignoring the other discussion that CMs were pinged on
  • A. I’m not ignoring anything, I will not be discussing it publicly aside from saying – it has been brought to my attention, I’ve investigated it, action will be taken if needed.
  • Q. fair enough, I think a mere mention that it’s been acknowledged would’ve helped though. We appreciate you taking it into account but we also appreciate transparency is all. Otherwise it just looks to the general user that it’s been ignored
    you have to understand that previous ppl in your position simply did not communicate
  • A. I see what you mean, I do try to answer as much as possible and I agree transparency is important. It’s not always possible and it was quite late for me yesterday as well, but I’m not hiding 😄
