QA on the difference between the FB version and the web version

Q. Hi, whats the reason fb-players getting 100k diamonds from 1st place in toe and web-players only 10k?
A. I’ve answered this one already, and I need to remind the devs about this one once against. The devs doesn’t see it as urgent because our web and facebook players don’t compete with each other, so there is no unfairness in that sense. But I understand that it just feels bad.

Q. From what I heard, in the facebook version you receive gifts from friends who don’t belong to the guild, so players have a lot of resources to buy goods in the friendship shop including hero souls. In the web version, players only receive gifts from guildmates, so they have less resources to buy goods in the friendship shop.
A. What you’ve heard is true and that’s the reason why each player can receive only 30 presents with the Friendship Chips in a day and the number of friends on the Facebook version does not affect the maximum number of gifts you can receive. The maximum number of Friendship Chips the player can receive in a day is 1000: 900 from the in-game mailbox, and 100 credited for completing the quest “Send gifts to your friends”, and that’s true for both Web and Facebook. So, if all your guildmates are sharing their Friendship Chips with you, you get the same exact cumber of Chips as Facebook players.
