September is going to be a wild ride in Dominion! You can check the calendar for the big picture, but here are a few surprises worth keeping in mind:

Starting September 1, the 7-day Lore Festival kicks off — quizzes, lore tidbits, and rewards for the sharpest minds.
A new Hero is marching into Dominion with a special 1-week Adventure event later this month.
And alongside that, one of the older Guardians is getting a well-deserved tune-up!

1. Elemental Gift quest is not working properly

Q. This is datamined from the upcoming Cascade event. How are we supposed to get 50 levels of Glyphs of Elements on her?
A. Hi! You shouldn’t take all information from unofficial sources at face value, as it may be distorted or misinterpreted. The cap for Gifts of the Elements remains at level 30.

Note: This task was replaced with a level 30 cap just before the event began.

2. Summer Festival coin storage ends at the end of October

Q. Please let us know if the old and new summer festival coins would be removed, or only the new one
A. Hello! After November 1, Summer Festival coins will be exchanged, and in future festivals players won’t be able to keep coins in their inventory after the event ends.

3. Please bring back the Beekeeping event

Q. hey beautiful nexters , we need another generators in mysterious island like last time , bc too many gambling events are going on we need some safe passive income.
A. Yeah! The Generators were awesome! And I’ve heard rumors that the devs have been considering adding them to other events as well, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

4. Resources were exchanged even though the event hadn’t ended

Q. Another early exchange? What is wrong with testing this stuff before releasing it! Clearly haven’t learned after the Lara catastrophe!!
A. Yes, that was a mistake. It’s actually a clear example of how many legacy mechanics have piled up in the game, which can sometimes trigger in unexpected ways. That’s why the decision was made to exchange the coins.

5. Compensation for the Lara event still missing?

Q. CMs Please tell the developers that you are the biggest bug in Hero Wars. You are not working as expected!
Again no update about the Lara topic. Are you just ignoring it, until no one will ask anymore? Several players have invested a lot for the event, and there’s still no compensation. An update would be the minimum you should give the community.
A. At the moment, I don’t have any information on this topic. As soon as there are updates, I’ll make sure to let you know. You can also reach out to the support team with an individual request.

6. Are Seer’s Game skins pay-to-win only?

Q. What’s the plan with the skins from the Seer’s Game? Will they become available in some months for f2p players? Getting them as rewards is almost impossible without spending money. And the Chabba skin is now only available for money.
It’s okay, if you are making them exclusive in the beginning, but if you are releasing more and more skins in that way, then f2p has a big disadvantage!
A. Based on the information I have, over time players should be able to obtain these skins through other in-game methods as well. As soon as

7. Will the Conquest fog display bug be fixed?

Q. Since you think Area of Crap is such an amazing and well-designed event, can you explain why this Fog of War bug still hasn’t been fixed?

PS. You know, AoC will never be my favorite event in Hero Wars. But maybe if you would at least *try* to fix some of it’s issues, the Starboard wouldn’t be spammed with compaints about it every time it is launched.
A. According to the information I have, in the next launch AoC will receive an update. Once we get the final details, we’ll share the list of changes.

8. Too many weak or underwhelming Champions

Q. Can we have more reward for guild champions who put effort and use attacks in guild war (currently same 30 trophies for all champions)?

This fact of no difference in reward makes people lazy and not willing to consistently attack in guild war, or just participate whenever they feel like to.

Simple solution is simply giving more reward for champions who use their attacks attempts.
Note that we don’t force everyone to win, but if they use attack at least they put effort.
Effort = get more reward, isn’t this simple?

It’s so tiring to keep reminding, messaging and encouraging the champions to do the attack, while some other champions just enjoy the free 30 daily trophies with 0 EFFORT (not using the attack attempts).
It’s a tough job to be guild leader or generals with no advantage of being one.

Also another note is, I seriously think non-champions should get lesser than current reward daily, to motivate people to really put effort in becoming champions (become stronger) and participate in guild war.

You want more reward? then work for it,
is this simple thing so hard to understand?
I guess there are many people who like to get reward without putting effort. :giggle
A. I’ll pass this feedback on to the developers, but in my opinion, increasing or decreasing the rewards won’t affect the situation you described. I think it’s necessary to work out some other levers that would have a stronger impact on motivation through gameplay.

Note: In a top guild, doing this would probably get you kicked out and you’d lose the perks of membership. Still, it seems to be pretty common in regular guilds.
