Blackbeard’s Legacy Event Begins August 5

• The Blackbeard’s Legacy 2025 event is officially set to begin on August 5.
• This event seems geared toward players who plan to spend emeralds or make real-money purchases, offering better returns for investment.
• A beach-themed skin for Julius has also been announced and will be released alongside the event.

Relation to Lylia’s Event

• A Hero Brawls event featuring Lylia will run concurrently, likely serving as a support event for players interested in developing her.
• A x5 emerald sale is expected to take place one day before her event begins, so players hoping to take advantage of it should plan accordingly.
• Lylia is also featured as the Hero of the Month, effectively making this a “Lylia Enhancement Month.”

August’s Hero of the Month: Lylia

• Lylia has earned a reputation for her strong performance against Dante and Qing Mao, and is currently dominating the meta as one of 2025’s most impactful heroes.
• Her raw power level remains exceptionally high, making her difficult to neatly categorize or reliably counter using standard strategies.
• While she may eventually fade from the spotlight, much like Iris did in the past, Lylia currently stands among the game’s elite heroes, right alongside Sebastian.

Seer’s Game Release Delayed

• Originally scheduled for August 3, Prophet’s Game has now been delayed to August 13, according to the updated event calendar.
• It remains unclear whether it will mirror the mobile version’s design or be a separate, web-only event—official announcements are still pending.

Totem Fusion Released as Scheduled

• The Elemental Spirit Fusion feature has launched as planned.
• Despite the official name, most players still refer to them as “Totems”, and the new terminology isn’t expected to replace existing naming conventions, especially for skills.
• Players are advised to use their distributed resources first to unlock Primordial skills, which are considered a top priority.
• Using the minimum of ten catalysts gives only about a 20% chance of acquiring your selected skill—many players have reported receiving unintended ones.
• Ongoing guild testing is beginning to reveal the significance of skill tiers and upgrade levels, although definitive conclusions have yet to be reached.

Somna Introduced in the Mobile Version

• The mobile version has introduced a new hero, Somna, who has control abilities that can transform enemies into sheep.
• Somna has quickly gained popularity, in sharp contrast to Guus, the less well-received hero introduced in the web version.
• At the same time, new skins were announced for Helios, Arachne, and Amira.
