1. Emeralds on Mysterious Island are too hard to get

Q. REALLY???? 43 moves just to get 10k emeralds??? Last map it was 24 and i already found that too much, but this??? Are you (i mean, the developers) nuts or what?
A. Map configurations may change from month to month. The distances between resource X and resource Y may not necessarily be the same each time. However, I will pass your feedback on to the developers.

2. The coin collection system in AoC needs a fix

Q. Nexters really needs to fix how the coin collection works in AoC.
1. The coins to chests conversion at the end of the event gives more coins for hoarding than it does for adding to the castle
2. Taken to extreme you get far more rewards for being in a solo guild than for playing cooperatively with your own guild
3. If you do not log in you do not collect the coins, people have confirmed this that you need to actually log right into AoC to claim any coins you collected

Can we just get this fixed by having all coins earned in any way go straight onto the castle? This would encourage cooperative play, discourage uncooperative play and most importantly encourage people to buy the season ticket.
A. Great feedback. Personally, I’m also in favor of collectively investing in the castle’s development rather than secretly hoarding coins. I’ve passed this on to the developers.

3. Folio Event Schedule

Q. Do you by any chance know the duration of the event?
A. The adventure will last a week.
More information about Folio will be available in the coming days. There will be a video and FAQ, so stay tuned for more details about our dusty friend!

4. Galahad Event Formation Bug

Q. 3 accounts, 3 bugs. 1 cant setup defense. the 2nd cant attack and the 3rd’s opponents got much better heroes.
A. The fix for the issue preventing the defense team from being set is currently in development And will be applied soon.

5. Reporting localization issues via support tickets

Q. It’s hard to fix their translations when I don’t know what the original said, but I tried to fix this one.
Did I get it right
A. Haha, good one!
As for localization errors, thank you for reporting them when you notice them. Even better, if you spot a typo or a translation that you believe is incorrect (this applies to all languages), please submit a ticket to our support team. Our specialists will catalog the issue and send it for correction.

6. Issues with translations

Q. You replied to the silly message I posted about Translation error, but not the more serious one about maybe having you and Andrew looking at the translations yourself. Do you know the language the originals are posted in?
A. I have seen both of your messages regarding translations, and both have been forwarded to the localization team.

7. Dungeon rewards should be increased

Q. CMs i think, it would be high time to increase titan rewards in the game (I mean especially Dungeon and ToE rewards). When i started the game, we had to feed only 12 titans, 24 artifacts (not counting the seals) and only up to lvl 120. NOW there are 20 titans, meaning 40 artifacts and not to lvl 120, but lvl 130.
This is quite a massive increase while on the other hand, rewards in Dungeon and ToE are still the same… So i would recommend increasing (lets say, doubling) all Dungeon rewards and introduce more stages, maybe up to 10 in ToE, so we can get more essences.

Just saying that doing 100 doors in the Dungeon gives 6.500 potions. So doing 600 doors a day before the debuff increases to 50% which makes it a pain in the @$$ to continue, gives 39.000 potions. So it takes 82 days of massive mining just to feed up all titans from 120 to 130. This really puts a trial even on hardcore Dungeon maniacs like myself… And here i’m not including levels between 0 and 120… So please, make our lives a bit easier and increase those rewards.
A. Yep, I agree. Increasing the rewards in the dungeon would free up a lot of time that is currently spent on farming. I’ve passed this suggestion along to the developers. Hopefully, they will consider it.

Note: Recently, dungeon rewards have actually increased, but Titan Potions are not included.
