1. Bug causing events to end prematurely

Q. Game steal 24K my emeralds in soul atrium:( No lara soul stones, no piggy bank, no emerld waterfalls:(
A. Hello! Due to a technical malfunction, several active game offers and events were prematurely disabled. The developers are working on resolving the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2. Configuration error in Ascension to Asgard

We are aware of the issue with the Ascension to Asgard “The Fellowship of Strength” Boss quest chain, and it will be autocompleted for everyone within the day. Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience!

3. Why are there no Event announcements or Chests?

Q. Dear Nexters: We knew from the data dump that the event was postponed, but ZERO announcement from you?

Seriously, what the heck are you folks doing over there?
A. Hey everyone! Regarding that – my apologies, this one is on me. There were a lot of factors in play why that happened that way, but ultimately that was an omission on our part. As you know, usually we make sure to inform you where there are any changes in the schedule, so that was an unfortunate exception. Same goes for Boxes.

As a community team we have a few people unavailable right now due to different reasons, and the start of the year was very hectic, so there definitely were some small issues. But we will be back to our full capacity soon, so no unannounced reschedules and missing chest in the near future, hopefully

4. CoW update schedule remains undecided

Q. This is my monthly request on information about when the CoW updates will take effect. It was told to us in September that updates were coming still nothing. I understand Nexters doesn’t make money on CoW but lots of players enjoy CoW but the constant draws are starting to wear thin on many of us. Makes no sense to me to not have lost a CoW battle in 2 consecutive season for a guild to never lose a match and not make the top 50 because of this made up scoring. We were told changes were coming where are they? Always time for new events to spend money but can’t make a slight adjustment in CoW to make the scoring better??
A. I don’t have any precise updates and time-frames at the moment

5. AoC fans not active on Discord

Q. Here’s a suggestion:
CMs to compensate for the poor quality of game in the past month (Winterfest ranking reset, unaddressed ranking cheaters, Missing daily boxes gift link, missing Orion braws today, unresponsive Community Managers, etc.):

Please NO MORE AoC in 2025!
A. Looking at our Discord server I get a feeling that everyone hates AoC. Just hates it, like it’s just the worst thing that happened to them. But than the game data shows that it has extremely high engagement rates comparing to almost all other modes and events!

AoC fans, where are you? Please give me a sign—I know you exist (in vast numbers)!
Maybe Discord just isn’t the natural habitat for players like you..

6. Future Event guides will be more comprehensive

Q. It wasn’t my intention to be rude. English is not my first language, sometimes my translations convey a tone I didn’t intend.

To clarify: In my opinion, many of the things players complain about could be avoided if more detailed information was given earlier.
– Example: If it had been known from the beginning that there were no Turtle Coins in Turtle Event chapter 4&5, the Medallion Relic controversy would have been avoided.
– Example: the delay of Orion Brawl could have been announced at the moment it was decided, and not after it was supposed to start (many players plan in advance how to invest resources).
– Example: why leave us wondering if the free boxes are missing for a day by mistake or have they been canceled forever? 5 minutes would be enough to make a 3-line post.
– Example: Has the post with the month’s events been canceled since 2025 or is the lack of the January one an oversight? It’s not mandatory to do it, but it would be nice to say “hey, from now on we won’t do it anymore”.

It seems to me that these are things that don’t take much time and would make players more involved and satisfied. Am I wrong?

A. It’s not always about time – it’s about switching focus and attention, but I got your point and addressed is somewhat already in my earlier response.

Regarding TMNT information: this was a very loaded event, and as you know (I hope you know), we’ve tried to provide you with quite a thorough event guide article! The most thorough of our events guide ever, I think.

Well, that was still not enough, apparently. We will try to make comprehensive articles in the future, covering as many important areas as we can. But I have a feeling that something will always be missing, I am afraid

7. Wandering Red Dot issue will be fixed in the future

Q. How about getting the Dev’s to fix this red dot. Or if it’s not broken, and you tell me what it means since there doesn’t appear to be anything left for me to do on this tab at the moment. Thanks.
A. Hey! We have a few cases of wandering red dot that does not function properly in UI, and we would love to deal with them in one of the future bugfix/QoL releases. Thanks for bringing this one up, we will double-check if it is reported and recorded on our side already

the problem with AoC is not engagement but the failed matching system, it only got worst after the update. last time our guild got matched with other guilds that doubled our average attack power, we hardly were able to get some settlements and most of my guildmates were discouraged to play after day one

The issue with AoC is that the mode REQUIRES engagement. I do not like it, but I do it anyway because I’m dedicated to my guild want want to do well. I don’t understand why this is miss-understood.
