Official Message: March events!

  •  In March, we’re celebrating the project’s anniversary. Throughout the month, you’ll see special birthday activities alongside the usual events, including extra contests and surprises.
  • 🏆 Champion Season’s updates: In March, you’ll see slightly improved rewards with new and relevant resources to support your Heroes’ growth.
  • 📅 Daily Login Rewards: We’ve boosted the daily login rewards for the celebration. You’ll be able to receive new resources such as Adventure Chests and Valor Coins for upcoming big event, while familiar rewards like Emeralds and Soul Stones will be granted in increased amounts.
  • 🎨 Creative Contest: In addition to the regular activities, a creative contest will take place in March. We’ll share more details soon.
  • ⚠️ Please note that some regular event announcements may be skipped this month. Don’t worry, all the Energy you’re used to receiving will still be carefully redistributed across other March publications.

1. Adventure Event Story Will Be Accessible from Chapter 1

  • Q. Hi folks, some time ago we discussed the possibility of being able to see the lore regardless of whether you reached Chapter 7 or not, and I have some good news.
  • A. Our content team heard your feedback and agreed that it should be available to everyone.
    From now on, you’ll be able to see the entire story starting in Chapter 1.

2. Unaware of Purchase Limits in the Event Shop

  • Q. dang sure woulda been more useful if i knew that before saving up to buy two
  • A. Thank you, we got other similar feedback and I’ve passed it along

3. Request to Clearly Display Purchase Limits in the Event Shop UI

  • Q. Nexters, can you make please make it clearer in the sapphire medallion shop, that the top 6 items are
    • single click buy (no slider will appear)
    • single purchase only
      So players can’t claim accidental purchase (because they are used to a slider for all the other shop items there).
      So that players can plan their spending and not out of the expectation that they can buy multiple of those items.

4. Concerns About Shop Purchase Limit Visibility in the Path of Liberty Event

  • Q. This was very unclear.  The menu should overtly read “Limit 1” or whatever so people can know that before they buy a ticket, energy, or whatever.
    CM – In the post I’m replying to, I thought you meant that they would appear in Galahad’s adventure and not future one.
    Not that you could only buy one of each.
    This was a ripoff.   Even if I should have been expected to understand your post, most people don’t read SNS, so there was no way to know those 6 items were 1-item per event.
    Even in terms of money spent on Hero Wars,I feel like I got half, maybe less than half, the value I was expecting from the ticket.   I bought it thinking I’d be able to get 3 Red Gifts which would have been a good deal (in terms of Hero Wars) rather than a bad one.   😡
    Stuff like this should be directly on the menu itself.  (“Limit 1”)
    Also, I sometimes click the store expecting the slider to appear.  So I might click it not even thinking I was buying with the first click.   So that totally broke that expectation.    ⭐ s?
  • A. I honestly do not think my post was confusing, I’ve even posted a screenshot with it. But your general feedback about showing it in the menu is fair and noted, I will pass it along

5. Post-Event Exchange for the Galahad Event Remains the Same as Usual

  • Q. Will the unused medallions from the Galahad event still get exchanged for adventure chests at the end of the event?
  • A. Yes, same rules apply 

6. Galahad Event Has Two Gifts but Total Resources Are Equivalent

  • Q. wdym , we get 3 gifts usually , now 2 , is there another left? 😬
  • A. It’s the same amount of resources that you get for other adventures.

7. Number of Gifts in the Galahad Event Matches Other Adventure Events

  • Q. give us one more energy gift please 🙂
  • A. For Galahad’s Adventure we did the same amount of gifts we do for all the other adventures 🙂

8. Group Gift URL Issue Has Been Reported and Fixed

  • Q. Is it just me or is today’s “Get 500 energy” link not working.
  • A. Link has been fixed, try now

9. Compensation Sent for the Brawl Bug

  • Q. Devs have more bugs to address, I can’t fight anything
  • A. Yes, the team is currently working on this
  • Q. Is the team also working on the bug, that for a certain time wins were counted as losses and vice versa ? And what about the lost lives that wouldn’t have been lost if the game counted correctly, is there a chance they get restored ?
  • A. Hello, could you specify what do you mean by wins counted as losses? Just after you finish the fight? Any other details? So that I can pass it along
  • Q. I mean when i replay some of the battles the outcome is a different then stated in the battle status and accordingly the lives were decreased (but that also happened the other way round).
  • A. Thank you for the extra context, it really helps

  • A. Yup, I was just about to message that we sent a compensation in game.

  • A. The compensation is sent with that in mind

10. Defense Teams Reset After Electra Bug Fix in Brawl

  • Q. Not anymore? That Electra bug has been fixed I think. My defense team got reset.
  • A. Yes, Electra bug has been fixed
  • Q. ah ok thats nice, havent checked yet
  • A. The only issue that is not resolved as far as I know is the opponents one

11. Current Participant Count Expected to Be the Standard for Future Tournament of Hero Power

  • Q. Is ToHP gonna be those huge groups each run?
  • A. As far as I know, yes, but that doesn’t mean it will never change

12. Summoner Acquisition via Titan Power Is Being Investigated

  • Q. Has anyone else wondered when the summoner titans will be added to the Power of the Titans shop? Can people star this if interested, please?
  • A. I will check on this and return with an answer 🙂

13. Permanent Exchange Timing for the New Artifact Is Being Confirmed

  • Q. CM while your at it. would it be possible to let us know
    when verdocs artifact weapon can be bought for tournament coins and when nature´s seal will be available

14. QoL Improvements Will Continue Beyond the One-Click Tower Update

  • Q. Opening the 15 free chests in the tower with just one click. It’s beautiful.
    Among the dozens of requests for QoL improvements made over the past months, sometimes even years, one has finally been implemented.
    Thank you. When you do something well, you deserve kudos. Well done.
    Now, please don’t stop. Don’t make us wait months to check off more items from the list.
    (If you feel like you’re sensing a bit of sarcasm in this message, it’s because the developers made us wait a really looooong time for this, but seriously: well done, keep it up, hopefully sooner rather than later)
  • A. Thank you for the kind words, I’m sure the team will be happy to see it as well. I know some improvements can take longer than anyone would like, but I hope we have more QoL updates rolling, I will keep passing along the feedback

15. Proposal to Improve Combat Training Log Line Behavior

  • Q. Hi, Could we have a look at how Combat Training create these spam “New” combats? It seems if you create a combat fight and you click change attacker team right after the first fight, the game creates another line in the Combat Training, when in fact is should just make it under the first one.
    If you fight the first fight and then you leave and come back to that fight and do another one and THEN you change the attacker team, then the combat training adds all the next fights and any changes you do after that under a single line (As it should be).
    So the ask is here, can you make it so when you do the initial change attacker team you don’t end up spamming the combat fight with tens of lines?

16. Request to Show Assignment Roles for All Members in Guild Wars

  • Q. Can you please ask the devs to allow members to be able to see assigned targets in Guild Wars like they can in Clash of Worlds? All the time when we get new members or people that don’t speak our language very well, they attack what they think is unassigned. I don’t know why they don’t have it show when it is the same framework for both events.
  • A. Good suggestion, I will pass it along!

17. Missed QA Will Be Answered in the Next Session

  • Q. Dear CM,
    Can you please respond to the starboard message that you skipped?
    It is very unfair to skip the message when it is concerning all players.
  • A. I didn’t purposely skip it, I genuenly just missed it, I will answer it in a bit, a bit loaded with other tasks at the moment. But I promise I’ll come back to it!
  • Q. Thats very sad that you just nice to have skipped such important message,
    If I did not send another message, maybe it will be missed forever.
    , please share whether this is the new normal for all future tournaments (including titan)???
    So that many of us can stop playing this event completely.
  • A. I know it’s not nice and I apologise for missing it, good that you reminded me. I will try and respond soon, or in the next SB session.
