1. Skin Shop Pop-ups

  • Q. yes, i know, i own all these skins. no need to remind me every time i log in.
    Please dont start placing log in pop-ups for everything i own. After clicking them off i might not have any time left for playing the game. 😏
    purchasing all doesnt make this popup go away
  • A. Good to know, I’ve seen the feedback about pop-ups previously, and I will bring it up again

2. Max Power Includes Unreleased Skins

  • Q. May I ask what’s going on with Electra? For about 1,5 weeks now, she’s been showing 185.7k in maxed combat modes (Guild Battles and Combat Trainings with maxed heroes), even though she’s currently only maxed out at around 180k. And at the same time, a health skin for Electra was datamined, but it hasn’t been released yet.

    Personally, I don’t need any additional skins right now, especially not a health skin for Electra 😉 But I find it rather strange that the test options for maxed-out heroes have included heroes for weeks that don’t reflect reality.

    I checked with the team and your assumption is correct, it’s the new skin, even if it’s not obtainable right now, it still shows up in testing. Works similar to War Flags and new Patterns

3. CoW Draws Causing Player Burnout

  • Q. Hello,

    I wanted to know whether the situation we’re facing within our guild is one that other players are experiencing as well.

    Most of our guild members are primarily interested in Clash of Worlds. Many are beginning to express growing weariness with the current system: too many draws between the top teams, Nexter’s refusal to consider proposals to change the points system, and Nexter’s de facto tolerance of collusion between certain high-level guilds to secure easy victories. For the first time, this weariness is leading to players leaving the game entirely at the end of the current season. Others are announcing (in all seriousness) that they will give the game one last season to see how it goes.

“Hey, i was inspired by a screenshot of this suggestion from 2 years back. Seeing as this never happened, I’m assuming it had some flaws (including that it becomes useless to attack fortifications with 1 point left), but have you ever considered a “tiebreaker” system that triggers ONLY when a tie takes place? That way, in the case of a tie, whoever has more attack attempts would win, stopping all the ties we’re all getting these days… Would really appreciate this! Thanks!”

4. Need for Better Guild War Transparency

  • Q. Playing Guild War without General/Leader privileges feels extremely limiting:
    • No visibility of overall progress
    • Cannot see other assignments
    • No insight into team decisions or battles
    • Hard to coordinate or suggest improvements
  • not wondering anymore how many guildmates are trained to behave like dumb ducks and dont think of the guild besides what they are commanded to do.
    please make GW more transparent to everyone and let everyone at least see who is assigned to what target.
  • better even to let us see the teams / pets / flags / patterns as pop-up when hovering over the opponent.
  • A. This has been raised before—thanks for bringing it up again. We’ll pass it along once more.

5. No Bad-Luck Protection for Pattern Upgrades

  • Q. I would like to raise one concern regarding war flags and patterns.

    At the moment, there is no bad-luck protection for patterns, which makes upgrading from the second-best pattern to the best possible one extremely difficult and frustrating. Since this step depends heavily on luck, players can invest a very large amount of resources without meaningful progress.

    A possible solution could be a system similar to Totem Fusion with Crystallized Might. For example, once a player has spent a certain amount of Golden Thread on war flags or patterns, there could be an option to upgrade the pattern by one level directly.

    This would still reward long-term investment, while also giving players a guaranteed sense of progress and reducing frustration caused by repeated bad luck.

    I think such a system would make war flag progression feel much fairer and more motivating.

6. Sort by Class for Hero Selection

  • Q. Is it possible to add the option sort by class for the hero main screen and hero selection for a fight?
    Heros are already sorted by class in the tree of wisdom and for cosmic battle ban phase.
    So it shouldnt be hard to implement.
    With all the new time consuming events and the increasing pool of heros most players would prefer it not to play 5 times “where´s waldo” before every single fight
  • A. We had some other suggestions for sorting/pinning the heroes you’re working on. I’ll ad this one as well

7. No Plans for Server Merge

  • Q. players are quitting and moving to different servers due to low activity on servers, any plans on server merge?
  • A. Nothing at this point

8. Better Tracking of Past Suggestions

  • Q. Would it be possible to come back to us with responses from devs about our past suggestions so we at least know what will be implemented/what is considered to be implemented/what is declined completely, etc?
    Maybe do this once a month or so (or after every sprint/release cycle).
    This could also prevent us from suggesting same things again and again.
  • A. I like this idea, but not sure how doable it is at this point. Let’s see if it makes it to starboard and I will bring it up to the team for discussion
