The Future of Titan Champion Skins

  • Q. CMs, can we expect availability of champion skins for water/fire/earth titans in the event shop of the upcoming titan brawl? They’ve been added a long while ago. I think is fair to say that the presence of CoW should entail providing equal opportunity to players on younger servers to access those skins.
    Otherwise they are discriminated against, only due to starting to play this game ‘too late’ (and probably hard to defend that as a valid reason).
  • A. Hello! At the moment, I can say one thing – Among developers, discussions have started again about the possibility of champion skins reappearing. I cannot confidently say whether this will happen in the upcoming Titan Brawls or later, and in what form, but they can definitely be expected

Notation of the Super Titan Champion Skin

  • Q. Thats false !!!!
  • A. It can be obtained through an in-game purchase during the Titan Brawls event. However, these new skins will become available for purchase in the Brawls shop somewhere in the future.

Action to be taken against champion skin cheats

  • Q. CMs let us all buy the champion skins for the titans for 5.000 skin stones. Because that was possible with third party tools, and basically everyone was using that. Would be fair for every player, who’s not using these tools!
  • A. We strongly advise against using third-party applications. Since we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the game and do not take responsibility for any potential harm caused as a result of using such applications. As for the Titan skins obtained through unfair means – Indeed, as some might already be aware, we have started taking measures against such players, and we will continue this action in the future. “Do not violate, or you may face consequences.”

Dungeon BOT Cheats (Web35)

  • Q. Hello CMs,
    Is it possible to deal with players who use modified extensions to cheat in-game?
    We’ve had a player cheating on server 35 for several months now.
    Several reports are made each month and nothing is done.
    Case in point:
    XXX had 138029 in completed dungeon levels on 2024-02-22. Today (2024-04-14) he has 292127 completed dungeon levels.
    That’s the equivalent of 154098 levels in 7 weeks.
    (If my calculations are correct, that’s 22014 levels per week, or 3145 levels per day).
    To have so many levels completed non-stop is humanly impossible.
    I’ve taken the time to look at the statistics of CoW players and none of the top 50 players can manage this level of farming, which clearly shows that there’s a problem somewhere.
    Is it possible to check this on your side and act accordingly?
    If necessary, I’ve kept all the screenshots relating to it.

  • A. Our technical specialists are paying attention to suspicious activity in the rankings. You can also contribute to this effort. If you suspect any players or guilds of unfair play, please open a ticket with our support service, and our specialists will investigate their activity. If any actions violating the rules are discovered, appropriate measures will be taken

Dungeon BOT Cheats (Web30)

  • Q. To follow up on the comment above about dungeon shenanigans XXX on Server 30 has multiple players that suddenly with in a week are scoring 100,000+ titanite in the dungeon and as a guild they have over 1,000,000 for the week. I don’t mind the fact that they are nearly twice as strong as the rest of us on the server but this activity stinks of a cheat. 200,000+ in a week for just one of their players. DM me I can send you screen shots. Alice at support gave me the canned “developers” are looking into it.
  • A. Since issues of this nature fall within the responsibility of technical support, we should indeed expect action from them. They will definitely pay attention to this request.

Reminder of Important Requests

  • Q. Hello CMs devs, and HeroWars players,

    I will bring back some ideeas and suggestions that where requested before and still no real answear

    1. Posibility of reset or downgrade the folowing with a cost of gold/ emerals / resource we use to upgrade or even a cooldown : Artefacts for Hero/Titans Skills for Hero/Titans Skins for Hero/Titans Glyphs, and so on
    2. Asgard, we see the same players and guilds on top and good for them, but please give us a chance to do better by allowing downgrade Isaac artefact, or introduce a gold buff for AP 3000 with 5 charges, or change Asgard Boss.
    Increase the server side timeout for Asgard boss attacks from 3 mins to 5 minutes or more. 3 minutes is simply not enough if you are manually playing the fight with Isaac ulting non stop and this can cause you to have your carefully played fight resolve on auto due to server side timeout.
    3. COW, change scoring system, and the rewards, otherwise is a complete waste of time.
    4. A way to spend extra resources like Titan Potion, and make red artefacts more available maybe COW shop.

Requests for chat improvements

  • Q. I would like to request the update of the current chat system in HeroWars. The chat right now is very inaccessible with many features missing. Some of those features include the option of editing messages and the option of deleting. Emojis should also be further categorized into categories so it may be easier for someone to react to a message. This way not only will the communication be easier between guildmates but people will actually message in chat rather then make separate discord servers designated to HeroWars related discussions.
  • A. Got it! Thank you for the feedback; the developers are actively reviewing feedback on guild functionality right now. So suggestions for improving the chat will also be very timely for them
