Also, here is what events await you in December: Champions and Silver Seasons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventure, Winterfest, Weaving Patterns, Power of the Titans, Ascension to Asgard, Foundations of Power, Portal Anomaly, Guardians of Outland, Area of Conquest, Time of the Fearless, Legacy of the Great Ones, Elemental Synergy, and even more new things to come, which we will tell you about later!

Regarding the November Events!, the specific dates for the following have not been officially announced yet.

1. Relic bug fixes will be available

  • Q. I just noticed that the Scroll of Mastery changed from Max to Zero! If I had not done my brawl fights I would have gotten next to NOTHING. I did my brawl fights and and even with Scroll of mastery maxed I only got brawl coins as if my Scroll of mastery was zero!!! What a huge mess Nexters have created here!!! I want the 270K Brawl coins I lost and now we learn that brawl shop will close when brawl fight ends today. A lot of players who upgraded Scroll of mastery got scammed
  • A. Players who encountered this issue will receive compensation.

2. Will relic bug fixes be applied uniformly?

  • Q. ok, we got 30k. but it is not based on the scroll level. it is only 30k. SO if you are missing 200k, you will get 30k and nothing more.
    CMs is this the compensation?
  • A. Yes, this is compensation.

3. Is Uniform Relic Bug Compensation Appropriate?

  • Q. Nexters constantly accuse people of gaining an unfair advantage over other players… When you mess up and send too many rewards to some players, you write a script to take them back. But when you mess up and don’t send enough to some, you send the same compensation to everyone, giving an unfair advantage to those who were either not affected or less affected.

    You could have written a script to send the accurate amount of coins to players. You could have alternatively extended the brawl and its shop by 1 day (after fixing the scroll) and delayed the rest of the event if needed…
  • A. Unfortunately, technical issues can arise from time to time. In such cases, the developers consider various options for compensating players. This decision depends on many factors, including the number of affected players, the specific nature of the issue, and the time required to resolve it. In this particular case, the chosen compensation was deemed the most optimal and appropriate for the situation.

4. Secret Laboratory Coins Can Be Used After the Event Ends

  • Q. CMs you still not answered my question, does laboratory coins remain after event end similar to spooky fest coins and summer coins?
  • A. Based on the information currently available – Laboratory Coins will be available after completing the adventure and will work in a similar way to Summer Festival Coins.

5. How to Obtain Archaeologist’s Tools

  • Q. a lot of people (including me) have made the assumption that we will get treasury tools from later chapter map raids, since that is how it worked in lara or previous invasions. however at least under the current configuration, every chapter 1-5 continues to drop the metals and 1500 coin with no addition of treasury tool. the only hint i could find about how to get them is from the official hw-library: `You can get Treasury Tools during the event Season and from special offers. The grand prizes in the vases include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Soul Stones, red artifact fragments, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Coins.`.

    So some related questions:
    1. were the explorers moves or something on the season ticket supposed to be treasury tools?
    2. does this mean direct cash purchase (season ticket souls, upcoming treasury tool bundle) is the only way to have any hope of achieving 5-6 star turtle?
    3. does anyone else know of any way the treasury tools are supposed to appear?
    4. Will later chapters be changed so  that the map nodes give tools instead of / in addition to 1500 turtle coins + metals?
  • A. Treasure tools will start appearing as rewards for completing missions in the upcoming chapters. Additionally, as usual, you’ll be able to obtain them by purchasing in-game offers, just like in the previous similar event.

6. Winterfest Changes and Improvements Planned

  • Q. Well, i see everyone is heated about the current event, but lets think a bit ahead. Lets kindly ask CMs and our dear Developers, to not mess up Winterfest by any means. Dear Tony, please tell them to forget it before it even comes to their minds. We like WinterFest as it is, please dont give it any new format (like tickets for example or whatever). This is just a request of precatioun, if they dont plan to change it, then all good and please disregard this message. Thank you .
  • A. This year, the Winterаest will feature some changes and improvements. Nothing too drastic, but there will be some enhancements. We will be sure to share the details in the news soon.

7. Spend mindfully energy

  • Q. So owners of HW I kinda thak you for your game. Cause for a long time a was a bit depressed but now I found this game and I fell live again. I have bought 45 000 diamonds and yea I know it is kinda gambling but I am happy
  • A. The main thing is that the game brings you joy. spend mindfully energy

    thanks you for your good questions, they are about to destroy the game we love. actually see at the turtle event. So much missleding wrong information in the official guide, i cant even count it ;( and the 2 compensations are a joke

    I’ve reported a bug in Guardians in a Half Shell, p.4:

    Q: I don’t get extra coins for winning mini boss fights.
    A: The thing is that you only get extra coins for battles with Ninja Turtles Coins as a base reward, as you can see in your screenshots. The developers are already aware of the misleading description of the relic and are working on a fix.
    Q: I have upgraded the medallion because of your “misleading description”. It is not fair – you have to give us what you promised.
    A: I completely understand your point, but as much as I would like to help, our support team does not influence in-game mechanics. All updates and fixes are carried out by the development team. The developers are already aware of this issue and are looking for a fix.
    Currently, the relic works as intended. Nevertheless, the developers are always glad to hear players’ thoughts and ideas about the game and its improvement, so they collect feedback through a special survey form and review it regularly.     Q: changing the rules during the event is unfair, and writing that the fix involves changing the text is pathetic and ridiculous; I’m sorry but I think you don’t respect the players; you should admit your mistake and give us what you promised – after all, it doesn’t cost you nothing; this matter is not about the developers, but about the Nexter company and its treatment of customers
    that’s your mistake – I evolved a relic that I don’t need, so I expect you to give me back all the metals I used to evolve the medallion, you can take the bonus coins back; I only fought each (21) mini boss once – so my profit is 21k at most (and actually less).
    A: As I mentioned above, the relic has always worked and continues to work as intended. I would really like to help you, but I won’t be able to cancel the relic evolution due to our policies. As a support agent, I must follow specific internal guidelines.
