There’s a noticeable shift toward prioritizing PC users.
The original business model relied heavily on marketing spend. Now, the focus seems to be on improving profitability by streamlining operations and concentrating marketing efforts, even at the cost of downsizing.
Overall, Hero Wars: Dominion Era appears to be positioned as a strategic priority within their marketing approach.

Delay in Soul stone Release

The scheduled release of the Soulstone has been postponed.

1. Event Screen Transition Mechanics

Q. I wish all the side icons (workshop, rock festival, offers, battle pass) were displayed on both screens (chapter map + chapter selection)
A. Nice suggestion! I’ll pass it on to the UI team!

2. Why the Event Announcement Couldn’t Be Made

Q. On 13-05-25 CM said: “Due to some internal misalignment during the preparations for the Lyria event, we missed the opportunity to properly communicate these adjustments. We’ll do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.”
And just 6 days later, Area of Conquest starts without any official warning. We only know this thanks to data miners, youtubers, etc.
This time it’s much worse, because AoC is an event where acting from the first minute makes a lot of difference, not like Guardians of Outland or Weaving Patterns, where if you notice it after a few hours it’s less serious.
At this point it seems clear to me: your “best to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future” is not enough. I’m not sure if your team is understaffed, if you are incompetent or if you do it on purpose, but it’s clear that you are not capable of doing what you keep promising. What you say is unreliable.

But today you found the time to post “what team would you use for Lyria?”. Sure, you could say “that post was scheduled for a long time”… why, can’t “next week’s events” posts be scheduled in advance so as not to forget?
This leads me to think that you did not forget, instead you do it on purpose. Nexters orders CMs to focus players on the Lyria event, and therefore players must not be “distracted” with other events, in the same week or the following one. Tell me that it’s not true, if you want. At this point, for me, what you say is not credible.
Now, we already know (unofficially) that Legacy of the Great Ones will start on Friday. Now that the Lyria event is over, I bet you will officially announce it together with next week schedule and apologize for the delay. This, to me, will be proof that you are in bad faith and that you are purposely waiting until the Lyria event is over before talking about other events.
A. Hi! there were some changes to the publication schedule during Lyrie’s Adventure, and event announcements were not being published. However, the schedule has now been restored, and updates about upcoming events will resume

3. League Arena Should Be a Limited-Time Event

Q. they should not make league arena a permanent replacement of the current arena, same as they should not replace clash of wars by area of conquest. we complained then, and they actually listened to us. a League arena is UNFAIR to newer servers/ players if this will permanently replace the normal arena, because the matchmaking is ridiculous, and the fact that there is a weekly hero that should be used, newer player don’t have those maxed, so it is very unfair. This league arena should instead happen at a similar frequency as area of conquest
A. Hey! Thanks for sharing your thoughts, we genuinely appreciate hearing different perspectives. That said, let us clarify a few things. League Arena hasn’t even launched yet, it’s first coming to a limited number of servers so we can gather feedback, fine-tune the mode, and make sure it works fairly and feels fun for players at different stages of progression. As for the weekly heroes — they won’t provide gameplay advantages or influence your climb in the rankings. They’ll simply give a small bonus to the currency you earn in the mode, that’s all. We understand that big changes take time to get used to. But we strongly believe League Arena can offer a much healthier and more exciting experience long-term, and that’s why we’re putting in the work to get it right.

4. Penalties for Cheating Players

A. This incident did not go unnoticed, and measures have been taken against players who were found engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior in CoW, as well as those involved in manipulations with guitar picks.

5. Disciplinary Actions for CoW Cheating

Q. please explain that if measures have been taken, why is that guild still on top of cow with untouched score (and why it still exsists in the first place)? The guild as well as its members seems to be very much untouched by any punishment….(Whatever measures have been taken so far, it is clearly not enough. Remove those points from this guild IMMEDIATELY. Nothing else is acceptable and players wont just let this slide, please do not even hope for that.
A. The developers will soon patch the technical glitch (and they might have already done so while I’m typing this message) that made this possible, and then they will work on fixing the rankings. So the violators won’t go unpunished.

6. Dealing with CoW Cheating Requires More Than Just Bans

Q. Thank you for correcting the guild with the impossible points in COW! But why the hell did “Match guild” get +1,500 points as I announced?
You did correct one guild, but why is it possible that the two guilds that fought against that one in COW are now allowed to keep the full number of points?
Are your developers no longer able to create a fair game mode because you got rid of the good, expensive developers? Wake up, you’re ruining the game more and more for many!
Furthermore, server 27 was selected for the new League mode! Has this been changed, or is the new mode not yet available? I can only say one thing: “fail after fail after fail.”
And it’s always nice to see that you never comment on all 10-star messages; you’re becoming more and more like puppets who are only allowed to answer what you’re allowed to! Or is there already news about the last Winterfest about why so much went wrong? Exactly, we don’t forget, but we always remind you!
A. No single solution will satisfy all parties involved. Our primary goal was to identify and eliminate the root cause behind the sudden spike in the guild’s points. This way, we can prevent this unusual corner case from happening again in the future and avoid putting all the sides involved in a similar position.

We apologize for the fact that this happened and thank the community for their engagement and timely reports, which played a significant role in helping us resolve the issue

7. Downgrade Feature Won’t Be Implemented Anytime Soon

Q. While I agree with the past request for ability to downgrade heroes, it does not go far enough. It also needs to include Hero Items – at the very least detaching / reattaching items at the current Promotion level.

It should also include Titans.

Seriously the inability to try something then downgrade if it makes things worse is one of the most frustrating things in the entire game.

Think about all those people that have raised their Isaac and Cornelius too high for Asgard and have to watch other people get 1.7Billion in damage from a single attack, knowing they will never ever be able to achieve that even with perfect manual play and luck.

This has been requested many times before. Make it happen Nexters.
A. Wile we completely understand the appeal of a full downgrade system including Heroes, Hero Items, and Titans. Implementing such a feature involves complex balancing and technical challenges. At this time, it’s unlikely that a broad downgrade option will be introduced in the near future.

That said, your feedback is still incredibly valuable to us and has been shared with the team. We’re always exploring ways to improve the overall experience, and even if some suggestions don’t make it into the game right away, they help guide our long-term planning.
