I didn’t find anything appealing in the Event Store

  • Q.  would you mind helping us to ask the dev to update the emerald coin shop, more red items and different items every time? It seems the shop is stale in the past few event. Red items like Simon’s Enlightenment, Primarch’s Grasp, Devourer of Mages and Chalice of the Primordials to name a few, Thank you.
  • A. Got it, thank you for this feedback. I’ve noted it down and already passed it on to the game designers during our team meeting.

The rewards for ‘Spring Rebirth!’ are not enticing

  • Q. The spring event is becoming more and more uninteresting. For new players it’s maybe helpful, but most players started during COVID. So, normally they don’t need soul stones for supertitans anymore. And most of us have all interesting pets already well developed. Yes, I still can use more chaos particles, but since there are also pet seasons regularly, it is for several players also not interesting. Whales are already done with the pets, they don’t need chaos particles at all.
    Maybe you can find better prizes, then events like this would become more interesting for us.
  • A. I will pass on your wishes to our game designers so they can consider how rewards could satisfy both experienced players and newcomers.

Is it a joke that skins can’t be purchased with Skinstones on April Fool’s Day?

  • Q. Good joke. Now… Where is the button to clear this and let me use my saved up skin stones to buy it?
  • A. Hi! Their masquerade skins will become available in three months.

A list of rewards we would like to see for the Mystery Island

  • Q. Please add better grand prizes to the mysterious island (or replace the mostly useless ‘red equipment chest 2’).

    Worthwhile rewards could be items like:
    -chests with champion skins for Nova/Sylva/Vulcan and Mairi/Avalon/Ignis (present in one of the previous iterations of the mysterious island)
    -150-200 absolute hero artifact chests (red) as a monthly recurrence
    -400-500 purple runes (which every other month could replace the orange gift of dominion for example)
    -chests with dark or elemental titan artifact fragments of choice (preferably 500-1000, providing 2500-5000 fragments).
    -500 hero artifact chest keys
    -1000 insignias of choice or 500 greater insignias of choice
  • A. Great list! We’ve passed it on to the game designers. Let them think about it.

April Fool’s Day CoW Improvement Ideas

  • Q. We need to increase the prizes for the top players in CoW dramatically, to offset the suffering and low morale the war causes in guilds.
    1st place: a totem for each member
    top 5: 10K gems each member

    This would not only increase morale amongst guilds, but would increase cohesiveness, because players could gift each other totems, thus strengthening the bonds and loyalty in a guild.Just my 2 cents.
  • A. That was good, I almost fell for it. Nice April Fools’ joke.

I suggest displaying battle flags in the battle log

  • Q. How is it, that after months after flags introduction, in the game log you still can not see what flag and what patterns ware used?
  • A. Yes, this is a very interesting proposal. This addition to the interface would be very convenient. We will definitely discuss it with the developers.

Are Advendures 14-15 going to be introduced?

  • Q. Hej Nexters mates : are developpers thinking of something like advendure 14 or 15, with decent teams to face, like 800 or 1 millions of power (or with random pet in the team ? (please put a star to this question if you like playing adventure mode and you want new things in the game, with very low cost of developpment 😉
  • A. For now, I can only say that this topic is not currently under consideration. But if any developments arise in this regard, we will definitely announce them

Steps to take if your Gmail account is hijacked

  • Q. In Supports last reply you advised me to recover my gmail. The recovery options are very limited though, to either a phone number or email address I no longer use. The last option they offer, which is a recovery code sent in 72hrs to xxx@gmail itself isn’t helping either. I understand you have your protocols, but if I’m not able to update my mail it is going to be harder/riskier to keep investing into my HW account. This was an older email of mine which has been compromised, someone already changed login data from other sites which I am trying to recover, but I have no recovery data for that email! It would be a great help if you could change the email to my newer one xxxx@gmail.com to prevent anyone from inflicting more chaos. This way at least I can be sure they cannot ruin this account or my payment options. Thank you for your help, Kind regards, xxx
  • A. Hello! I understand it’s an unpleasant issue, but yes, as you correctly pointed out, there are protocols that cannot be violated. I don’t have access to your support correspondence. However, if they advise restoring access to Gmail, that’s perhaps the only way.
