Players Returning from Lara Event Bans

Players who received one-month bans during the Lara event have recently started returning to the game.
However, accounts deemed particularly malicious received permanent bans and remain locked.

Recovery of Old Summer Festival Coins

Summer Festival Coins obtained up until 2024 could previously be stored permanently and used in the shop at any time.
This system caused implementation conflicts, which led to bugs in the latest event shop.
As a result, Summer Festival Coins are now being forcibly converted into loot boxes.

Official Message: Important Notice!

Hello, Guardians! We want to inform you that on November 1, any unspent Summer Festival Coins will be converted into Festival Honey Caskets at the rate of 1 Coin = 20 Honey Caskets. This change is necessary because the game is actively evolving, and such legacy mechanics may cause potential conflicts with new features.
We understand that you’re used to the coins staying in your inventory and being able to spend them whenever it’s convenient for you, which is why we’re informing you about this change in advance. You’ll have a month and a half to use your remaining coins whenever you see fit.
But don’t be upset, summer may be over, yet the Summer Festival still lives in our hearts. Take this Summer Festival Coin as a small token to mark the change, and spend it however you like! Just remember to use it before November 1!

Game Update: Selectable Item Usage Quantity

A long-standing frustration has been the inability to select how many items to use when completing quests.
A quality of life (QoL) update will soon address this issue.
While there may be minor drawbacks for Nexters in some cases, the developers ultimately prioritized QoL improvements.

Key Observations

Despite tough competition in the gaming industry, GDEV has maintained stable net assets.
Competition is particularly strong in Asia, with major Chinese and Korean studios investing heavily. GDEV seems to be losing ground in that region, but has gained market share in Europe.
Their strategy appears to be shifting away from relying solely on Hero Wars and internal development, toward acquiring external studios.
Marketing test investments are notable. YouTube ads indicate that they are working with studios skilled in AI content creation, which could significantly impact their future direction.
Following the strong business performance of Hero Wars Mobile, the web version also seems to be accelerating its pace of new hero releases.

1. Guild Quests Are Fixed at 28 Days

Q. why the guild season ends on 28th this month? Should at least be 29th >,>
So we will have 2 days of no guild season quest this month?
Usually it is only one day.

Shouldn’t this be changed? Looks like a mistake to me.
This month’s guild prestige season is so short!!! Was it 26 or 27 days?
Compared to last month 2 days less at least.
Will this make guilds unable to get higher reward of level 71+ prestige? surely that 1 day matters.
Please change this now!! Add at least 1 more day to this?
A. Hello. The Guild Season lasts 28 days, it’s not tied to the calendar month. Meaning the length should be the same each month.

2. Server Overload Right Before ToP End

Q. I got a reply to a bug report after losing yesterdays ToP to server instability and huge load times (thx to skin pop ups).

I already sent a feedback via the form, but wanna share my opinion here again:

If you cannot ensure server stability in the final minute(s) of ToP, then change the game mode. You cannot “solve” the issue by telling players to enhance their heroes or titans earlier. You created a game mode where players compete with each other with hero/titan development against a deadline. Its the spirit of the game to have a lot of action at the very end. You have to be delusional to not understand this. Just look at ebay auctions. Thanks.

3. Unlocking Lara Croft’s Skin Upgrade

Q. Since it’s November 1 already, can we please upgrade lara’s Midas and Dark Angel skins with skinstones instead of precious coins?
A. Hello and thanks for your question. In the future you will be able to use skinstones to upgrade Lara’s skins, but unfortunately I can’t give you an exact date for when that will happen. When that happens all unused precious skin coins will automatically be converted into Agility skinstones at a 1:10 rate. So it’s best to just hold on to them until then.

4. Poor Quality of the Cascade Event

Q. There are too many bugs in this damn event… I lost my progress in Chapter 3. I had to restart the game countless times. How can you launch an event without testing it properly? It’s pathetic!
A. As mentioned above, we’re very sorry about the issues and are working to make everything run smoothly. The start was rough, but things are fine now.

5. Issues in the Brawl Event Have Been Addressed

Q. does anyone know a workaround for this issue in the brawl?
A. As you probably already know the issue has been resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience this have caused. The team is working on both resolving issues like that as quick as possible and preventing them from happening in the future.

6. Please Distribute Apologies for Event Bugs

Q. Nexters, please give us 100 energy in gift to make regret.
A. Oh, if only I got energy more often… (visually shakes)

7. Totem Articles Are a Mess

* Sometimes elemental means three elements, sometimes it does not
* Sometimes absolute means choice, sometimes it does not

Suggestion: use the adjectives “random/choice”, “elemental/universal/ancient”
A. Thanks for the report! I’ve passed this information on to the appropriate people, and we’ll wait for them to make the fixes.

8. Preventing Weak Players from Joining Guilds

Q. I have a request about a feature we badly need to better manage our guild (and I guess also other guilds).

As everybody knows server 1 is the oldest server and there’s a constant influx of new players over there jumping from all the other servers. Our guild, currently playing in silver league, needs powerful players to survive the fierce competition. For this reason we always keep the guild at less than 30x players, let’s say 28x/29x to allow new players to easily join us.

Problem is that everyday we have at least a couple extremely low power players joining us ( less than 4M total hero power / less than 2M total titan power ), and as GM I have to constantly send over the same message “Thanks for joining, unfortunately you’re not powerful enough to help us, you must leave…”, and getting many angry&insulting answers everyday.

The current guild settings interface allows the GM to select only a min level 130 team requirement.
This filter basically means nothing on the old servers, all players on older servers have level 130 teams.

We (and other guilds) badly need two additional filters in the guild settings, where we can specify the minimum hero/titan total power to join the guild.
How can we dare face the strongest guilds (up to 13M hero power), if we get constantly joined by players at 1-2M hero power?

In the “Guild Recruitement” panel these minimum hero/titan total power filters are already implemented.
What are the developers waiting for before adding the same filters to the “Guild Settings” panel?

9. Cheat to Set Guild Join Level at 140

Q. Please explain how a guild is able to get a guild joining level requirement of 140 when the highest possible level you can attain is level 130.
A. Wow, that’s definitely not okay! I’ve asked technical support to look into it.

10. Handling Recruitment Channels on Discord

Q. I think a good idea would be to split the player channel into 2 channels, 1 for guild promotion, 1 for people who want to advertise THEMSELVES for guilds.
Was over a month ago now, you said it would be done, still isnt.
A. Yes, we are currently launching a project to update and restructure the Discord server, so we’ve added this request to the wishlist and will implement it fairly soon.
