December is almost here, and it already feels like the first snow is about to fall in Dominion — the perfect moment to dive into the seasonal events and holiday mood!
Alongside the usual activities, there will also be a creative contest — a fun chance for all artistic Guardians who love to share a bit of their winter inspiration. More details are coming soon!
The main celebration of the season — Winterfest — will return with gift exchanging, the Letter to Winter Claus, festive quests, and long-standing traditions.
The Mysterious Island will also make its appearance this season, arriving with a fresh winter twist — explore its snowy paths and uncover unique rewards hidden beneath the frost.
And that’s not all: throughout the season, various events, bonuses, and special offers will pop up beyond the regular schedule, bringing even more surprises to dive into. Get cozy, stay festive, and enjoy everything this winter has to offer!

1.Unusual ToE Score Exceeding the Daily Cap Reported

Q. It strongly seems that this should be investigated? Did the Lords revive and then got killed again, ot what? 🤔
A. We will look into that and check what happened. For now it looks like a visual error of some sort, we see in our tools that the actual number of points this player has is lower and well within what could be reached. We are checking what’s going on.

2. Worries About the Guild Lock System

Q. Did you recognize that you are allowing random spammers and haters join our guilds who then can insult and assault us for 1 complete week? or spoil our CoW battles? And we cant even kick them?
Please at least let us prevent random people from joining our guilds and give us a checkbox in guild settings (default value: [ x ] checked).

according to your response: we cant prevent people from leaving the guild just 1h before winterfest. also some servers may be really low on active players.
A. Regarding your worries of the Guild restrictions during the Winterfest. We do understand them, and I will pass out your idea to the team.

That said, this is exactly the reason why we’ve warned everyone a few weeks beforehand – so guilds who are really worried about bad actors and their own rankings and placements have more than a couple of weeks to fill their ranks with players they are okay with. Not “happy” maybe, but okay with.

Remember, this is a temporary measure, not a permanent one, so it should be much easier to get some people in, if your requirements will change from “Activity level, Titanite Level, Titan Power count Y, Hero Power count X”, and recruitment will be about “looking for a sensible person who will not purposefuly sabotage the guild results for 10 days”.

I will not hold it against you if you use this exact line in the recruitment posts

We also a bit hopeful that our players will find a better way to spend the holidays than being the worst possible people to a bunch of new guildmates – that just sound extremely sad for such griefters themselves, does not it?
