Cosmic Battle Schedule Changed

  • The Cosmic Battle schedule has been changed and the ban specification has been changed.
  • The Pass of a Warrior has also been rescheduled.
  • It is unclear if other event dates will change. The Yasmine event will take place as scheduled.

Cosmic Battle Ban Phase Has Been Updated!

  • Hey everyone! We have an important update: the start of the “Cosmic Battle” event has been moved to June 27, and tomorrow we’ll be kicking off the first part of the event — the updated Ban phase!
  • Just like before, you will pick one hero from each Role you want to ban from the “Cosmic Battle.” Once the Ban phase is over, the 10 heroes with the most votes (3 Mages, 2 Tanks, and 1 from each of the other roles) will be excluded from participating in the event.
  • But from now on, with one fair adjustment: you won’t be able to ban Heroes who were banned in the previous “Cosmic Battle” and they are guaranteed to participate in the “Cosmic Battle” event! So, this time you’ll be able to build your event teams using Heidi, Helios, Iris, Julius, Rufus, Polaris, Martha, Dante, Amira, and Yasmine, who were banned last time!

Changes to the Battle Flag Chest

  • Q. Nexters, the new June 2024 Adventure map gives a war flag chest that only contains flag of Fervor. It does not contain the other 2 flags.
    Can youplease fix this immediately by updating the war chest to be the normal one that contains all three flags.
    Or if this is an actual dev / marketing decision please explain to the community why you have decided to completely screw over the player base that invested all their moves thinking they were going to get the normal 3 flag war chest, only to get a chest containing just the same flag they already have.
  • A. Hey! This was not a mistake, our team is keep tweaking Season Map rewards in various ways, and that was once of the planned changes. Not warning you beforehand, on other hand, was not intended – we will do our best to communicate such changes clearly in advance in the future

The types of totems you can get in a season

  • Q. This season we have an Ancient Elemental Spirit Summoning Sphere, which cointains only a dark or light totem fragment. Are we getting back the Lesser Absolute Spirit Summoning Sphere next time?
  • A. Can’t disclose what will be the next Season theme just yet, but we will definitely bring back the Lesser Absolute Spirit Summoning Sphere as a main Reward in some of the future Seasons

I want you to improve the Titan Upgrade quest

  • Q. There are players who do not have titans at maximum, but the cost of upgrade levels with titan potions is excessively expensive to do 80 levels, being impossible to complete that task which small players and veteran players do easily, there should be something like spending 100,000 titan potions instead of going up 80 levels, and same with titan skins
  • A. I will pass on your suggestions regarding quest adjustments to our game designers.

Tenebris/Solaris champion skins configured incorrectly

  • Q. The event has now started and still no word on if the new skins for tenebris/solaris are correct. Can you please cofirm if;
    a) No, a mistake was made and the skins will be corrected
    b) Yes, the new skins are correct and they are supposed to be 5 times stronger than all other champion skins

    If a) when will this be corrected.
    If b) can you please explain why Nexters decided to make these skins different.
  • A. Hello everyone! Regarding the champion skins for Tenebris and Solaris.
    First of all, we want to thank you all for your attentiveness. These discrepancies in their skin characteristics were noticed as soon as the update was loaded into the game.

    We have checked, and you are right – it is indeed a mistake. The current values of their Elemental Armor were not intended. However, don’t worry, we won’t be making any changes – the team conducted testing and concluded that, yes, it will affect the balance and they will become stronger, but it will not cause a significant imbalance in battles. So you can acquire and upgrade them without worrying about the stats being changed.

Elements Super Titan champion skin to be unlocked in July

  • Q. CMs can we please get a timeframe in which we can get the champions skins of supertitans on sale again ? the elemental supertitan champion skins were released few months ago, and currently the dark light super titan ones, however for any person who missed the events or didnt buy the deal, what opportunities will be there in future to get them again – be it through cash or through brawl shops ?
    would be great if you could work this out for us
  • A. Hello. We have just received an update on this matter. Champion skins for nature supertitans are expected in July. How they can be obtained is not being disclosed yet, but it is most likely that they will be available through brawls or other titan-themed events.

Is the wording on the champion skin correct?

  • Q. another typo in the game
  • A. Just as all other Titan Skins – first they can be only bought, then they will be obtainable for Brawl Coins

Improve 0 point loss display in CoW

  • Q. Can you do some improvement for COW, please? If you are losing a fight, then the number of points is shown, like in the screen shot. But if you are doing 0 points, then nothing is shown. It would be helpful if you can show 0/35, so that everyone is aware of the fact, that the heroes/titans are already charged.
  • A. Hey! Thanks for reminding about this one, I’m sure it was brought up at least once previously. This is definitely a frustrating situation, I will remind the team about this case

No plans to support Osh in Combat Training

  • Q. Hey guys, why don’t we have an option to train twords OSH battles? You can test your Heroes in multiple scenarios, but OSH battles requires guessing once a week. Is it possible to add OSH to Combat Training? Please star.
  • A. Hey! It is theoretically possible, but it is extremely difficult – current Combat Training mode was not built with the idea of testing something unique like Osh battles or Outland battles in mind, like at all. It was always meant to be the tool for testing PvP battles, not PvE.

    But I know that it would be very nice to have that and keep bringing up this topic with our team, I really do hope we will have a solution for that at some point. But yeah, currently “the only way to learn is buy playing, and the only way to win is by learning”

Asgard improvements

  • Q. hi nexters,
    i don’t like 2 things in asgard, i’ll tell them and propose a few suggestions on how to fix them:

    •i think the ascension tree is too hard to upgrade, here’s why:
    in most events, you can only get the rayonnant crystals and the greater insignas, but they can only be used in the very late game
    the first picture is the numbers of these chests i’ve gotten in my 1st year of playing; the second one is the numbers of ressources i have that i can’t use at all.

    how to fix this:
    you could make so we can downgrade the ressources for ascension.
    Or you could a shop for star mana since everyone has like millions of it.

    •This Soon: new bosses have been there since when this game mode have been added. If you won’t add any new bosses, just delete it. And if you will, can you confirm when it will be added?
  • A. Thanks for adding screenshots and more info regarding your personal experience, that is a very nice visualization/illustration that can help me get the point across to the team!

    Regarding the “Soon” tab – well, I totally get your point. But let’s leave it there for now, shall we?

Airship update is more positive

  • Q. Can we please have updates in the AirShip? It is annoying that to initiate every single expedition, it requires at least 7-8 clicks – more if not using the Auto feature. We do NOT need the graphic display when opening a chest either (and it might reduce some of the bloat to remove it)… similarly, there should be a “Collect All” function when Expeditions are done – rather than having to click thru them all individually. Thanks!
  • A. Already shared your message with the devs this Monday. The Expedition experience is in need of streamlining, no one argues with that, but can’t say when exactly we will tackle that

Has the Guaranteed Rewards for Soul Atrium changed?

  • Q. Have you changed the Guaranteed Rewards in the Soul Atrium?
    We had there all the time soul stones of different heroes (most of the time). Now we are only getting Honorable Guardian Boxes.
  • A. Hi! Other players have explained what is happening here already, but let’s confirm it: the list of unique Guaranteed Rewards with Soul Stones is big, but limited.

    After you make 340 Summons in Soul Atrium and get guaranteed Cleaver / Soul Coins drop (if you already have Cleaver) the further rewards are fixed – you will get Honorable Guardian Boxes and Gold for each further 20 Summons. So, not a change and not a bug. Congrats with hitting 340 Summons!

    A little side-note: if you are sure you haven’t hit 340 Summons, but all the rewards for Summons have already turned into Honorable boxes – let me know please, maybe there is actually something to investigate. But from the info provided and from what I can see from my own accounts – everything works fine

About the red mark in the task display

  • Q. they seriously need to give an option to suppress useless red dots. For example the red dot on the artifacts icon within airship i’ll never empty out my savings for so its always on. Because it’s always on I can never detect when the red dot for an expedition completing triggering.
  • A. Hey! I will relay the query to the team, thanks for your suggestion!

I want the friend request system

  • Q. I’m genuinely getting tired of the fact that we don’t have a friend request system in this game. Please implement a friend request system already. And improve chat features, highly doubt anyone will complain if any of those features were implemented to this game, if anyone thinks otherwise.
  • A. Hi! I would love to relay your inquiry to the team, but can you first elaborate on that idea in the same server-suggestion channel, please? Do you mean just adding someone who is already playing to friends, just so you can send him and get from him Friendship Chips and/or Gold Tickets? Or do you mean something different?

I want to see it online in chat

  • Q. While they’re doing all this work on new UIs, could they please add a simple online status diamond to the Private Message UI? That way you can see if the recipient is online or not while trying to talk to them.
  • A. Hi! That would be a neat feature for sure 🙂 Passing this on to the team!

As a person who is spoken to, I would prefer not to have it, though…

I want translation feature in chat

  • Q. This game really needs translation feature. Specially on mobile browser. It is like a hell to translate or even copy a chat message on mobile browser.
    A simple feature to integrate an internal translator to auto detect the language of the chat message and translate them to a selected language will be a great one.
  • A. Yes, even though it sounds simple, I doubt that integrating such a translator into the game is actually an easy task from a technical standpoint. Nevertheless, I will pass this request on to the developers. Such seamless translation would help break down communication barriers between all players.

Scrollbar bug in the guild list

  • Q. grr, the scroll bar is not working anymore. When I scroll with the mouse wheel it is skipping guild members. I tried to report it as bug and got redirected to “lost item”.
  • A. Hey! Just wanted to address this one: we added a scrollbar to the presents yesterday, so now you can find all your guildmates no matter what browser you use! Nice? Nice!

Guild member display bug

  • Q. Seriously??? Dear CMs , please tell the person(s) who performed this update that his(their) hands are growing out of his(their) ass(es)!
  • A. Hey, let’s not throw insults on the server, not cool! But sorry for the inconvenience, nonetheless!

    It turned out, game development is sometimes pretty weird, and in that particular case, we’ve learned that our Secret Wealth tab has some unexpected impact on the Prestige Points being shown. And only exclusively in the Guild Members tab! Weird!

    Well, the more you know. Gladly, the team was able to fix it pretty quickly, thank you all for the patience! Especially those esteemed Guardians, who didn’t start throwing insults right away!

Guild log function too slow

  • Q. Can you please fix the guild log? this takes far to long. i have no idea who is leaving or when they joined.
  • A. Got update regarding that: fix is already being tested, the team aims to release it in 24-48 hours

Status display for Guild Master Gift

  • Q. Hello. There is an issue with giving presents as a guild master. If you accidentally click into the profile of a player, it Erases any progress you have made toward distribution of presents. It makes sending presents very annoying, especially if you have a twitchy finger. Please fix. The old system didn’t share this problem.
  • A. Hi! We’ve passed this behaviour on to our designers. Hopefully, it will be fixed.

Prestige Mode Improvements

  • Q. Here is a list of things that need to be improved urgently in the prestige mode:
    – Raid does not complete all quests but require us do raid each level. Change it so that raid completes ALL quests on any level.
    – If we hit Raid fast enough because several times because it does not complete all quests then we get an error “Quest already farmed”. Be aware that is the same bug as you have now for more than 2 years for buying gold buffs in Asgard. You should really fix your UI so that clicking buttons fast enough where they can be clicked multiple times do not lead to errors forcing people to reload the game. It is really annoying.
    – The quest “Buy Pet Stones ….” does not automatically complete for player having all pets maxed
    – Titan Quests “Exchange x Elemental Turnament Coins ….” and “Spend Essence of Elements ….”, “Obtain sparks of Power” do not automatically complete for playes having these things maxed on their titans.
    – Raid the campain / adventure / tower does not count for the damage/healing done quests. That is a mayjor disadvantage for att palyers having the raid option.
    – Heal / Damage quests do not consider ALL modes
    – Using an oracle card in the dungeon does not count for Heal / Damage quests
    – Quests is showing a red dot despite all quests but the dungeon level are done and nothing can be completed there
  • A1. I will answer only this message, as couple of others bring up the points that are also covered in this one! But thanks for everyone to speak up and point our attention! Regarding Raid not counting all the completed stages, instead counting only current one – that was intended behavior, but we now see that it could be irritating. We are not going to change it right away, but if this feedback sticks – we are open to changing that Regarding all the quests that are not automatically completing right now – there were plans to add alternative ways of completing them for high-level players using the resources that are usually in abundance (like Star Mana). But they are not here yet, so fixing this part of the feature and enabling some form of autocomplete for these quests is one of the main priorities of the team working on Guild features. But I don’t have an exact ETA for this fix/update right now

    > Raid the campain / adventure / tower does not count for the damage/healing done quests
    This is intended, and I can’t tell just know if that will be changed, but thanks for the feedback – we are channeling it straight to the team

    > Heal / Damage quests do not consider ALL modes
    That’s not intended, at the very least it is not intended for Asgard – heal and damage there should be taken into account. it is likely to be fixed, but after auto-complete addition/alternative and fixing scrolling in “Present” tab

    > Quests is showing a red dot despite all quests but the dungeon level are done and nothing can be completed there
    There are a few cases right now where the Red Dot is showing when it should not, we will be gradually fixing those!
  • A2. A little update for transparency: we are planning to enable autocomplete feature for some of the quests for players with maxed our Pets/Titans, but we won’t enable it for “Obtain Sparks of Power” quest, as you can always get the Sparks of Power from the Merchant. So this quest is doable at any stage of the game. “Spend Essence of Elements” and “Buy/Use Chaos Particles” are going to be addressed later this week (we will do our best to release fix as quickly as possible)

Ascension quest line bug

There is a pretty serious bug with the Ascension questline that I haven’t seen adressed

  • Q. Basically the quests are in the wrong order: 40 – 300 – 80 – 120 -200, which means that you don’t get rewards for 80, 120 and 200 before you complete the max level of the quest (300). 
  • A. Thanks for sharing, team is aware and working on it. ー And I think this quest with the Ancient Wisdom Crystals is also fixed now, thank you all for your patience

Bugs in the Prestige Mode feature

  • Q. Does Nexters even playtest this stuff before releasing it?? Update: And now, the stats menu that worked an hour or two ago just lost all its Stats! I really think they might be making patches to the live servers before testing on the developement ones.
  • A. We do test and playtest things, but bugs are cunning and treacherous and keep finding little holes in our defense. The team is aware of this issue, thanks for sharing!

Cannot do guild quests with max upgrade: fixed

  • Q. How do you do this quest when your pets are all maxed out?
  • A. Important Update: just wanted to let you know that we are almost ready to implement the autocomplete function for Chaos Particles and Essence of the Elements Guild Quests for those players who have their Pets and Titans maxed out!

    Should be here in a few hours, eligible players will need to refresh/reload the game after the update and they will have the option to complete these quests by clicking the “Complete” button in the Guild Quests tab

    Also, there will be a Prestige Points compensation for those players who couldn’t complete these quests in the past couple days – they will receive the in-game letters with the details.

    These players with maxed Pets and Titans won’t need to manually claim the lost Prestige Points – all the Prestige that they couldn’t get in the past days due to lack of autocomplete feature will be added to their Guild Prestige progress bar automatically.

Prestige Mode Reward Bar UI Improvements

  • Q. Can you change the prestige reward bar to be the same way as season rewards? it’s annoying to drag the bar everytime new reward achieve
  • A. Hey! Regarding this specific thing: this little improvement is planned already, not sure when exactly it will be implemented, but it is definitely something we are going to work on!

No recharge items planned for Prestige Mode

  • Q. Hi all CMs, can we have a cheap gold ticket that to help x2 or x3 (even x4 or x5 like emerald sale) our daily Prestige points ? Just want to get more rewards as soon as possible, I think many people would ready to spend to get that cheap gold ticket.
  • A. Thank you for sharing your idea! I don’t think anything like that is planned right now, as it is also not a personal progress bar.

    It is supposed to be a shared experience, where everyone can contribute in more or less equal capacity and feel like they are helping their guild achieve a meaningful common milestone and earn a reward.

List function needs sorting

  • Q. It sure would be nice to be able to sort this list by player name and marks of distinction by clicking on the headers
  • A. Thank you, I’ve shared this with the team. And just want to tell thank you to all the players for the feedback! We are going through all the messages on our socials regarding Prestige feature and looking for insights and things we can improve upon.

The Prestige Mode ladder

  • Q. I like the new prestige feature, but I’d rather see the ranking display for the server I’m on, not cross-server, similar to guild activity and titanite. A compromise, for people who want to see cross-server rankings, could be a filter option to only display the current server. It would be nice to have the same feature in the ranking displays for other features like Asgard and ToE, so we can see how we are compared to other guilds on our server.

Four basic points about the Area of Conquest

  • Q.  can we please have more information about the territory conquest event that is coming on friday ? as much as we are excited about the event, there are some vital questions, i would like to ask –
    1. the group of 4 guilds that u mentioned – will they team up together to fight other guilds ? or will they fight against one another ? and for either, how will the grouping be done ?
    2. more information about the fighting styles and rewards
    3. a brief overview of the map we will be fighting each other in
  • A. Hello!

    1. All four guilds will fight against each other.
    2. There are only two days left until the event starts, and you will soon see everything with your own eyes. As for the fighting styles, the combat mechanics will be the ones you are already familiar with.
    3. I don’t want to spoil the surprise for everyone. The event will start very soon. It will take place on a map where the four guilds will fight for dominance and various points of interest. There will also be “fog-of-war,” so you won’t see what your enemies are doing until you are close to them. 

Conquest should be played first

  • Q. This new PvP event needs A live stream to make things clear in my opinion
  • A. We considered the option of streaming this event, but concluded that it would be more interesting to play than to watch. Daniel is launching the game in a test environment, and he cannot convey all the features of this group event on his own

Not being able to livestream the event is not a conspiracy

  • Q. yeah but daniel has been kept hostage by the KGB  , so no livestreams
  • A. We are in no way affiliated with international secret intelligence agencies, except perhaps with the secret order of necromancers from the Kingdom of Graven

If you join a guild after the event has started

  • Q.  For the upcoming PvP event, do members get locked out of it if they join the guild the same day it starts? We have someone wanting to join at the end of the week, on Friday, but they’re worried about missing out on this event due to a time-of-joining-related lockout period. Please take some time to clarify this small detail. Thanks!
  • A. Only guilds that were created before the start of the event will be eligible to participate. You can leave and join guilds during the event, but this will have certain consequences, such as resetting accumulated points/moves, etc. (First and foremost, a true guild member fights side by side with their battle-brothers! 

Superior Coins bug reminder

Attention. There is currently a bug in the new game mode where some players get millions of Superior Coins from the start. This will be fixed. Please do not use these coins and contact technical support to avoid unnecessary risks. Rankings will also be adjusted in accordance with the adventure rules to ensure a fair competition for the prize positions

Large amount of Superior Coins is a bug

  • Q. Guys can you tell DEVs that this is no fun to play with such whale guilds? 604 mil emeralds is out of our league. Create a separate maps for whales next time, please. Let those with endless money to compete with themselves. Coz we avarage players want to have some chances and competition in game, not in bank accounts. Star this please
  • A. The game currently has a bug that has caused some players to receive an excessive amount of coins. The developers are working on a fix, and by the end of the event, the values will be corrected and only the REAL rankings will be considered. So feel free to participate in the competition
