  • November is going to be a wild ride in Dominion! You can check the calendar for the big picture, but here are a few surprises worth keeping in mind:
  • The Spooky Festival is already here and stays with us for a full week! More details here!
  • In the second half of the month, the spooky theme continues with a new unconventional Hero, arriving in a special 1-week Adventure.
  • The familiar Cyber-Con event is going to make a return at the end of November!
  • And a couple of little details: Jet will be a hero of November with a dedicated Brawls, and Sigurd will be a main star of Titan’s Brawls this month!

Lara Croft Skin Level-Up Unlocked

  • Two special skins that previously could only be upgraded using limited-time event items can now be enhanced with Speed Skin Stones.
  • As a result, the former limited-time items will be converted into regular Skin Stones.
  • Please note that the skins themselves remain locked and are not yet available for acquisition.

1. Electra’s Release Came Earlier Than Announced

  • Q. Electra will  be available at 7th November … the news told us, the new hero will survive in the 2nd part of the month …

    “In the second half of the month, the spooky theme continues with a new unconventional Hero, arriving in a special 1-week Adventure.”

    So … November have 30 day’s … will the new hero come at the 14th? The 2nd half of the month start with 16th!

    So … Nexters still lie to us at the start of the month and often how they be able with it?
  • A. Hi, this is the strangest concern I’ve heard all day (all month quite possibly). I don’t see a point in being nit-picky over commonly used phrases.

    Please don’t tag me for stuff like this, makes me miss important request. 

2. Verdoc Event Battle Pass Feels Like a Nerf

  • Q. In case you haven’t noticed , the battle pass gives you : 1) 10.000 less ems (10k instead of 20k) 2) 30 less bottled energy (10 instead of 40), no eternal seeds (used to be 10),  no skin, but hey we get 10 more medallions (which were removed from the mysterious island map) and 20M more gold, titan potions and summoning spheres. So useful for developed accounts.
  • A. This Battle Pass has a slightly different reward setup. Instead of the usual items, it includes unique ones like Verdoc’s Artifact Fragments. The idea is to make it more valuable for players who are interested in the new Titan.

3. Sapphire Medallions Were Converted by Mistake

  • Q. Can anyone tell me when did they tell us they will remove saphire medallions from guus event???? They just got converted out of nowhere for me….
  • A. Hi folks!

    We’re aware that Sapphire Medallions from the Guus event were accidentally exchanged for Goose Legacy Chests. This wasn’t intended, and we apologise for the confusion.

    The issue has already been fixed, no further exchanges are happening. We’re returning Sapphire Medallions to the players who were affected.

4. More Demon Skins Planned for Future Unlocks

  • Q. CMs can you please confirm or deny if the new demonic skins will eventually be available for skin stones after the Spooky Fest?
  • A. Yes, I can confirm the new Demonic skins will become available for Skin Stones later on.

5. Investigation Underway into Players Who Exploited Spooky Festival Coins

  • Q. what’s going on with pumpkin drop rate?
    i’ve got close to nothing after the first day’s bad luck protection phase.
    is that true that people are using game bugs to collect all the pumpkins, and we honest players who pay real money on this game are left with nothing?! seriously this is how the game is going to go in the future with all of the totems and pumpkin coins, and everything like that?
  • A. We’ve seen the reports and are already looking into this. The team takes any potential exploits very seriously.
    That said, we don’t share details about internal investigations or any actions taken against other players, as that’s confidential information.

6. Bugged Chest Display in the Storm Unleashed Event

  • Q. Please fix the bug in The Great Storm already.
    The bug where The Great Storm doesn’t update “Chest Nearby” has been reported and acknowledged over for over a year now.
    And it might not take not much more than two lines of code to fix.

    The “There is a chest nearby” message doesn’t appear after taking a Buff or Harbinger’s Stele unless a refresh is forced by going to another screen first.  (Normally a battle or back to Strongford.)
    Often first seeing it after another battle means the player has to double back for it and this just plain annoying and shows a lack of respect on the behalf on Nexters.

    Nexters keeps putting in new content, _often quite buggy new context_, faster than the general community wants it… you have more than enough time to fix simple bugs such as this one.  Please do so.

    Obviously the normal battle squares _successfully_ check to the “Chest Nearby” state and set it when the battle is over.  As does entering the event from Strongford.
    So mostly likely it just requires a quick check after Buff and Stele battles to be added.  Or just a watchdog-time event to update if there’s something more elusive going on.

    If they don’t have time fix a few simple bugs like this, including this simple bug that was reported and _acknowledged_ by support over a year ago,  could you at least explain why this is the case?

7. Tournament of Power Still Unfair for EU Players

  • Q. ToP Suggestion:
    I believe that the time frame in which the ToP is played favors players from a single time zone. For those in the GMT (Europe) time zone, the event ends at night – around 3 a.m. This strongly favors those for whom the event ends during daylight hours, when they can significantly increase their points and climb to first place just before event ends.

    Therefore, I propose a solution that will allow for better event planning. All uncollected quest rewards should be automatically awarded at the end of the event – of course only the quest you complete. This would allow for surprise points gains when the opponent has already collected everything.
    Second suggestion is to rotate the event start time, for example +12 hours every time that will rotate on each event.
  • A. Your suggestion sounds interesting, and I totally get where you’re coming from. In practice though, it might not work quite as smoothly as it seems on paper. For example, if you login in the morning and do quests, and then the event starts and you already spent your resources. As for auto-awarding quest rewards, it could also change the competitive dynamic, since ToP often comes down not just to completing quests, but to players who go above and beyond in terms of farming.

    Still, ideas like this are always worth looking into, and we do think about ways to make ToP feel fairer for players

8. A “Favorite Teams” Feature Is Highly Requested

  • Q. Quality of Life suggestion: Favorite Teams
    There are several circumstances that would benefit from being able to save pre-configured attack teams. These include attacking frequent Guild War and Arena foes, popular defending teams in various venues, Asgard bosses, Great Storm boss.  What I suggest is a “favorites” feature that can be used across all applicable scenarios, primarily for heroes.  When assembling an attack team one can be chosen from Favorites to save clicks. An assembled team can be added to the Favorites, up to some maximum number of teams, and given a name for quick retrieval. Favorites can be managed by deleting, renaming, or overwriting teams as necessary.

9. Please Add Close button

  • Q. Could we please have an option like shown in the picture, a button besides the X(close button) saying don’t show again for 24h/something, cause this is so annoying, time consuming and because of this my device lags.

10. Valkyrie’s Subscription Price Display Is Incorrect

  • Q. Oh, wait, I came here to bug CM – can you please pass on to whoever handles these issues that Valkyries’ Favour in $Canadian 🇨🇦  does not quite match the stated subscription price. My reminder from Xsolla says it will renew at $1.89, which I believe is the $US 🇺🇸 price and Xsolla is translating it to $CDN.  We in Canada are pretty used to prices in $US being translated when we pay – maybe the easy answer is to change the stated price to be in $US and let Xsolla handle the ForEx translation.

    To be clear, just a minor nitpicky issue – I only want to ensure that the issue is known to whoever deals with the multinational currency issues.

11. Loading Issues Have Become More Frequent

  • Q. In each game mode, it’s become quite common for things to end up like this, hasn’t it…
  • A. If you’ve run into any technical issues and the usual troubleshooting steps didn’t fix them, please reach out to our support team. This helps us gather all the necessary details about what happened and makes it easier for us to assist you properly.

12. Fan Kit Update in Progress

  • Q. In the Fan Kit, Polaris is missing (number 62).
  • A. Hey hey, looks like I missed this initially and yay, I added Polaris yesterday.

    Fankit work is ongoing, so poke me if you see anything else missing!

13. Upcoming Announcement for Event Calendar Updates

  • Q. Why can’t they do things consistently? For example, it’d be good if event calendar will be regularly shared under the news channel every last week of the month or something like that
  • A. I absolutely agree and we will be doing it moving forward, apologies that we missed this.

14. Monthly Player Survey Planned for the End of the Month

  • Q. Just a reminder CM you said there would be a survey early last month but there was none?
    To gauge how players feel about all your mistakes since July/August, esp those mistakes you just let it pass like our money is all you want without respecting us (like how you cheated our money at Lara Croft event’s unfair ending)

    Will you say there would be one this month? Hope it is credible.
  • A. Hello hello, yes there will be a survey!

15. No Rewards Will Be Given for the Survey

  • Q. Comes with a reward for completing it? 
  • A. There will not be a reward for completing the survey.
