Hero Wars PC Version Name Change

An official announcement has been made regarding the name change and logo update for the Hero Wars PC version, previously known as Hero Wars Web version and Hero Wars Facebook version. The new official name and logo will be “Hero Wars: Dominion Era.”
Additionally, the mobile version of Hero Wars will now be called “Hero Wars: Alliance.”
The main intention behind this change is to clearly differentiate between the PC version and the mobile version, which are developed by different teams.
Both the Facebook and Web versions will be unified under the name “Hero Wars: Dominion Era,” and there will be no distinction between them in terms of gameplay, except for guild battle times, etc.
The login method, URL, and other features are expected to remain the same as the current version.

Dear players, We would like to share some news with you. In the nearest future, we are planning to change the name of the game from Hero Wars to Hero Wars: Dominion Era. The logo for the game will be changed as well. We understand that this may come as a big surprise, but we want to assure you that this decision has been made with careful consideration.
The primary reason for this change is to differentiate our two versions of the game even further. By giving our Facebook/Web version a unique name and logo, we hope to create a more distinct identity for it. Therefore, when players come across the Facebook/Web version, they can immediately recognize it.
We want to emphasize that the alteration of the name will not have any impact on the present gameplay or game mechanics. There are no other modifications linked to the name change. It’s just that – a new name for the same game that we all love and enjoy 🙂

Too few quest rewards for the Thea event

Q. Is it a joke ? 10 emerald coins per every level of artifact quest done (and i have done it till 400 as well later) ? if it is a bug, please take action
A. Hello! It is intended. Actually, it is quite profitable if you have not maxed your Artifacts. But I’ve passed this feedback to the dev’s team

Tips: Compared to the Heidi Event, the rewards for the Thea Event have been reduced.

Handling Additional Spark Bug Issues

A. Recently we have received considerable amounts of concerns regarding navigation with support helper bot. We take them all to consider and will discuss with the support team ways of support bot optimization.

Adding Guild War Chat Functionality

Q. Сould we get a special “Guild War” chat (as we have one for Clash of World)
A. This is interesting suggestion and I agree that we have a room for this tab in the chat screen. I’ll pass your suggestion to designers team

Season Schedule Overcrowding

Q. Pause between seasons
A. As our game designers testing various season and event formats everything might change nonetheless I can’t guarantee that there will be breaks between seasons at the moment.

Tips: This question arises from the situation where two half-schedule seasons (Season of Nature 3, Pet Season) are taking place in July 2023.

Request for Implementing Additional Mini-Games

Q. Minigames
A. Developers are noticing players interest to this minigames and as well thinks that some of them quite fun. So it is possible that sometimes they will implement them to the game.

Tips: While there are several mini-games available, they haven’t been added as frequently recently.

Pet Potions Not Needed in Pet Boxes

Q. Pet potions as rewards
A. This situation has two sides. One is for high-leveled grizzled players. For them pet potions are becoming obsolete.
But for new players these rewards are valuable.
Game designers are researching new ways of composing rewards list to be suitable for every player.
Btw: you can spend your Potions right now in the recently added “secret wealth” shop.

Why Are Quest Targets Limited to Light Titans in the Light Titan Event?

Q. Why are the Skin and Level Quests only with Light Titans?
A. Because it is thematic event dedicated to the Light Titans.

Tip: The initial intent of this question was to make the Dark Titan event accessible to all Titans, while the Light Titan event remained exclusive to Light Titans. This choice might have been influenced by the complexities of past event specifications, which were kept intact. As a result, there is some debate among players about which approach is more suitable, leading to controversy on both sides of the issue!
