Ode to Beauty Event: Insufficient Rewards

Q. Why did you scam us so badly? This event is a super nerfed version of Emerald Coin event. I was not aware at the start and did quite a few quests. It is okayish to do it halfway, but the second half is a total scam comparing how many event coins you get back
A. We have provided feedback to the developers that the reward track in this event is not as interesting as in previous similar events.

Winter Festival Rewards Issues

Q. Personally, I hope that Nexter apologizes to that player and gives him the prize that he didn’t get. And in the future, I’d like to see a note saying that if you move servers before receiving your prize, you will not be able to receive it (so please be careful).
A. Back to the Winterfest topic.
Let me explain the situation again. This issue did not “remain ignored” and numerous attempts to bring it up for discussion on the starboard will in not change it’s resolution.

We, as CM, drew the attention of the developers that the wording in the game and in the guidelines is not clear enough (Although it is impossible to predict all possible gaming and technical situations). The point that you should refrain from changing the server until you receive a reward for the event has been indicated. But conclusions were drawn. We have always done this and will continue to draw the developers’ attention to similar ‘non-obvious’ aspects of the game that require more detailed clarification.

Community management dept. and technical support are separate departments with their own areas of responsibility and guidelines. Community managers cannot influence decisions regarding specific support cases. This is done both for duty allocation purposes and to protect private information.

We’ve discussed this issue with support agents. They’ve assessed the situation, and from a technical standpoint, the matter was resolved correctly.
I understand the player’s disappointment, but I cannot compel support to change their decision. However, efforts will be directed towards ensuring that such a precedent does not occur again

Prevent Repeated Matchups with the Same Guild in CoW

Q. we are really tired of it,I understand the reason why there are ties in top,but why do we face same guild more then once per season? weaker guilds are skipping us cause we ended up in close range with 6 guilds. Nexter can you block that matching from next season please? same opponent only once per season
A. Hello! As far as I know, there are some improvements on guild mechanics in the works

Status of Dungeon Update Plans?

Q. Hello, I would like to know when they are going to update the dungeon, they said that they were in the plans a year ago and still nothing, if they are not planning to do a big update, just put it in ACTOmatic mode from level 15,000
