Hello everyone! We continue to steer towards an early announcement of upcoming events and we are eager to share news about the upcoming events!

Here is what awaits you in July: Pet Season, Guardians of Outland, Emerald Coins Titan Event, Summer Festival, Foundations of Power, The Elemental Synergy, Titan Brawls, Heroes Brawls, Emerald Coins Hero Event, Great Storm, Cosmic Battle, Time of the Fearless, Legacy of the Great Ones, and even more new things to come, which we will tell you about later!

The Unlocking of the Masquerade Skins!

As promised at the time of the event, it will be unlocked in 3 months!
All of them are very powerful.
Aidan: Will easily surpass Amira‘s magic penetration.

When will Julius’ Masquerade skin be released?

Q. thanks for your info regarding “Masquerade Skins for Kayla, Iris, and Aidan will be available for Skin Stones in just a few hours today!”. But what’s with Julius’ Masquerade Skin? It is also still locked…
A. With the start of the April event, we announced that Masquerade Skins for Kayla, Iris, and Aidan will become available in a three month.

Julius’s skin will also eventually become available, as is the case with all similar skins, but later. I cannot provide exact dates yet

Fast implementation of Astaroth’s Ascension skills

Q. Dear Nexters, give finaly Astaroth as soon as possible his ascension skills. He is the one who have worst first skill in the game.
A. Hello! Yes, although Astaroth’s image is iconic and associated with Hero Wars for many players, this hero hasn’t been in the spotlight for a long time. I will pass your wish on to the developers. Perhaps his turn will come sooner.

Turning the Mysterious Island into a lottery is unfair

Q. nexters going from one bad decision to another, really chest on island, make the event a lottery, in past you see rewards and decided what you want most, but no, all take chest and depending how lucky or unlucky are end up with garbage as event. island event is DEAD
A. The developers are carefully reviewing the feedback regarding rewards in Mysterious Island. We are receiving both positive feedback and similar concerns from players who are dissatisfied with this approach to rewards. Thank you for your feedback; it is truly important in making the game better and meeting the needs of all player levels.

Don’t share storm team with Adventures

Q. Could you separate the last used team for normal adventures & for the storm? I.e. the prepopulated team is the team you last used IN THE SAME type of adventure.

I only ever use 1 team for the Storm, so it’s rather annoying that I have to keep changing it, because in a normal Adventure I needed to switch because of a Physical resist buff
A. Hi! It would be nice QoL feature! thx, passed it on to the devs.

Pet Summoning Improvement Requests

Q. Dear nexters, prt summoning needs a rework, getting a pet gp is close to impossible let alone getting a pet to abs star through only pure summoning, i suggest a rework simmilar to what has been done to soul atrium with the ability to make odds greater for the pet we want while also having guaranteed rewards like choas particles and pet potions
A. I agree, I also like the way hero summoning is done in the Soul Atrium much more now. I think something similar for pets would look cool too. I will pass this idea on to our designers.

Damage not counted in guild quests

Q. Can you ask to devs to fix this for the guild quests? It’s been like this for me since the beginning, but I can’t be the only one. The heal/take/deal damage quests are always showing less than what was really healed/taken/dealt, e.g. you can see in the image that “deal damage” is counting less than 50% of what I have actually dealt. These are the results of my first campaign mission today and the numbers in the guild quests don’t match. Top left image with all 0s is before the mission, bottom left is after the mission, top right are images from the mission info.

Also, when will they add really “any mode” for these quests? Asgard still doesn’t count, even though it’s a mode.
A. and the SpeCiE’s case

I have brought to the developers’ attention the discrepancies in your Prestige tasks. They will review these cases. Also, please open a support ticket in such situations, as it will immediately help gather the necessary data.

Guild Master’s Gift UI Issues

Q. GM will know how much is the pain when misclicked on those highlighted area.
A. Hi! Yes, we’ve already taken note of that. We’ll be waiting updates from the devs.

Make failed attacks explicit in Guild Wars/Clash of Worlds

Q. CMs it would be great if a position would be marked if already attacked even if the attack was for zero points and didnt even make a dent. See below example. It was attacked for zero points, but it still lokks as if its untoouched. This may result in people attacking it again not being prepared for the precharge,
A. Hello! Yes, there’s still a lot that can be improved in Guild Wars. I have passed on your feedback.

Osh combat logs don’t show levels

Q. BUG: OSH logs dont show correct OSH level anymore.
Since this weekend our guild’s OSH logs show OSH always as level 130 (or below) no matter the Osh level a battle started with (we started with 140 and killed 150). Now 1st level support tries to talk me into this was a feature and not a bug.

Please set this BUG back to what it has been before

If it stayed like this
i could no longer reward the highest damage done vs the highest level of OSH anymore, because i cant see it from the logs.
we all could not any longer use the logs to compare team power levels and damage dealt to which level of OSH anymore.
Here a pic of a battle vs OSH140. Osh looks as if he was level 130.
A. I’ve passed it on to the developers, but I’m not sure if this change can be included in the logs. Anyway, thank you for the feedback
