Mysterious Island Subscription suggestion

Q. Hi Nexters, please regularly change the frame for 8-week Subscription

Crash of Draws

Q. I propose a name change from COW Clash of Worlds, to Clash of Draws. But please refrain from using the call letters COD for obvious copyright issues for that other shoot em up game. Thanks
A. Heh. You’ve made me smile. But I’ve got your point. We will remind the developers about the draws situations.

Bug: Earth Totem Activation Failure

Q. there’s a bug in CoW, this is 2 identical attacks vs a maxed opponent on Bridge so there’s no buff in play. CT testing on maxed level with the player’s power lvl = auto win with Araji pulldown as
BUT Same pulldown vs same power ie maxed, with the same Araji pulldown in CoW and it was a totally different fight and a loss as
Here is the power levels in CoW, as you can see, they match the CT test exactly ie aMao’s power vs maxed. This has caused 2 losses already and is unacceptable
If you watch both replays you can see that at the time of Moloch ulting and punching the wall the totem timings are different and cause a totally different result
A. Have you already reported this to customer support? That would be the most optimal way to inform them about this potential issue, and your replays would be very helpful to them.

Tip: It is known that when maximum power is chosen in combat training, there is a difference in the behavior of the Earth Totem, which affects the results of winning and losing. This may be the pattern in this case.

Constant Interruptions in Osh Battle

Q. please extend the time granted for Osh battles. I mean, not the 2 minutes real figthing time, but give us some spare time to pause the game for a few moments if needed. It’s damn annoying that even when i dont pause the game at all the last 10-15 seconds are taken away (switching to auto). And iff i pause the game (lets say to take a better look, to decide whethere or not ult an ability), it takes away even more.
A. hm-hm-hm… that’s interesting suggestion. I’ll bring it to the devs.

Guild Raid Log Display Glitch

Q. i notice the “boss log” in guild raid no longer shows when each level osh is defeated. is this on purpose? can it be put back in?
A. Oh! thanks! we will check into that.

Inquiry Regarding Unresolved Facebook Payment Issue

A. Hello. I want to emphasize that the Starboard channel serves an informational function, not a technical support function. This is the responsibility of a separate department.
As community managers, we cannot intervene in the work of the technical support department. However, as an exception, I have checked your inquiries. You have had a lengthy correspondence with support agents, and they have repeatedly informed you that your issues are on the side of either Facebook or the provider, as your payment page is not loading.

Q. Idk if this is enforceable at all, but it would be nice if CMs could answer every single ⁠starboard post. For a long time, they’ve just skirted around a post whenever it involves Nexters in the wrong – most recently with the Winterfest totem guy. What’s the point of ⁠starboard if we don’t know our questions will even be answered? Even Cod compiled all the complaints, but still got no response

Many of them are incorporated into development. As for technical issues or decisions made regarding support tickets, that falls outside of our jurisdiction
