Obtain Solaris soul stones

Q. I think it would be reasonable for Solaris soul stones (in amount equal to what we get for Tenebris) to be also a reward for reaching season pass level 70 with the golden ticket, especially when you factor in the price of the golden ticket. Please star if you agree.
A. Interesting idea! We will discuss it with the developers. I cannot guarantee that adding Solaris to the Season Pass reward will happen, but we will pass to the devs that there should be a possibility to obtain Titan soul stones in more places.

Future of Pet Events

Q. Will the new pet event Portal Anomaly replace the Great Storm event and Xe’Sha be the new hero to be introduced soon ?
A. Hello! No, the new event will not replace the ‘Great Storm’. It will simply be added to the event rotation. As for Xe’sha, there is no information yet

Event Calendar

Q. What is Nexters thinking by moving Cyber-Con from its usual time of November to May and then having Blackbeard’s Legacy directly afterwards in June? The titan skin stone grand prize from chests combined with the week long 20% off titan artifact sale, mean these are two of the better events in the year. Yet you have put them back-to-back.
Can you explain what that will mean for later in the year? Will you run Cyber-Con + 20% titan artifact sale a second time during Black Friday in November? Or will we have to wait another 10 months for the Birthday event next year to get another 20% off titan artifacts sale as a result of you moving the November event?
Would appreciate an inside word from the developers on this one please.
A. At the moment, we cannot provide a schedule of upcoming events for the long span, but we are discussing with the developers the possibility of introducing an ‘event calendar’. If this decision will be approved, players will have more awareness of upcoming events.

When will progress be made in improving QoL?

Q. Are you and the development team listening carefully to the suggestions of our players?
1) Half a year ago, many players have been saying that “Outland” has a special price, and you have also answered that you will!
But “Cyber-Con” and” Blackbeard’s Legacy” are two promotions you totally ignored!!!
2) In the past six months, even more than a year ago, many players have been suggesting here whether the little devils and minions in Asgard from Monday to Thursday can be opened together and can be played on Mondays. You also said last month!!!
But so far?? We don’t feel it at all!
3) It is very unfair that the X5 diamond special price is only for 24hs, if there are players who are not free to buy on that day! That would be a pity!! I suggest it can be open for at least 30hs or 50hs etc.
4) You have time to open new servers! Time to make new heroes!
But you need to update a lot of places in the game!!!
A. Hey! Yes, we do, so thank you for keeping sharing your ideas! Regarding the things that we’ve said we will share with the devs – well, we did, and we keep sharing them. The backlog of desired features is pretty big, and there is a lot of work in other areas too, so we can’t usually tell how quickly these things will be taken into the work. But thank you for bringing them up – that tells us that we need to increase their “weight” in the QoL-backlog, so they have more chances to be introduced in a foreseeable feature.
And as for point number 4: we also agree with that, and we will have a few people working on QoL-features and updating outdated things soon. The changes will still come gradually, there won’t be overhauls of all the old modes at the same time, but we hope to introduce a more steady stream of QoL-changes in the next few months.

We want to browse chat in the Guild Dungeon

Q. Problem: While playing in the dungeon it’s easy for players to miss messages.
Solution: Add a chat button to the lower left corner of the dungeon, just like how the chat button exists in the town square.
(If it’s easier for nexters to add the chat button everywhere that could be a viable solution too)
A. Great idea! We have added it to the wishlist for the developers

The boxy gift and Facebook Error

Q. Lol Guys. I tryed to enter the game via the boxy gift and Facebook drops me off, saying the link i follow violates community Standarts.
What did you do in this gift guys…I hope you did not swear our beloved Zuckerbergs parents, or another erotic anime advert with horses…
A. From any other source Facebook let’s me in, this one he says is criminal.
We’re investigating this. Yeah, for some reason Facebook is triggered by our regular links.

Nova Stunskill Bugs

Q. while you are here, I sent to drombot the other day about Nova stun skill that only hit Moloch and Vulcan but ignored the other 3 titan in TOE. Did you guys also fix it ?
A. Hey! The replay is not available anymore, but we have a similar bug with Nova reported a couple of weeks ago. It isn’t fixed yet, but it’s in the backlog
