  • Isaac, Julius and Xe’Sha seem to be the targeted heroes.
  • It is unknown if the web version will be updated as well, since the skin specifications for the web and mobile versions are different these days.

1. Pirate Piggy Bank

  • Q. can anyone confirm if this refreshes after a certain time or will be there till end of the blackbeard event ?
  • A. Pirate piggy bank is a one-time offer. If you use it, it will no longer be available during this event.

2. Request to increase Titanium Quest rewards

  • Q. Dear CM,

    Regarding the recent Foundations of Power event, I would like to offer a suggestion:

    The difficulty of the Dungeon has significantly increased compared to before, and there are now additional buff restrictions. I recommend that the development team consider increasing the Titan Skin Stone rewards for the “Collect Titanite in the Guild Dungeon” task to ensure fairness. The current reward is quite insufficient.

    I hope the development team will take the players’ suggestions seriously and increase the rewards for future Titanite collection tasks.

3. Use Emeralds in Weaving Patterns

  • Q. Can you please switch some prizes for Weaving Patterns? The spending emeralds tasks is not really interesting with so many Chaos Cores for the first task levels. I’m speding emeralds from time to time, but that’s not interesting for me. Also, for smaller accounts it would also be helpful, if there are other prizes available when they are spending 2500 emeralds.
  • A. Unfortunately (or fortunately ) CMs do not have the rights to make such changes to the game. However, we will definitely inform the developers about this request.

4. Request for improvements to Emerald Purchase Quests

  • Q. Emerald Dolls should be included. Not only pure Emerald buys
  • A. Oh, I wish they were. Anyway, added this suggestion to my report.

5. ToE (The Tournament of Elemental) rewards are disappointing

  • Q. the current reward system is ridiculous. There should be 2 threads of the rewards, a server level and the current overall. I can deal with all opponents but the lords. sometimes 1-2 very strong, typically D/L team stops me on stage 7 but that is all. ok, sometimes on stage 4 a D/L with 2 maxed totems and I’m stucked, but luckily it happens rarely, but happens.
    The 81-82k points per week what I can collect, and what is enough the 7-8k position. What gives nothing more than the last one because only the top 1k gets something more. It does not motivate me for anything, simply waste of my time, just do the raids and finish this as quickly as possible. I try maybe 2-3 more titan combos, after if I failed but I don’t waste more time on ToE. Another bad designed part of the game. Too greedy, too useless, not fun, nothing just few clicks, brainless raid and done.
  • A. I discussed this situation with our designers during the weekly status meeting, and they took note of it

6. Polaris Health Skin Request

  • Q. add armor/health skin for Polaris please. Those stats are quite low for her.
  • A. At this stage, I think this is quite a controversial suggestion. You can see that from the reactions under this message. In any case, I will pass this idea on to the developers, but in my personal opinion, this is unlikely to happen anytime soon.

7. Problems with Asgard All-Time Top Rankings

  • Q. The week before last, due to a fraud error, individual and guild all-time top scores have not yet been deleted.
    Compare this to your score from last week’s normal morale numbers.

    Through inquiring within the game, I was told that in order to avoid double work, they first correct the error and then take the next action.
    I understand that the error has been corrected.
    Then,
    It is natural that individual and guild scores due to fraud errors will be deleted from all-time top.
    Many people will be disappointed if Asgard all-time top, one of the best contents, has an error and the points obtained are in the rankings.
    High-level guilds can never accept this.
    will never achieve that score in the future.
    Think of all the people who have worked so hard to get to a high rank!
    It is natural that ranks raised due to errors should be deleted.
  • A. As for the issues with Asgard’s ratings, as far as I know, the developers are working on a fix, and the ratings will be corrected this week. The developers understand the seriousness of the situation and have no intention of leaving this chaos in the rating system.

8. Hall of Bug Exploits

  • Q. Nexters, can’t you just rename the “Hall of Fame” to “Hall of Bug Exploits”?
    Then all would be perfect again.
    Will help new players to know what this game is meant to be about.
  • A. Hi! As I mentioned earlier, the developers are planning to release a fix that will bring the ratings up to date

9. Use of cheats in Asgard

  • Q. I want to cheat like top 50 in asgard. Where can find the script
  • A. I’ve got a script for you:
    If someone suggests you use third-party applications for the game > refuse, as this way, you will remain a fair player.

    If you suspect that someone is using third-party applications for the game > open a ticket with customer support describing the issue. This way, it will be recorded, and included in the statistics, and the developers will take action.

10. Why are cheats tolerated?

  • Q. why does Nextter accept those cheaters to continue destroying this game?
  • A. Public discussion of cheating on the server is prohibited, and I recommend stopping it, or sanctions will be applied. The developers are aware of the situation and are working on measures to address it

11. Measures against cheating

  • Q. yep, nexters will not take any action that might hurt their wallet, no problem for them if the game suffers though because they are not playing
  • A. Fighting cheaters in the game is a complex process, as there is a constant race between the game developers and the creators of third-party applications that provide unfair advantages. The developers strive to ensure a fair experience for all players, but unfortunately, it’s not always possible to implement solutions immediately. We review all reports and complaints about unfair players that you submit to support. However, according to Discord rules, public discussions about this should not be held here, as it only contributes to the spread of these malicious programs and trends.

12. Requesting result to user suggestions

  • Q. Suggestion: can we actually have it shown that suggestions are at least being read or acknowledged, the way things are currently going it seems this channel is completely ignored, it would be nice if we got some engagement on suggestions from the higher ups
  • A. Hi! I want to assure you that EVERY message in this channel is read and processed. It’s very rare that I might leave a message unanswered because I tend to share only relevant information, or if the question has been answered multiple times before. The last thing I want is for the communication in this channel to give the impression that it’s just filled with phrases like ‘We have passed this on to the developers.’ I think you’ll agree that this wouldn’t be very helpful. I can add a special emoji to each message if that would give you more confidence that all messages are being read.
