Hello everyone! We continue to steer towards an early announcement of upcoming events and we are eager to share news about the upcoming February events!
Here is what awaits you in February: Champions Season, Guardians of Outland, Emerald Coins Hero Event, The Elemental Synergy, Heidi’s Adventure, Titan Brawls, Portal Anomaly, new Romantic and Lunar Skins with dedicated events, Foundations of Power, Dark and Light Titans event, and even more new things to come, which we will tell you about later!

Regarding the January events, the specific dates for the following have not been officially announced yet.

Q. Hi Nexters, Why there is no Mushy in the box of longevity even though she has a Lunar skin?
A. At the moment, there are only heroes’ Soul Stones in the Boxes of Eastern Longevity whose Lunar Skins are available in the bundles. Since Mushy & Shroom’s Skin is not on sale, their Soul Stones are not presented in the Boxes.

Q. Could the devs please put all 5 resource types on one line in the hero artifact exchanger so it doesn’t confuse people when the red ones are hidden and its hard to figure out how to scroll down to them
A. Yep, this is “bug” and will be fixed.

Q. For intelligence heroes Red Chest 1 is better as Piercing Gaze is very commonly required. However for non intelligence heros Red Chest 2 is better due to Insatiable Wing and Drommers Fancy.
What we actually want is a new Red Item chest that has all completed Red Items in it, not just 4 items to choose from. Same thing with Orange chest and Purple chests.
Let the players choose from all items and that way the chests are always going to be useful for whatever hero they are currently developing.
A. I’ve passed along your wishes, and the developers are considering the possibility of providing such ‘choice rewards’ options.

Q. There has been a few posts regarding the titan skins the last weeks and most of them were regarding the following issue: There are Titan skins that are only available via specific events. If I dont have this skin but have maxed all other skins I can not complete quest lines that say “Level up a titan skin x times” nor do I get it autocompleted and get the quest rewards. There is literally no way a player can fulfill these quests. I am gonna say it as it is: You have been weaseling around giving a clear answer on this issue in all answers to titan skin related questions where it was mentioned. I am asking this as clear as it can be put in words: How can I complete “Level up a titan skin x times” quests when there is no access to an event-only skin and every other titan skin is already maxed?
A. As far as I know, in the current situation, such quests should auto-complete. If you encounter this issue, please contact customer support.

Q. hello CMs, me and other players have noticed that since recently, when a player changes servers, all his incoming and outgoing messages are deleted, including private ones. Unfortunately in this way all contacts created over time, even after years, are lost forever and there is no way to recover them. And this is a blow to people like me or others, who work to recruit members for the guild, who risk losing everything if they change server. Is it possible to ask the developers to restore the previous settings, where even if you changed server, you did not lose all private messages? Thank you in advance.
A. Hi! I will clarify this question with the technical specialists, but I suspect it’s related to limitations on storing personal data.

Q. Can you please consider adding a Combat Training button to GW just as we have for CoW? I am pasting the picture of what it looks like in CoW below and this should be easy to implement for GW as well.
